Bit of a mixed experience, first two visits were really good (mani and pedi). Last visit, I booked a pedicure and was left soaking for more than 30minutes and the treatment felt rushed.

AVOID. Twice now I have made appointments that were completely ignored. The first appointment, I ended up leaving because I waited 30 mins past my scheduled time and was asked if I could wait a little longer, and I had to get to another commitment. The second time, I arrived early and confirmed that my appointment was for 4:45. They asked if I could wait until 5 and I said no, so they told another customer she would have to cancel one of her treatments (rude - maybe don’t overbook?) and they promised they would see me at my appointment time. I waited until 5:05 despite all this— in that time I received no acknowledgment, no apologies, no indication that I would get an appointment at all. Nail appointments aren’t always easy to come by, and I needed to get something done before an event. Very disappointed.

Yeessss found one of the best nail shops. Yes the price is worth it. Love nail work i recieved. She took her time. It wasn't rushed or messy. She took her time in my pedicure. Which is a major plus for me. So if your looking for a great nail place. This is the spot, not your regular nail places they scuplt the nail to your natural nail no tip and glue like most places. I love the open space doesn't feel small and smell like mist nail shops. Great music to help you relax.

Magie Nails is the best! Quick, skilled, friendly, professional service. I highly recommend this shop. **BTW there are other, more “highly-rated” salons than this one, but please keep in mind they offer discounts for a 5-star review.. Magie Nails does NOT do this. They have more than earned their five stars from me!

I got the UV Full Set and gel polish on top. The application process was sloppy, there was glue under my nails and on my skin. At the end of the appointment, the worker just left and didn't say a word. My hands were covered in file dust and no cuticle oil was applied to finish off the appointment. After I got home I noticed the gel polish wasn't cured long enough and there is a bubble of wet gel under the top coat. I don't recommend getting the UV Full Set because it seems that they are not confident with doing it.

I have tried a couple other places in emergencies, but always end up back here! Love them a lot and the biogel nails from here are the only nails that have ever lasted for me. Lan is the best and they all do an amazing job and always try their best. They will fix it until it's right for you, which is very important to me. But it normally doesn't take them long to get it perfect :) Other comments have said it and I will say it again, I think it's amazing that theh will stay open late no problem just to make sure everything is perfect. They are always very welcoming, friendly, talented and very considerate. Will always go there.

I've been to this place 3 times now for acrylic fills. And I only want to see Lan. She's awesome! Lan is sweet and listens to you. She's professional and makes good suggestions. Honestly, I can only recommend Lan. This last time I went with a friend. She saw a different technician and I saw Lan. My friend is not happy with the nail service she received. But I am super happy with my nails. Thanks Lan!

I got gel powder + nail polish here and I never saw my nail this perfect. My friend got gel manicure and it was finished earlier than me (mine took about 1 hour). She said they gave her hand massage while she waited me. The ladies here were very friendly and professional. We are both so happy about today's visit!

Loved my experience here. The atmosphere was relaxing and exactly what I needed after work! I got a bio pedicure (organic) that was beautifully done and nail artist was kind and checked in with me through the process. Prices are pretty reasonable too!

Very friendly staff. I got an acrylic set done and Lan did an absolutely fantastic job. Other places I've gone to have sliced my fingers while filing, didn't shape them well. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED, and really happy with how my nails look. The shape is perfect, they're not too thick... yes! Thanks Lan!

Quinn did an amazing job! I appreciate her expertise and perfectionism… I wanted ombré glitter and she suggested different layers of polish to create extra dimension and make it look even better than expected. Total came to $31.50 for gel nails (this includes $5 for the ombré) so it is affordable and was also super efficient. The next time I was craving a mani, I went back and Quinn was great, as usual. She took my nails that were all gross from moving and made them pretty. It was $47 for the gel French and manicure.

Stopped in on my last day before flying home, so so happy with the service here. I had a manicure and shellac polish, the girls were so funny and friendly, my nails are perfect. I wish I could pick up the salon and take it home with me, beats any place I've been to before.

We informed them that the toxic fumes cause undue harm and could even cause an early death to my husband, 38 years old with terminal brain cancer who is sensitive to the toxins. They have said no - the owner and his wife have both stated, to my husband's face, that they do not care if he dies. This is a horrible place run by horrible people. Please do your nails somewhere else and don't support this business.

I have been to Magie Nails a number of times over the years. They usually do a great job there. Unfortunately, my nail technician cut my toe today, causing it to bleed. There was no apology or any inquiry on how I was feeling. She continued with the pedicure while I braved through the pain. I will not return.

Lan always does my nails, and I have had very good experiences with regard to wait-times, the time it takes to do my nails, and the quality of work. She is very personable and skilled. I usually walk-in at times I think they might be less busy, to avoid having to wait, as they generally only have one nail technician working. I once made an appointment and had to wait longer than normal, as I suspect they had taken a walk in before my appointment, thinking they had time. If you're looking for durability, you should choose the gel nails which come to ~$47.50 after tax instead of going for the cheaper acrylic option. These gel nails last me 3+ weeks (I get frenchies, and let them grow out). If I could make a suggestion, it would be for the whole salon team to train to be nail technicians so that they can handle greater volumes. It kind of looks bad when there are 3 ladies working in the spa but two are on their phone off to the side the whole time when they could be prepping nails/ taking other clients etc... Just my opinion!

Great, friendly and professional service. I was able to get a last minute appointment on Christmas eve while visiting Victoria. My nails were done EXACTLY how I wanted them. No complaints...perfect 10!! Would definitely recommend and visit again. Wide selection of colours to choose from. Was within walking distance from where I was but there is public parking right in front of the salon. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience at Magie Nails!! Made an appointment via phone and was seated immediately. The employees are friendly and welcoming. Wide selection of colors.Technician did my pedi and she is also precise and talented. She even took the time to help me find the right color! Love this spot. Check it out for yourself :)
