My idea of heaven! Elizabeth is the best waxer ever! Best facial too! Not to mention a real sweetheart! Love this spa so much. I never thought I would find a spa so beautiful, so excellent, and yet also within my price range. It is evident how awesome this spa is by the difficulty in getting an appointment, but if you are willing to be patient, you are in for a special treat. You will have found a treasure in Oak Bay.

Brilliant! Just brilliant! It had been a long time since I've had a brazilian wax, so I was a little nervous. But Elizabeth was amazing! I felt at ease the moment I saw her. It was as though I was talking with a good friend. She was very thorough, very quick, and very professional. And the oil she gave me to put on when the job was done was amazing! All that being said, it was also the most affordable wax I found! Oh, and it's a beautiful spa to boot. I will definitely be going back, and referring Heaven spa to all my friends.

OH MY GOSH! What a treat! I had the Vitamin C Facial (which is SO much more than a facial) and Essential Pedi with Melissa! I was so looking forward to this as it was my 1st Spa Day since before Covid and I was not disappointed! It was divine and I can't wait until I can do it again. I've been going to see Lizzy at Heaven Spa for over 15 years now. probably one of her first regulars! I've always loved Lizzy's approach to wellness and beauty - her careful selection of the right products to use in my facials, and in her expert guidance to which ones I should be using at home to ensure my skin looks as great as it can, and that I'm able to age well! I try to go in for a facial quarterly and it is something I look forward to. She is able to create this amazing energy every time...but yesterday was an over the top experience. She asked me if I would like to switch our regular 'Heavenly Facial' for a new one offered - 'the Forest Facial Experience'. It was absolutely incredible! She infused some new mindfulness techniques into the new line of products from eminence. I went in feeling quite worked up and stressed from my week, and came out so relaxed I could barely drive! Now that's the sign of amazing service! Thank you so much Lizzy. I am still feeling the positive effects of the treatment, and my skin looks incredible. The recommendations you have made for new eminence products to serve me and my skin goals over the next few weeks in between treatments, are always perfect! I was there 2 years ago and I used their Groupon for the upper lip hair removel. All hair has returned quickly after all six sessions and now there is no difference compared to its previous condition. Overall not a good experience. I don’t know if they treat clinets with the Groupons differently or it’s just like this for everybody.
