Upright chair upper back was really good, she hunted down knots I didn't know existed. The upright chair couldn't quite get the low back well, but the low back pain went away with good upper back work. I felt a little guilty for cancelling the follow up appointment with the table message. No hard time for cancelling within 3 hours too.

Victoria's hidden gem. The massage I've been waiting my whole life for. I've been to other massage clinics and have paid a lot more, but never left as satisfied as I did after coming here. I got the $20, 15 minute head and neck drop-in, they've got other drop in options as well. Staff are clearly well trained, and friendly. Environment is calm and clean. Price on point, will be back next week!

Faye's chair massage blows my mind. It is hands down the most authentic, healing massage I have ever had and I won't go anywhere else. I have had neck pain but not after she has worked her magic. She is totally committed every time, and knows exactly where to go and work on those knots. I always leave in a state of euphoria. Thank you Faye! I hope you take care of yourself the way you do your clients.

I always enjoy this place. It's pretty, it's clean and the workers do a good job. It a really good place to go if you want a bit of a treat but don't want to book a $300.00 spa day. They have great little mini packages chair massages, foot massage and either a food bath or scrub. You can even just get a quick 15/20 minute massage if you are on a break from work. Love it.

Workers are payed minimum wage ($12-$13) to provide hours of physical relief to people. I think even coffee baristas are compensated for more than this.

My experience working there was poor management, toxic environment, big client load, minimum wage pay. It might be a good start up for someone without training or in need.

Faye's is absolutely the best spot for some pampering downtown. She has magical hands that know just how to target all the areas where you hold stress. Highly recommend the 15 minute neck/shoulder and 45 minute reflexology package.

Foot reflexology was amazing. My tired sore feet from following my wife from store to store felt back to 100% after an hour treatment. I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend!

Spectacular service and experience. The essential oils were on a.d so was the calm relaxing music. Andy gave me an upper body massage it was fantastic. I met Faye and market in town and she was very nice as well. Will be back, would reccomend!

Great place to relax and enjoy a foot massage or quick chair massage. Staff are friendly and the location is convenient. I like the ability to be able to walk in and, on most occasions, be able to get a massage right away without booking ahead. I also appreciate that they can do shorter length massages so I can get a quick massage over my lunch break. They now offer table massages in a private area in the back to complement their chair massages.
