Bliss is the best spa in town, hands down! Everyone there from the front desk staff to the RMTs and estheticians are so lovely and professional. They truly care about their clients and love what they do. I've had services with almost everyone there and I have always felt so pampered and relaxed. They have adapted so well to COVID times, which just goes to show how great the ownership is and how accommodating the staff is. Honestly, I could go on and on about how awesome everyone there is. If you are looking for any kind of spa services (or a gift for someone!) Bliss is the only place you need to go!

First experience was great. I phoned to indicate I would be running late due to traffic, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that they would make it work, I drove over 20mins and when I arrived I was told they couldn't take me even though they booked me 245-3, so they took the other client in early.

I went today to have a spray tan with Janice and I was very impressed. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall my experience was great! I asked the girls about a few of their different products and they were knowledgable and helpful. Not only would I recommend this spa, I'll be going back!

Well named spa as the staff bring you to a state of "Bliss". From the fabulous relaxation massage with Derek to a perfect pedicure with Nicole every detail was exquisite! The receptionist welcomes you with a cup of tea as you wait in the beautifully appointed waiting area. The treatment rooms are immaculate, well-equipped, private and have fabulous ambiance including soft music, candles, and aromatherapy. The luxurious pedicure was done lying down on a comfortable massage bed and included wonderful paraffin foot wraps. The heavenly treatments were beyond compare to others I have experienced. Thank you for a "blissful" experience!

Such a quiet and peaceful spa tucked in beautiful Cadboro bay and such a responsible and dedicated member of community. Nicole, I would like to thank you on behalf of Cordova Bay Elementry School PAC for your generous donation of $400 worth of a beautiful robe and socks, facial and lotions. We had a very successful silent auction last week, we could raise a significant amount of money that goes for updating the educational technology and sports equipment. It happened only because of the kind attention of donors like you. We appreciate that.

I have had a great experience both times I have visited Bliss Boutique. I plan on booking in again soon. My last appointment was for a spray tan and they squeezed me in last minute. I was so happy with the results. My tan lasted weeks and faded very naturally.

I had gel nail polish and a manicure done with Lauren. She was absolutely amazing! She was kind, thorough and gentle (I am picky because other places have hurt me in the past while doing manicures) She also recommended I buy the Nova Lash Pillow. I have sleeping problems that make me sleep on my side/face and push my lashes down...with the lash pillow, I have a nice curve to place my cheek on, so I can sleep on my side and my lashes stay nice all night! They look amazing now, I barely have to use mascara to perk them up, and the bags under my eyes have vanished! I am so happy with my services from Bliss and I will be back again and again to have services done by Lauren!

I get a gel manicure done by Kayla every couple of weeks at Bliss and she always does a great job! I've also had a massage, pedicure, and sauna. The spa is quiet, clean, and comfortable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top notch spa treatments :)

I have been coming to Bliss for 15 years and each time I visit I leave feeling pampered and extremely well taken care of. Nicole goes out of her way to accommodate my requests and I can't say enough about the high quality of service she provides. The spa is tasteful and relaxing and in a wonderful location in Cadboro Bay Village with lots of parking. I highly recommend Bliss.

Bliss really is rightly named. Yesterday I had my first facial by Nicole and it truly was blissful. The Spa was beautiful and immaculate. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. As I wasn't sure which facial to choose, Nicole first assessed my skin and recommended the best product to address my concerns. The whole process felt wonderful. I completely lost track of time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hand massage with paraffin. Altogether, a truly fabulous pampering experience! I will be back.
