I owned an Arctic Spa when I lived in Edmonton, and as a first-time hot-tub owner, their products were always top notch, and what was better, the service staff and parts counter were unbelievably helpful. The Victoria store continues this trend - I now have an off-brand hot tub, and John was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in getting me set up with what I needed, as well as answering questions about parts and service, including a referral to the Duncan store that will invariably save me a pile of money for some maintenance work I need to take care of. Arctic Spas is the real deal!

Lady at the front was nice but didn’t have the information we needed.. she sent us to a man working there (maybe by the name of Dennis?) we were met with a scoff…. And then he said he was gonna finish his computer work before helping us. Store was completely empty… we stood around for ten minutes before just leaving…. So bad

Thank you Arctic Spa for our amazing new spa. Everything arrived perfectly coordinated... the crane, water truck, Arctic spa delivery truck and their technician, Ryan. I was so impressed with how they coordinated everything perfectly. I also appreciated the temporary spa they lent us until the big one arrived. Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, hooked up the internet and was extremely patient while I went over everything to make sure I had it covered. Overall, I am very impressed. Now I'm just waiting for it to heat up so i can enjoy it.

There were some significant problems with the hot tub Arctic Spas delivered (not of Arctic Spas making),. The company responded immediately. Goran was on site for several hours to remedy the problem. He got it fixed, was very professional, and communicated with us at every step of the process. I'd say "5 stars plus".

We moved into a place that had a hot tub and had no experience with getting it started. I called and made an appointment and they said the are booking 4 weeks out. I got an email from Tania a few days after booking the original request and she said they had an opening the next day so I was happy about that. Thank you Tania! Ryan was very knowledgeable and guided me through the benefits of changing to a salt water system since it would be easier to manager going forward. I appreciated that he didn't try to hard up sell me. Ryan did a great job in explaining step by step and clear explanations. Very professional team you have there! Thank you Ryan!

I have had my Arctic spa Tundra for approximately 4 months and my family loves it. I was very happy dealing with Dennis at the Victoria location. He was very knowledgeable and was a big help deciding on the right spa. Ryan was the technician who set up the spa, he was very professional and informative. The delivery personnel were also very helpful finding the right placement on the deck. I did my research prior to purchasing an Arctic spa and I can honestly say they’re superior compared to other manufacturers. 1. Hot tub cover is well constructed, the thickness is probably double compared to others on the market. You can actually stand on top of the cover. I recently had a power outage and the temperature didn’t drop after 6 hours. 2. Frame construction is solid and the exterior cedar trim is top quality. When you look inside the spa all the plumbing and electrical lines look high quality. 3. The seats are very comfortable and the adjustable headrests are a nice touch. The Tundra model has a great seat selection with various seat depths. 4. Spa boy is a great feature, you can monitor your spa with the Arctic spa app. I hardly add chemicals as the salt water system is very low maintenance. There is no chemical smell and my skin feels great afterwards. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with an Arctic Spa.

These guys were great to deal with. We bought a floor model and it was to us faster than we could build the pad. It is everything we thought it would be (absolutely dreamy). Shout out to Ryan who was a stellar installer despite tight driveway lanes and having to lift it over the fence. Ste up went smooth with all the info we needed to jump right in. Highly recommended!

I had always been a little bit put off of hot tubs because of the chemicals and maintenance. I always felt like I had to shower immediately after, and remembered so many times as a kid I couldn't go in a friends tub because it had just had the chemicals put in. From a friend I learned about the Arctic Spas. Several things stood out to me. 1. Efficient Design. When I learned that Arctic Spas was insulated so that the heat created by the pumps would also heat the water, I was surprised to learn that it wasn't an industry standard approach. It just made so much sense. 2. Environmentally friendly policy. I also learned that the tubs are designed for easy maintenance and replacement of jets, or even upgrades over the years. They told me their goal is to never have to take an Arctic Spa out of a persons house unless they need a bigger one. Even then, they can be refurbished and sold to keep every Arctic Spa out of a landfill. 3. Ease of use. The Spa Boy program is amazing. It makes it so easy and low maintenance. 4. Saltwater system. I can't believe how much of a difference it makes having a tub where you get out feeling like you just climbed out of bathwater, and not like you need to go through a haz-mat shower. The tubs are definitely an investment, and we use it way more than we even thought we would. it's well worth it.

We shopped around and did alot of research, we came across a variety of sales people some who spent more time bashing other product. This was not at all the case at Arctic Spas. A great experience, Dennis was patient and worked with my family as we narrowed our search. Do not buy without a wet test this experience saved us from buying the wrong hot tub. Delivery was fantastic, not the best access to the spot but they were helpful and even stuck around for so long to make sure we were happy and comfortable. So glad we decided to buy through these folks. Thanks for everything! Arctic Spa is a must stop during your shopping for a hot tub.

Purchased a Cub model in the late summer and have enjoyed the spa tremendously; best features the salt water and excellent massaging from the SDS pump system. Had technician visit for a small problem; Ryan was excellent, fixed the issue right away and offered expert advice on maintenance and the requirement for changing out the salt water in the new year. Great service and a great product - highly recommend Victoria Arctic Spas !

Ryan, the service professional from Arctic Spas Victoria is awesome! I bought my Timber Wolf from Arctic Spas and am so glad I went with this company. Service is friendly and responsive. I haven’t had an issue after the installation until now, 3 years later. When I called, they sent a tech out swiftly who not only solved the original problem, but checked the spa over and fixed two other small things he discovered before they were a big problem. Ryan was polite, worked quickly, and explained what had happened and how he fixed it. And then he cleaned everything up including sucking up the water from the cabinet so it could dry out again. I hope he finally got a lunch break, because he worked through his lunch to help me out. Thanks Ryan!

I really appreciate the way the Arctic Spas are constructed. They are well insulated to save on energy costs, yet the wiring and plumbing remain easily accessible. I love having a salt-water spa that makes its own chlorine, of which very little is needed. Basically, once you get it up and running, you hardly ever need to treat the water. The Spa Boy app means you can check the pH and chlorine levels from inside your house! My spa is older and it recently needed some TLC. Ryan provided skillful, knowledgeable service. Give that man a bonus!

A Big Thank you Arctic Spa for our outstanding Cub tub! The installation team that came in was a well oiled machine and everything went in without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub for a few weeks now and we LOVE IT!. This is an incredible spa - our last two hot tubs (from other brands) always cooled down when we were soaking - this one warms up! Hot tub breaker immediately tripping. First was call was my friend John at Arctic Spa. John quickly gave me some quick tips to mitigate the current situation. After implementing those tips, I called Arctic Spa Service. With in the next few days Ryan was able to come over an fix the issue immediately. He knew exactly how to diagnose and resolve the issue. I just to give a high 5 to John and Ryan for helping me out. Those guys need raises. Ryan resolved the issue in no time! Super happy. Way to go guys, hot tub tonight!

Ok so after much research we landed on an Arctic Spa because we felt it was simply the best quality spa available in the Vancouver Island marketplace. Dennis was knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to educate us on the Arctic Spa's construction and options and then we waited with great anticipation for today to arrive - delivery day for our new spa. Sam arrived at the scheduled time and went the distance to ensure our new spa was installed perfectly. Sam also took the time to get the spa water balanced and the right mix of chemicals added, the whole time while also educating me on how to properly use and maintain the spa. He too was a wealth of knowledge. The Spa Boy app on my smartphone is a dream to have and takes all the guess work (and the frequent testing of water) out of owning a spa. Overall we are very pleased with the quality workmanship of our new spa and the service that Dennis, Sam and the entire Arctic Spas team have provided, and we are happy to provide this reference for others beginning their spa journey.
