This place has a few significant issues: 1. Its staff are rude and arrogant. Would they be as rude to white folk? I don't think so. 2. Their massages are not professional. You'll receive a better massage from your non-professional friends than the assumedly professionals in Spa'logy. 3. Their facials are pointless and their towels stink. They point a few stinky creams on your face and cal it a facial. 4. They rush everything and you end up wondering why! 5. For such terrible services they over charge you. Conclusion: stay away and save your money.

My friend and I got duet pedicures and it was poorly done. There was no introduction of the techs, felt very rushed, and the quality of work was disappointing. When we got home the polish was already smudged and the entire nail wasn't even painted when looked up close. For the amount of money this cost not worth it.

I got Dermaplanning done from them, she doesn't know how to use a scalpel. I have got all the cuts and bruses on my face. And when i went to show her the bruises she is so rude to even talk about it. I literally cried and she walked off. would never recommend their dermaplanning services.

I'm pregnant and decided to get a pedicure because I can no longer reach my toes to do it myself. Unfortunately I had a bad experience and was left to be in pain for a few days afterwards. The girl clipped my toenails carelessly and cut my hyponychium which is painful if you've experienced it before. I'm a nail tech and as one I know how careful you need to be with sharp implements. The girl probably felt bad and dismissed it as just a scratch till I think she noticed the bleeding. I'm just so disappointed because on purpose I go to reputable places where I would assume people are properly trained. Mistakes can happen but I wouldn't have made a client pay for a service where I cut them like this. Not even to suggest a free gel topcoat I think is bad business to make a client complain. I emailed days ago and never heard back. I personally wouldn't go back here. Maybe I have too high standards but for the price point there are some things lacking. I'm not impressed with the gel top coat brand which is uneven here & the fact my toes aren't filed evenly either but most of all I didn't enjoy being hurt, then having pain while walking for 2 days and having to be in pain at night because of my toe. Not even to be asked if I was okay after the service.

I had a great massage with Jolene. I had recently broke my ankle after a fall, my body was a mess. As soon as I got up from the table I felt like a million bucks. Thank you for your wide range of skills and your amazing talent, I will definitely be back. The front end staff was great also. I love that you accept direct billing. I went today for my very first Brazilian wax. It was free as it was being done by a technician in training. All I can say is, that it was an all around excellent experience! The technician was very professional and friendly although she was still learning and being trained, even at that moment. Both ladies (the technician in training and the trainer) were happy, friendly, professional, knew what they were doing, and were effecient at their job. The outcome was great, and I was very happy with the result! I even made another appointment for next time before I left! I highly recommend this establishment. Oh, and the decor was beautiful! Very relaxing and comforting. Definately 5 stars! ????

I had a spa day yesterday and it was wonderful. Had a wonderful facial and and a 90 minute hot stone message. It was my first time here and it was the best message I’ve ever had. Finished with a pedicure that came with chocolate fondue, so lux. My only issue is that my nail polish on my toes is only 2/3 down my nail and already looks like it’s grown out. I’d skip the pedicure as it’s quite expensive to look not perfect. I’ll go back for sure!

Ordered a gift certificate for massage. Did not receive the 5 digit code emailed to me required to make a booking. Booking agent would not reissue a code and would not offer a refund. Shady company.

Horribly rude and arrogant when asking questions about the service. If that is how you treat a potential new client over the phone I would hate to see how you would treat me in person. Taking my money to a spa that will treat me with respect.
