I've also enjoyed their tanning services. The girls up front are always smiling and making everyone feel welcome. Very clean and speedy service. Amazing warm and friendly staff, love em. I mostly always get gel nails & fills. I am very particular about my nails. I need my cuticles pushed back, I need the underneath of my nails to be clean (no dead skin build ups). After each appointment, I expect my nails beds to have a clean and neat grow out along with no build up underneath the nails and my god! This location always amazes me with their attention to details regarding what I am asking for. I have been going to salons for years for nail services and not one nail tech to this day was able to complete the simple task of cleaning underneath the nails until I met Shauna at European Spa. If you’re particular about your nails and need someone who pays attention to your needs… Shauna is girl to go! Other nails tech are also awesome.

Great place for a couple's massage. The staff was amazing, both Rose and Natalia did a wicked job. I loved the hot towel on my back as part of the massage and the towel over my eyes when I flipped over. The atmosphere is tranquil and calming. They have lockers to put all your valuables and I've been to other spas that do that but any key will open any locker but that's not the case here. A really wonderful experience!

Stephanie is amazing at what she does! Always listens to what I want and leaves me feeling like a million bucks. I could fall asleep after my massage with her if I was allowed to take a nap on the table from how relaxed and good I feel lol highly recommend her for your massage needs! I've been going to European Spa for massages from Jocelyn for over two years now, I believe. My wife and I were both referred by a mutual friend that also swears by Jocelyn, and we've never been disappointed. The atmosphere at European Spa is very professional, clean and friendly. The staff at the front is incredibly courteous and welcoming, and it's a very relaxing environment. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived, so it's money well spent investing in my own health.

The location is awesome, I seldom go for massages but when ever I choose to go for a massage European Spa is the place I go. The recent experience was to be honest the best one so far. RMT Gierica was at her best and did exactly what was required. I suffer from chronic planter fascia and she worked magic on both my feet and legs. I will be going back on regular basis for sure .. Chelsea is by far one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She got rid of all the knots and loosened all my tight muscles. Hand pressure is firm, but just right. She is very skilled. I did not even have to tell her where I was tight, she could just tell. Service is exceptional.

I visited yesterday for a manicure and pedicure and thoroughly enjoyed myself! I was welcomed with a robe, and given a heated, essential oil infused shoulder bag as I sat down for a french gel polish manicure with Rachel. It is the best french manicure I have ever received! They do a massage, sea weed gel soak and parifin wax. Natalia did my pedicure and was wonderful as well! Such a nice experience, and I'll be back for sure! Oh and water and tea (big cups of tea, and entire bottles of water) were readily offered and available throughout the service. Thank you all!

Exceptional experience. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond; beautifully decorated spa - right up my alley. Would have rated 10 if there wasn't so much confusion about what is or isn't safe for pregnant people. I was repeatedly refused a body wrap no matter what kind despite being cleared by my midwife for lavender. So I chose an alternative treatment. But upon my arrival I was told I could have done the lavender wrap. A bit frustrating as I would have done that yesterday if I was given the right information from the start.

I've been enjoying coming to European spa for a number of occasions. I came in recently to renew my minutes for tanning and a member of the staff was very helpful in helping me pick out a tanning lotion and upgrading to a better tanning bed. I've also found to have a great experience with their leg and eyebrow waxing in the past and will be coming back again soon to have touch ups done. Great staff, and always a great experience. Everyone is so welcoming :)

I booked my husband for a pedicure and a massage. He had been working a lot and I wanted him to have a nice relaxing day. During his massage the staff member said to him "When you tense up you make my job very hard". Now I understand this may be true, but I don't think this is the best way to word it to a paying customer, especially during the massage. It doesn't make it very relaxing and enjoyable. So, how about I make their job easy, and he won't be going back there ever again. They really need to improve their customer service. I wouldn't recommend.

I had my first massage experience ever today at this location. I wasn't sure what to expect coming in, but the whole experience was great from start to finish. The ladies there made me feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way. My massage was phenomenal from Rachael and I left feeling much better than I went in. The vibe there was very unique from aesthetic to sounds of fountain in the wall of the waiting room. Each room had a theme as well which was really cool. They all took every precaution for covid as well. All in all I would recommend this spot to anyone and everyone. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience! I never write reviews but I really wanted to do one for this place! I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend and I and then a manicure for myself and a sports pedicure for him. All the staff were extremely professional and kind. My manicure with Rachelle was awesome- she did amazing and was super friendly. I don’t have nice or long nails and she made them look great. My massage therapist was Rose and she gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. My boyfriend also really enjoyed his services and said it was also the best massage he’s had. We were able to have our manicure/pedicure done in the same room as well as the massage so we could spend the whole time together. The whole facility has a relaxing ambiance and is very clean. We were given lockers for our personal belongings and robes and slippers so we could relax in comfort the whole time. 100% worth every penny. This place will for sure be our new go-to in Edmonton :) Thanks to the staff for giving us an awesome experience and exceeding all expectations- it was the perfect way to spend our anniversary❤️

We always have a great experience at European Spa. The staff are all polite and friendly. I had a facial with Nawal, and she was amazing. She explains what shes doing and why, and suggests product in a very non pushy way. She genuinely cares about your skin and improving it. We then had a 90 minutes couples massage, which were amazing! My husband said it was the best massage he's ever had! I cannot recommend European Spa enough. We have probably been almost a dozen times, and always have the best experience!

Update: I have been here a few times for massages over the last few years which were always great. My partner and I like the experience of a spa massage vs. just a regular one. However, we had one incident that left us not wanting to return. The staff did end up dealing with the situation after we had left. Recently, my partner and I decided to try it out again due to the efforts of the manager. We will return again as we do love the massages here when you get the right masseuse even though they just raised their prices.

I was able to book in for a pedicure within a very short period of time which is was great. Lovely atmosphere. The lady offered me a hot towel for my shoulders- she remembered 40 mins later that she forgot and acknowledged it but didn't bother go getting it at that point. Within 24 hours all of the paint is off 4 of my nails. She had to remove the paint that I had put on at another spa 2.5 months ago. I won't be going back. Now I have to remove the other polish and reapply.

This was my second massage with Nikki Pakphan Rungruang. I have a couple of long time back injuries so do go for massages fairly regularly. Nikki not only does a great job of the massage, but she also does manipulation and stretching of the involved muscle groups. I feel great after the sessions and will be asking for her by name, when making my appointments, moving forward.

I have been going here for years and I love and adore the staff who provide the treatments to me. However the newest addition to the front desk help i found very rude,abbrasive and aggressive in my recent interaction with her. This spa has an off shoes policy which I can respect but when telling me to remove my footwear and insist I leave them up front where they are unlocked and not secure seems rather over the top. I was wearing a set of heels and could have easily carried them with me to the back ensuring no mess was made. If my shoes were to be stolen who would be responsible for the replacement cost? Rather then being respectful/flexible the front end female staff member came off very demanding. I'm a long term customer and this person has been employed for less then a month not sure what this was going to achieve.

The girl missed a whole section of hair on my top left thigh toward the side and other little ones in spots. And I thought it was a bit expensive And now 2 days later when i am on vacation and put on my bathing suit, there is hair left all alone the bottom back of my bathing suit alone my bum. I couldn’t even take my shorts off on the beach. Not fun when you have gone on vacation. My knees also and along my front bathing suit line. I would really exspect and appreciate my money back. I paid over 100.00 for a terrible job, and left a tip also
