I have been going to Amazing Spa for the last three years. This service has been amazing. They are great to deal with and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As an entertainer, I carry a lot of heavy equipment and it's hard on my back, however when I leave amazing spa, my back is feeling great and mylower back feels phenomenal. Martha and May are Great to deal with, and a rooms are neat and tidy. I give amazing spa 10 stars out of 5. Keep up the great service.

This place looks really nice, but some of the staff are very unprofessional and careless. While I was having a Brazilian the lady opened a the door to have a conversation with her male friend outside of the room. I was naked. He could see everything inside of the room ,and she knew it. Therefore, I believe they didn't care much about people's privacy.

I decided to go to this place for a Brazilian because the reviews were pretty good and the price wasn't too bad; however, my experience was not good at all. First of all, the waxing room was tiny, not properly kept or sanitized and was messy (wax and paper and sticks thrown everywhere) - already not a good sign. But I continued with my wax. The lady was not very kind to me during the wax. She was bossy, rude, not thorough, and just overall not friendly. I can get past all of that, I just wanted to get waxed. What really upset me though, was as she was in the middle of waxing me, she randomly says, "I have treatment to fix your face" and proceeded to ask about my financial coverage and if I could afford it or am I covered for massages, come and get a massage and basically promoted her other services. I was very insulted as anyone in my position would be. After finishing my wax and leaving the spa, I collecting my overall thoughts on my experience - I questioned all the other reviews I had seen for this business that were so positive as I did not experience a single thing that everyone was speaking so highly of - so I wonder why I was treated so differently? I would not recommend this place.

Went with my mom and my sister. I got the individual massage and they got the couples and the ladies were amazing. At first we were hesitant in coming because of the bad review where a male masseuse was unprofessional but we found out it was a scam. Gloria and the other ladies were professional and friendly. The massage was really relaxing and my mom and sister loved it so much, would highly recommend.

Totally awesome service! My massage was graciously adapted to perfectly fit what my body was needing. Overall, it was strong, yet gently soothing, combined with deep massage where I needed healing the most. I went with my 89-year-old mother and my older sister, and after enjoying a delicious cup of jasmine green tea, we all left feeling not only relaxed and pampered, but knowing we will be coming back - very very soon!!! I strongly recommend this spa to anyone seeking personalized care, genuine pampering and kind healing touch.

It’s a really an excellent massage place. Went there yesterday with a friend who has a birthday and the treatment is super extra special with free lunch, free cocktail drink and free delicious dessert. Owner is very professional and caring. I very strongly recommend it for anyone who wants a really great massage. It truly feels very friendly and at home.

The same worker did my pedicure and my friends facial at THE SAME TIME..... i sat with feet in cold water when she would go switch over masks. At one point she was texting on her phone and using her other hand to massage my foot. Would not recommend

Went into this massage place over the weekend to get a couple's massage with my wife and wow! From the start until the end, the massage therapist was very professional and friendly. The massage itself was intense, yet rewarding as I felt really good the next day. My wife stated that it was the BEST massage she has ever received. Prices were reasonable, but the service is what counts the most.

I give Amazing Massage 5 stars. May is a lovely person and knows massage. I highly recommend the 1 hour massage. As you enter the spa you definitely notice the relaxed and welcoming feel that a top notch spa would give. Give May and her staff a try you wont regret it. I found that their availability is also flexible and convenient. They make health insurance claims worry free for their customer as well. Bravo. Thanks May and all your wonderful staff.

I went to Amazing massage and beauty spa twice to wax and do a facial so far, and I have to say the service is extremely nice and neat! The atmosphere is very calming and definitely has a spa vibe to it. The lady who did my mani/pedis was super sweet and we had a lovely chat and she was super easy to talk to. The wax lady also Includes massages which my mom had, she said the massage was super relaxing and almost fell asleep! Definitely recommend this massage place for anyone seeking to get a massage. Not to mention their prices are pretty fair and if you’ve got insurance you will be covered.

Worst massage place ever. The lady who welcomed us was very rude. Spoke with a rude tone not professional at all.When it came to payment she had zero patience for us to look into our insurances. She was very pushy and demeaning Poor customer service I have ever gotten and the massage was average. She Kept stopping during the session to check on the front door Felt like leaving the minute I arrived after the way we were treated just the first 5 minutes but I thought it would get better so I stayed but I should have listened to my gut and left. I dint get to catch her name but she seemed to be the person running things there. I’ll never go back

Had a Brazilian done and was not sanitary at all. Technician used an old stick to apply wax, no prep to the skin was done (only baby powder?), nothing was applied afterwards (only baby powder??? Never had that used before), and it felt very rushed. Was also the most painful wax I’ve ever had and they usually done hurt that much if done properly.

Had a massage and a facial package booked with a friend. The woman who was doing my friend's massage was very nice, friendly, and professional. However, the woman doing mine (the owner) seemed very disorganized, and left the door open to our room while we were getting a massage. During my massage, she was frequently answering questions from the staff, and left the room more than once for a good amount of time. During the massage, she suggested that I get accupuncture to "help with weight loss and boost metabolism", which was both unsolicited and completely irrelevant for what I was there for (muscle soreness from powerlifting). Felt very uncomfortable and would not go back.

The place is filthy and very unprofessional. Nothing spa about it. The furs on the seats in the "waiting room" are dirty. No table warmers, no use of towels, no blankets. Cold environment. The word amazing definitely does not apply in this case. Stay away from this place!

I thought I found a great deal to get a mani and pedi done here for a fair price. Come to realize it's regular price that any nail salon would charge for a regular nail polish mani and pedi. Not only did I feel lured into this spa on this 'promotion' this place doesn't even have a nail bar/table and the nail tech had to stand the entire time she did my nails. Although, the nail tech was friendly and we did have a pleasant conversation she mentioned she was a fairly new employee so I don't blame her for the spa not having a nail table. All in all, I was dissatisfied with the results. The polish was applied on in thick coats and not properly capped off which resulted in the polish not being able to dry in a timely manner and not to mention the nail tech didn't even bother cutting my cuticles and only pushed them back which defeats the purpose of a proper mani and pedi. This place doesn't even have a fan to help with drying your nails or quick dry spray. Needless to say, I went home and immediately removed the polish. What a waste of my time and money.

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage and it was amazing! We both got a deep tissue massage and they were both very thorough and focused more on our problem areas. My body hasn't felt this good in years and I slept like a baby! The whole drive home we were in shock with how great our experience was, not to mention the price was a steal. Showed up and walked in, no reception no staff at all and the place was totally cluttered. Waited a few minutes and finally they came out and asked if we had an appointment. We booked a couples massage and they clearly didn’t put it in their books. She had to call a staff in and when we asked if they were both Registered Massage Therapists she said she would charge our benefits under herself (she is an RMT) but the other 2 were not (the ones massaging us). When I booked I confirmed multiple times that we wanted RMT. Also she was the only one dealing with us and another customer, she was processing his payment and benefits while we sat there waiting. After 20 minutes we asked about the RMT thing and when she said no and that the therapist wouldn’t even be there for another 5 minutes we decided to leave. Also she wanted to charge us upfront. Really awful service very unprofessional, will never recommend.

There is no way to consider this place a spa. Very cluttered & dirty. A friend and I booked a massage while another friend had a facial. The two of us who were in for the massage were put together for a couples massage while the one with the facial sat in a separate room alone with a mask on. About 10 min into the massage we were asked how we would be paying and then told one of our coverages wouldn’t work. - Ok fine, but then it was brought up again about 10 min before it ended. We were super rushed even though we arrived early. There was a lot of rubbing and patting for a registered massage therapist.

I've gone to May for my brazillian waxes for years! She's so fast and does a great job of getting rid of all the hair! If people are complaining of pain they have most likely shaved prior to getting a wax! It takes a couple of continuous waxes to become less painful! Well worth the price, I won't let anyone else near me!
