They don’t respect appointment times and it’s WAY too loud and hectic, I have to yell for the receptionists to hear me. However, the technician that I have is VERY nice and she explained everything clearly and her service itself was A1. It’s just the general area and the appointment times that need to be improved

I got a male pedicure there and the staff is very nice. The place is filled with beautiful women, staff and customers. I got Valerie to do my feet and she's very nice and absolutely gorgeous. Had a great time talking with her. The only complaint is the massage chairs. They seriously need to be upgraded. They're old uncomfortable and the remotes stop working sporadically. I would definitely go back but just to see Val again ☺

Great haircuts! First, let me say that the location here is great and really nice. There’s a nice salon downstairs dedicated to men’s haircuts in particular. The whole place is so well-decorated and well-furnished. The prices are very reasonable, and you’ll always get good service here. It is one of the few places I’ve gotten my haircut in my life where you can really rely on high-quality service.

I love the service and staff here! Very accommodating and I've never had a problem booking a last minute appointment (during the week, of course). I've had several massages by multiple staff members and I have no complaints. Clean, discreet, and impeccable service and always with a smile. Even great with young girls for manicures! (Daughter is almost 5)

After 6 weeks up north in -40, I called last minute to book some pampering. Ive been to the spa for massages with Helen (the best!) but I had never tried anything else. I spoke to Natalie who went over and above to coordinate all the treatments I wanted. Facial by Marrianna was flawless and relaxing. Pedicure by Maria (she has a magical technique with the pumice thing because normally I hate that part and she made it comfortable!) And a beautifully meticulous manicure by Lauren. Cant thank everyone enough for a great day during a busy holiday time!!

The service was good but the atmosphere is just so so loud. You walk in and bam! It's like a circus. Just not relaxing at all. I wanted to get out as soon as possible. Laser hair tech was amazing tho, prices good. Just not calm.

I had a gift certificate and went for a facial. The person who gave me the facial did a great job. She was very knowledgeable regarding skin types. My only complaint is that they try to push their skin products which are quite pricey.

I'm feeling very disappointed. I initially went in thinking I was going to get a shellac manicure but as the nail technician began removing my polish, I realized my nails were too weak. I decided to remove the shellac polish instead and was charged $35.00. My nails are completely bare + some shellac residue. I was charged that price because the lady pushed my cuticles back... I could have gone elsewhere and actually gotten a FULL shellac mani for the same price. The nail technician was kind but I will not be returning. I was ripped off!

Very rude on the phone, could not answer a simple question without being rude and sounding like a witch. Don’t support people who are rude customer service representatives. The other spas around are much nicer. They could of had a customer if the lady was not immediately rude to me on the phone. Asking if they have a hot tub is not a dumb question in my opinion at a spa, and “i’m not sure who you think your calling, but this is a business” is not an acceptable response.

Received a Swedish massage and facial as a mother’s day gift. The masseuse was late in arriving and I only received a half hour massage. West Spa gave a $11.50 credit for a future visit. Was not happy with this arrangement and wanted to discuss with owner. Owner has not followed up on complaint. This was my second mother’s day gift to this spa and unfortunately will be my last.

I found West Spa through Wayspa. West Spa is perfect BUT use them directly...Wayspa is a scam. Back to West Spa ... Angie the manager found the perfect technician to make my wife's face even more beautiful and she assisted with the boneheads at Wayspa. The Spa is spotless and we'll laid out. My wife"s facial lasted for 1.5 hours with full extractions and massages...nothing rushed or skipped. The price was very reasonable and the product consultation was well informed and worthwhile. They have services for men as well. Make sure to reserve as they were packed. I would be able to comment on the male services if the boneheads at Wayspa had not goofed up the appointment. Great place that is well run and professional.
