It was a great evaluation I really learned a lot about my body, thank you I find your prices a fair but the lack of financing without interest or at the least a low interest rate is very un-appealing. I would also recommend not telling the client how many treatments you need and either let the client ask or suggest it after the first treatment. I feel this tactic of gently pressuring the client to take an X number of treatment and then presenting the price of each treatment a bit startling, and frankly creates a feeling of future buyers regret. Be more gentler economically with your clients. If your goal is to only cater to the wealthy that is your choice, but I feel you would be more profitable if you extend your services to other economic classes. Especially since lower economic classes tend to face problems with accepting their appearance. I would suggest taking a different approach based on clients economic limits, start slow and if the client is comfortable with the price ramp up the total price and treatment frequency as required. I am intrested in the MSculpting and may come back to try it. We will see what the future holds. Overall a very pleasant experience I would recommend it to anyone one of my friends and family.

Mid- treatment, they tell me I am not doing the right treatment, and it's basically useless. Why tell me after starting, and not prior? Complete waste of money, lack of professionalism and never going back. She was also upset I refused to take pictures pre-treatment. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately I think they lack moral ethics.

I went in for only a consultation so far. The nurse was very nice, they not try to sell me extra services or anything like that. Advised on the right type of treatment. They not try to make me pay in advance. Very professional and would recommend it.

I am so pleased with my experience at Victoria Park Medispa! I get why they are so reputable in the esthetics industry. The staff and technicians made me feels at ease that my skin was in good hands right from the beginning. Their high level of knowledge and years of experience in the field was impressive. Not to mention how sweet and professional they were. I chose the Victoria Park West Island, and saw Lisa for my BBL treatment and Devya for my injections, and am so happy with the results so far. Best Medispa I have been to in Canada! I have had cool sculpt, emsculpt and laser hair removal. My services have been with Tania and she is FABULOUS! Tania is super knowledgeable, kind, upbeat and she is honest and fair. I felt I had some problem areas and wanted some treatments that I had been researching. She did a thorough check up of my body and we discussed my concerns during our consult together and she advised that I wasn't a good candidate for some of the procedures I was interested in because I didn't need them and I wouldn't get the desired results I was looking for. She was honest in not grabbing my money for everything and anything that I wanted and instead she came up with a personal plan and suggestions for alternative treatments that would be able to provide me with my desired results for the areas I was unhappy with. I have had 7 appointments and treatments at this clinic to date and I am extremely happy with the results, professionalism, consistency, kindness, attitude and the whole experience to date. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for the services I have received to date and feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and of course Tania. Thanks soooooo much!!! Just a suggestion everyone...when in doubt for a gift idea. A gift certificate for any of the many services here is a no fail...ha ha tell this to my boyfriend and his friends all the time!!

The cleanliness was A1! Very professional staff. From Rejeanne, the appointment concierge specialist who booked the appointment via email, to the receptionist and every technician that I met. They were all helpful and gave me very clear information. They answered all my questions and when they weren’t sure, inquired right away. Even after the meeting, Lisa answered more questions that I had by email within the hour. Haven’t received any treatments yet but I would not hesitate to trust them with my skin. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a bad experience with Dr Hani Sinno as he did not complete work as we agreed on, and he ruined my lips filling, and when I followed up with him he told me to wait couple of days for the lip filler to sit in place, but I followed after couple of days as my lips were not balance equally but he said thats what I have requested, who would request one side of lips bigger than other, and due to his ego he did not admit to his mistake. He also did not offer to fix his mistake or refund, but he yelled at me and kicked me out of the clinic. Very unprofessional coming from doctor. I had to go to other clinic to fix the mistakes he did. Do not do any work with him as he will ruin your treatment.

After a google search I was directed to Victoria Park here in the West Island. Upon arriving I was greeted by the receptionist (Holly I believe?). She was very welcoming and polite and offered me something to drink. The facility itself is beautiful with open space and lots of windows, the receptionist told me this was a result of some recent renovations and expansions to the office. From the moment I walked into Victoria Park to the moment I left I was given exceptional customer service and felt all my questions were answered by true professionals. The technician (i cant remember her name.. Ta-something?) was never pushy and was happy to answer each and every one of my questions and address my concerns gracefully. I can’t wait for my treatment now and I would most definitely recommend this place to all friends and family in the area..Thank you ladies!
