However i would say that MIA is the BESTTTT esthetician I have ever had. If you're looking for someone who is thorough, fast, and knows EXACTLY what she's doing. Look no further. Mia is super friendly, she makes you extremely comfortable and always there to answer you questions. I refuse to go any where or see anyone else for any service. The person who did the manicure was absolutely unwelcoming, not caring, no hello or goodbye. The session ended with "it's over, thank you" and the person is gone. She hasn't even finished wiping my hands properly. She did not take me home when the premises are large enough for a new client. Obviously, I do not generalize this attitude to other members of the staff. I even think that a discomfort was palpable on the part of the colleagues in the room. The other customers in the same room, for the same services, had a much better experience, fun. Surely the first and last for me at the Spa with this person from the team. I shared my bad experience with the reception staff (very nice by the way) when I left. (Original) Je suis allé au spa pour un service de manucure le 14 février. Service rendu au strict minimum. La personne qui a fait la manucure n'était absolument pas accueillante, pas attentionnée, aucun bonjour ni aurevoir. La séance s'est terminée sur "c'est fini, merci" et la personne est partie. Elle n'a même pas fini de m'essuyer les mains correctement. Elle ne m'a pas raccompagné alors que les lieux sont assez grand pour un nouveau client. Bien évidemment, je ne généralise pas cette attitude aux autres membres du personnel. Je pense même qu'une gêne était palpable de la part des collègues dans la salle. Les autres clients de la même salle, pour les mêmes services, avaient une bien meilleure expérience, du fun. Sûrement la première et dernière pour moi au Spa avec cette personne de l'équipe. J'ai fait part de ma mauvaise expérience au personnel de l'accueil (très gentil par ailleurs) en partant.

Je ne sais pas si j'ai l'air crédule ou naïf ou si votre clientèle se laisse faire sur ces trucs. Bref mon expérience cette deuxième fois était la fois de trop. Je viens pour des soins du visages, si je ne veux pas parler, merci de ne pas insister. Si je réponds à demi mot c'est que je suis pas intéressé à parler. Il faut le comprendre et me laisser en paix. Si je ne veux pas acheter un produit ou si je donne l'air de ne pas être intéressé, merci de ne pas insister. Je ne blâme pas la fille qui s'est occupée de moi. Vous avez sûrement une politique d'affaire qui veut que celles qui font les soins, touchent des primes pour chaque produit vendu. C'est le business. Mais c'est invivable. Donc à trop vouloir me vendre un produit à 40$, vous ne me reverrez plus jamais. Merci pour les deux fois!

Pricey, but the experience was only so-so. My skin felt heavy after the facial and the esthetician did not remove the most the impurities from my skin even though the listed service included extractions. Following the facial, I had the worst break out of my adult life.

I went there with my daugther to relax we got the hot stones massages they were great. Then I had a facial treatment. The lady who gave the the facial never spoke to me i have no idea what she put in my face and why???? was a ok facial nothing great and the person giving me the facial her cell phone rang during the treatment. When you get a body treatment they give you a personnal changing room that has a shower, locker and sink. They seat you in the waiting area where they offer you some chocolate covered strawberries and nuts to munch on, as well as cappucinos, lattes, teas, even wine! I have bought their services a dozen times, at the very least. No spa has ever been able to match my experience with Spa Diva, if I could give them 6 stars I would.

The personal shower and change rooms were a nice touch. Waiting room was quiet and peaceful but felt a little awkward as there was no music playing or aromas and mostly just me and the reception lady in silence. Only issue was the masseuse who seemed a little judgemental towards me for getting a massage. Probably I wasn’t her usual clientele age.

I had a lovely afternoon at Spa Diva. Very friendly and professional reception. The spa is pretty and clean too. I love that you get your own cabin. It had everything too! Water, soap, shower cap, even Q tips and a comb! Sophie did a mud body wrap for me. She was very professional, kind and thorough. I felt well looked after and very comfortable with her. And my skin is so soft and hydrated now. Then I had a hot stone massage with Katia. As an RMT who does HSM I can often leave feeling disappointed. This was not the case today! Katia was excellent at paying attention to all the small details and had great pressure for the feet, hands and ears in particular. The hot towel service was a pleasant surprise. This is in my top three for best HSM. I only wish a 120 minute HSM was an option!

Although the spa does not offer the any saunas, pools, etc.. every time I leave to try a new place, I always come right back. Great service, clean facilities, LOVE having my own "get ready room (with a shower, a safe and samples... makes me feel like I am at a nice hotel)" compared to a locker room/bathroom from other places who charge 30-40% more. Not to mention indoor parking included. All very good inclusions for a very fair price. Good job SD team!

***small edit after 4 days post massage: I asked the therapist to focus on my back and shoulders because lots of tensions: even if some part of the massage hurt, I thought it would be for the better: after 4 days my back and shoulders are worst than before. I am completely blocked from my shoulders and it really hurts! I have to take care of my quadriplegic boyfriend and now we have to find back ups as I can't even put him to bed. Have to find ASAP a new massage therapist to relieve my back from tensions again. Even if the service was good, I am not sure to come back :-/***I must admit I was skeptical after I read other reviews. And a year ago, I sent my kids to get a massage and found it painful to get the insurance receipts. But let's say that I wanted to give a try for myself. The place is beautiful and peaceful. I went early in the morning. Amazing service from start to finish. Yes this is a bit pricey but the place is really relaxing and you are not rushed to leave after your massage. I had 2 different massage therapist for 2 completely different massages and both service were great, calm and respectful.

Worst customer service!! I went there for a couple massage 50min for my birthday and it was the worst birthday ever. I went home crying on my birthday. So I booked a couple massage (My mom and I) the day before. On the day of my appointment, my mom and I arrived 30 minutes late because we were running errands for my birthday and were stuck in the traffic. When we got there, they asked us to pay first because the spa will be closed in 20 minutes. So we did. However, I explained to them that we were stuck in traffic. Yes it was our fault for being late. But it doesn't make sense to charge us $160 plus tax (it was $160 for 50min) for a 20 MINUTES MASSAGE. They can totally charge us two 30 minutes massage and that would be totally reasonable. I didn't enjoy the massage for one second I was there and felt so ripped off and stressed. This place doesn't value customers satisfaction first but rather money first. What kind of spa is this?? I don't recommend this place to anyone. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SATISFACTION, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! WORST EVER!

I came here with my boyfriend as a little 1 year anniversary treat and we both got mani/pedi’s on Sunday, February 28th. I had Oksana and I have to say she was absolutely fantastic, not only was she a great technician who left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth, she was a joy to talk to during our session. Very sweet and relatable, also really nice peaceful moments where I felt extremely relaxed. My boyfriend’s technician was absolutely fantastic as well, as most men don’t take care of their hands and feet, this lady really scrubbed and scrubbed to get all the dead skin. We both left Spadiva feeling like new born babies. I would definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

Totally ridiculous prices for low quality services. My friends and I spent $300 each, and every single service we received was terrible. We never even heard from anyone after we complained about the terrible services. I went another time recently for an $80 manicure. When the girl was finished under my nails still had nail polish. I could have gotten a better job at the Chinese spa on Atwater. I don’t mind paying a high price if I’m getting a good job done. Spa diva is all showy on the outside now, but most of their workers have very basic skills.. definitely NOT worth these ridiculous high prices for sure..

I've been there on valentine's day with my girlfriend and I would not recommend that place to anyone at all. We were stuck in the Spa for 3 hours long because the door was locked and nobody could open it. We even asked them to break the door but they did not want to do it for personal reasons that I'll never know. It was really frustrating because we had so much to do for valentines day. We ended up leaving the spa at 11pm (it closes at 9pm). We were very tired and more stressed than before going there. we are still looking for some compensation from them.

I will admit that at one time their services were poor and definitely not worth the cost. But I am happy to see that they are getting back to giving great professional services once again. But with that being said, there definitely needs to be some diversity sensitivity training given to some of their staff members. Some can come across a bit racist, especially some staff who do manicures and pedicures.. except for Oxana (she is wonderful).

Went for a massage - the lady marie (could be wrong I was really stressed out and didn't fully remember her name but it was along those lines) WAS FANTASTIC I'd recommend her anyday. Go to her and her magic hands will fix you! The only reason for the 4 stars is that the music kept glitching - stopping - playing - stopping -playing while also switching sounds alot. Honestly this took me out of my comfort and I kept finding myself wishing the music would just stay one relaxing song or at least be able to switch between song properly

I have been at the spa three times now, I wrote one really negative review initially. I have since spoken to admin about resolving the situation. Here's a summary of my three experiences. This post is entirely in chronological order. The first time I went (fall 2018 before the current manager started) I didn't have a good experience when I went with my mom because I got an allergic reaction to menthol, but I am told they only use hypoallergenic lotion, so I was confused. When I alerted the masseuse of the reaction, she changed creams, apologized, was very kind about it, but by that point, my skin already became uncomfortable. The manager at the time did nothing in response when I came out of the massage and mentioned it to the front desk. I gave up on that one because I'm not entitled, and I too work in customer service. It was an honest mistake, easily fixable for the next time. I am also uncomfortable posting photos of my body online. The second time I went back, I made two appointments one after the other, totaling 1.5h. It was very important to me because I was in final exams. I have a really small budget as a student, but despite this, I got a massage because I was fried, I wasn't sleeping, and my brain wasn't working. The last 2 of 3x when I went weren't that great. I was glad to take a nice shower and be in a nice environment. A back rub is a nice experience itself, but even after the 50min deep-tissue my face was still sunken. I know what a good massage is, and I really understood that the technician didn't address my musculatory issues. After this I DID push for some sort of refund/account credit because by then I was spending hundreds of dollars. It really wasn't fair to me, especially on my budget. I was upset! I was still brain fried, exhausted, and sleep deprived, and now I was also working on untangling this. I went to the gym to feel better as usual, massages really aren't something I can afford, they're a last resort. Within two days I heard back from the manager and was promised a free 50min Swedish massage. My understanding was that I would be able to have a session in a matter of days so that at least I would sleep the night before my tests. Another spa wasn't feasible because I had gone way over my budget for the month. I could only afford a massage this month on credit. I posted a bad review the night before my test because I had a bad experience at the spa and didn't get called back in time. My understanding was that I would be able so see someone. It was clear I was probably not going to have a proper sleep before my exams. All of my exams were on Dec 19th and 20th. I got a call from the Spa on Friday coming after my last exam ended, it was too late. I called the spa upon stepping outside of my last exam because I was not able to pick up the phone, since they returned my call while I was in the exam room on the 19th. ***In retrospect, I see there was a miscommunication between the manager who was overloaded during a busy time of the year trying to find someone good last-minute for me. When he said I could get a 50min massage, I understood that this would be before the 18th.*** The manager still wanted to work with me to resolve this issue, he was persistent on helping me, which was great. He wasn't bitter. Allan, the person in charge of my case, promised me a proper 50min massage credit to my account for when I got back to Montreal in the Spring, on the condition that I take my negative review down. I agreed to this ethically because it was now clear that he did not flake on me, and in the end, it came down to a matter of inability to over-schedule. It makes sense, it was a busy period! It would be dishonest of me to speak about not getting a credit to my account if I actually ended up with one. Ending: it was a mixed bag. I'll report an update after I get a proper good experience in the Spring. I'm certain there are good technicians here and that this is a good spa. I look forward to the opportunity to change my relationship to this place and enjoy future visits here.

Terrible customer service experience , no cabin was offered even though I spent hundreds of dollars there . Every other client in the lounge had a robe except for me , I felt like a Sherpa carrying all my things around . I was forgotten in between my facial and pedicure . Once again, when my pedicure was done I sat around for 40 minutes with no one telling me if I could leave or not . Not exactly the luxurious or relaxing experience the spa should be . I contacted them the Friday after the bad experience and somebody called me on Saturday that a manager would reach out to me on Monday. By the end of the day Wednesday I still had no news so this just reinforces my impression that their customer service experience is seriously lacking and makes me feel like I got conned spending hundreds of dollars there. Further to your comments below while I do appreciate your email, I was not offered somewhere to put my things, was not presented with the option for shellac, there was no escorting me to the lounge,there was no robe or slippers, nor were there chocolate covered strawberries. I’d also like to point out that there are numerous complaints on your website about the lack of cabins and people needing to wear their outerwear indoors. This is not a relaxing environment. While I was disappointed with my spa experience, I am even more disappointed with this response that seems quite frankly like excuses rather than an apology. The massage for pregnant women with Valerie is amazing! I strongly recommend it! The signature haute couture manicure pedicure are great, but after less than one week, my shellac nail polish was peeling off and cracking, as if the nail polish was super old (reason why I’m giving 3 stars). Usually my shellac lasts 3 weeks with no damage. For this reason, I would not recommend this service there. The lounge area is also very quiet, and we can enjoy a tea with strawberries dipped in chocolate.

When leaving, she recommends some products without never mention the prices to me ... I'm not really comfortable asking, but what a surprise when I saw my bill at $ 400 when my basic treatment was at $ 100! It turns out that the mask was more like $ 52 + taxes + service and that the tonic was $ 105 ++ !!! For a cream maybe ... but for a "spray" I find it incredibly expensive. As a part of the spa industry, I hear terrible things from this organization. The girls coming from different countries that work here are being ABUSED financially. Spa Diva offers them 10$/hour which is highly illegal, and because these girls don't know the labour laws, they get away with it. On top of it, they get robbed of their tips. I heard this from several different past and present employees. Get your act together Spa Diva, you've been opened for so long, abusing of immigrants should not be part of your practices.

NO ANSWER from their part. Below is the email I sent Hi Ariane and Tim, Thanks for the invitation for the review. As per our discussion, I would like to escalate the issue that I had with Spa Diva. As you can see in my record of visit, I have been as a regular customer to your service since several years ago. I was recommend to come to you because of the level of service that you gave to your clients, therefore even you charge a higher rate with your massage services, I was always a loyal client. However my recent visit to your spa is a complete disappointment: I booked the reservation with your receptionist for a couple massage with my partner Alex, also one of your regular clients. I recommended him to come to your service with me. I had mentioned in the past on the phone to put a note on my file because I did not enjoy the service I had with Desiree. She always had a tight attitude every time I see her and the massage is not to my expectation. However the last visit I went, they still booked her as the masseuse for my partner. I requested the reception and they AGREED for the change of the massage therapist, did not mention anything about being last minute ETC. When it was the time for the massage, Desiree came to us and I thought she was gonna ask us ''why'' for the change as a NORMAL customer service professional behaviour, INSTEAD, she came with a huge attitude, telling us that we are very last minute and she doesn't know who is our masseuse and she turn around a left. she DID NOT GAVE a SHNOT about how us as a regular client felt. My partner felt really bad and did not enjoyed his massage, my side it gave me a very negative experience. We pay everytime 220$ for a 50 minutes massage, you have mad a lot of money from us. You said it in your changing room that you are focusing on the service level and how you CARE about your clients. However I only got a call 3 days after I had escalated the complain, I personally had to call you 3 times to get an answer. I do not understand how can you position yourself as customer service centered, but behaving differently? I was offered 10% discount on my next visit, but do you think I really care bout 20$? that is a really disgraceful resolution. Plus, I was being explained to how it was last minute and how your mechanism works, but since I do not work for your company and I pay for your service, I do not need to know how it really works with an bad attitude. My self I work in the customer service industry, I understand how the customer service experience works, but apparently you are not giving the level of service you are charging for. I requested to replace our last visit because we do not want to pay our money to suffer, we are paying to go to you to enjoy. If you cannot do this, I request a complete REFUND of the service if you DO CARE about your clients. If not, I think its only fair that your other clients needs to know how they might be experiencing the same experience that I HAD (i.e paying their cash to be Gaven attitude), and the company does not even care to make it up to their regular clients. Thank you very much. I would appreciate more to discuss over the phone.. but I respect how you deal with your customers. I think being a prestigious Spa Diva serving for professionals, I hope you do not come back with a disappointing solution

Awful experience! I went for full legs and Brazilian bikini. She waxed each side with one strip! I was bleeding for 15 hours after and the hair was not even all gone... There were plenty of hair patched on my legs, I had to go back and get them redone!! And when I called, the staff was not even nice. Telling me that they didn't have time to squeeze me in, so I had to insist to come back!! I've been waxing for 18 years and never had an experience like this one!! ????????

Overpriced. Understocked. Inconsiderate. Pushy 1) overpriced - my mother and i had an 80min facial each which cost me close to 400$ with tax and tip and I wasn't exactly "wow-ed". My mother said her facial was actually fabulous so if you do go make sure you book with "Mia". 2) understocked - they were completely out of wine and I was really looking forward to having a glass before my facial in the lounge to help relax. Shouldn't someone go out and buy a bottle until your actual stock comes in? I was offered tea instead....water was luke-warm not even hot enough to steep the tea bag. I went to the washroom and came back and my half cold glass of tea had been picked up by the same girl who brought it to me...what a ninny. I gave up on drinks at this point... 3) inconsiderate - upon arrival we asked to have a dressing room and were told that it would be unnecessary considering we were only having facials (keep in mind we are spending 400$). We were expected to keep on our nice clothes? We insisted on having changing rooms and robes and they finally complied. 4) pushy - the lady who did my facial was extremely pushy in trying to get me to buy the products I told her I'd think about it and then she showed up at the front desk with all the products again trying to push the products on my while I'm dishing out money for the facials and trying to leave her tip with our hostess/cashier. When I said that buying a cream would have to wait for another day she looked at me and said "don't you wanna get rid of your dark circles?" I probably would have bought the cream if she wouldn't have buzzed off for 5 minutes to let me think...i was just so turned off by then.

I was quite excited to have the spa experience. I booked a couples massage and it was amazing. The only down side was the pond not working in the relaxation lobby before the massage. We also were not asked to do direct billing when we left and paid. The front counter lady didnt really have any manners and demanded that we sit while she was doing something on the computer. The complimantary soap would have been better if it had a better smell! Over all, it was good.

Best value for money when booking a massage. As a former athlete I like to keep up the habit of going for a relaxing massage at least once a month. Spa Diva has a really nice lounge area with teas chocolate and covered strawberries and a waterfall. You won't get this for the price anywhere else. Perfect for a relaxing massage.

This spa has horrible communication skills. Had to call to let them know that their website was down, tried to chat online--no luck!! Was told to email and "we will get back to you right away"--after hours tried to call. I wouldn't want to go to a spa that cares so little about clients. We recently visited Spa Diva and everything was great. I got a 80 minute massage and my boyfriend got a 50 minute and a 50 minute foot massage. The massages for both of us were great. The masseuses were very good and professional. Individual/sharing changing room was great. The facility was clean and organized. The only thing is that we arrived at 3 pm and they close at 5 pm (Sunday). Therefore, we did not get much time to relax in the relaxation room where you are offered snacks, hot beverages, water and the famous chocolate covered strawberries. I believe that it is imperative to have some time to relax post massage and I would have like to have been suggested or advised that we should come earlier if we went to take advantage of the relaxation room. Otherwise, definitely recommendable! Thank you

UNPROFESSIONAL. Booked and confirmed a couples massage for a Saturday afternoon and when I showed up they only had booked a massage for one person! On top of that, they only informed us AFTER we changed. At the very least they should have informed us of the mistake at reception upon arrival instead of making us go on thinking nothing was wrong. The best part....they promised that a manager would contact us within a few days to see how this issue could be rectified...it’s been over a week and nothing.

Back today and my massage is the first of the three services scheduled. Half an hour past my appointment time and they still can't find the massage therapist or the manager. Stay away. Worst experience when I went in for a Brazilian waxing. The lady scolded me for expressing my pain, saying that she cannot continue if I do not stop. All I did was say "ouch" because obviously waxing is painful. I was very disappointed because I heard a good review about the place from a friend who's gotten her underarm waxing done. Convenient location as it is in downtown but I would advise looking for another place because I'm sure you can find other spas in downtown Montreal that are willing to give you a better service instead of scolding you.

Horrible customer service. i was 9 months pregnant when i had a massage scheduled. A 20 cm storm hit that day and i called to see if i can reschedule given the weather and conditions of the roads. They told me if i didn't show up they were going to charge my credit card. They put me and my child at risk. Not even to try to find a solution. Never seen cold hearted people like that.

A couple of my friends were getting massages on Tuesday to take advantage of the 10% discount offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. When I called in to make my appointment, I asked about their package deals and asked if the discount applies to the packages, too, and the woman said "yes, they do." I decided to take one with a facial included because that seemed like a decent deal. Went to check out, and the girl at the front desk would not honour the discount. She said it was a misunderstanding and charged me full price. I used to go to Spa Diva all the time and felt pretty disappointed in this lack of courtesy.

I sent you a personal email twice, explaining what exactly took place including a copy of the vouchers you did not honor. You did not respond to either of my emails but as soon as I put a low rating online, you instantly attacked me. You do not know me, yet personally accused me of dishonesty and trickery…WOW…and without getting the facts first, and that makes you a questionable individual. But for the benefit of the viewers, like you say, let me clarify, since they are misled with inaccurate and false information… My first appointment at Spa Diva was in the year 2000, before you were owner, for laser hair removal, when that service was still offered there. So, no Tim, I’m not a liar…that would bring us to just about 20 years. Could it be a lack of organization in keeping good records on the part of SD? You did not give me “vouchers for complimentary services due to your blind knowledge of my loyalty”, but because, like I mentioned in my personal letter to you, I purchased a significant amount of product there and Spa Diva was offering an ongoing promotion of “buy this much and get this”. Both my husband and I found it quite surprising when we handed you the voucher back in December and you said you had never seen this promotion before. Seriously? Could it be lack of good organization or dishonesty on your part? Tricking your staff? You are insulting them by saying that…implying they are not intelligent. So for years I’m tricking them and getting free services??!! I did not tell your staff that “I forgot the voucher at home”. I simply didn’t always bring it because I was assured it was noted in my file. As well Spa Diva failed to always give me a hard copy…”because it was noted”! Please note (as mentioned in my letter) that when I called to book an appointment for one of my free facials, the receptionist accepted and did not tell me that I may have used more free facials than I was entitled to, despite my having asked if I was still entitled to free treatments. I find it difficult to understand how this happened. I only used what I was given and did not trick or cheat. I had a total of 20 vouchers. 16 of which I used. 3 unused which I handed in to Arianne in good faith because I was made to feel bad that I had overused, even though I was assured every time I called, that I was entitled to it. And 1 I still have in my possession, which I have been keeping in particular to use when needed it most (half day spa). I made an appointment for it back in February, imagine my surprise when I was advised that you went ahead and cancelled it. The vouchers that clients received prior to the new policies should be honored even if new policies have been instituted. That was unprofessional and dishonest on your part, not mine. Did you not see how much $$$$ I spent in January at Spa Diva? Am I dishonest? Could all this be a lack of good organization and good communication? I hope so. Regardless, bullying and slander are not tolerated.. PS. I am entitled to my opinion of the quality of massages or any other service…that is what reviews are for. But you attacked me on that too. -----------------------------3/15/19 My husband and I have been loyal clients for 20 years. Have spent thousands in products and services. I have referred 10 friends and family. Sadly though, recently, I've been surprisingly disappointed in management and reception (you know who you are and what you're doing)for the lack of competence and skill expected of a professional. Customer care is very unprofessional and uncharacteristically cheap behavior for such a high end business who charges such high prices for services. We go to the spa to distressed...not leave all stressed out and irritated. And a FYI... the massage therapists are just not that good. I went to Spa Dive with my friend recently. It was both of our first experiences going for a massage so we were excited but kinda nervous. We both had an amazing time! The place was beautiful, the masseuse made me feel very at ease right away and the whole experience was fantastic! I felt soooo relaxed afterwards. I had my first experience here a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. Good customer service, massage was fantastic and the overall atmosphere is designed for ultimate relaxation and pampering. There was an issue with the mani and pedi I had booked for myself. The technician that was supposed to do my pedicure left sick for the day and so they rescheduled my pedicure after my friends were scheduled to have theirs. It was unfortunate and I couldn't accept the schedule change because we had a reservation that evening and needed to leave. I also didn't want to have my pedicure done alone when the goal was for my friends and I to have them together. Although they did call me in advance to let know, they didn't offer anything once I told them I couldn't have the pedicure done later than initially scheduled. Instead they told me they would cancel it as an exception because it was due to circumstances on their end (otherwise I would have been charged for it). Considering the amount of money my friends and I spent that day, they should have offered a discount on one of my services or a little something complimentary but they didn't. Had they really gone above and beyond, I would have given them a 5 star review.

The place ain't just for women ;) I received a great upper body massage. I strength train regularly so every few months it's great to get an upper body massage to release tension in my muscles. Also, I periodically receive the Gentleman's Facial, which leaves my skin looking and feeling firm, smooth and revived. The service has always been excellent. I would definitely recommend this place!

Quality has gone down since last visit. Pond is no longer working in the relaxation/waiting area, service used to be excellent, now you have to serve yourself. Lastly, doesn't feel so relaxing to sitt in a bathrobe while others sitt there in full winter attire and electronics. As an add on, I've always wished they would add a hot tub/jacuzzi and sauna to enhance the spa experience.
