Both myself and my wife, who is pregnant, had a great first time at this place. The masseuses were very professional, while being open to all sorts of questions. The massages were very nice, and had a nice atmosphere with comfy seats. We had a great time, and it was reasonably priced with a first-time discount to boot! Would recommend.

Sami is extremly good. I had some serious pain in tendon of elbow, with his help and physio, the pain is almost gone two weeks later. Also, he has very good knowledge of homeopathic remedies.

Where do I start? Let's just say if I was able to give a 6th star I would. The setting has an extremely nice zen ambiance and scents galore. You feel better just walking into the room. Calm, relaxing music, good scents, just the right recipe for a good experience. I'm an athlete and throughout my life have been to many different masseuses, here in Montreal and in California where I currently live. None have been anywhere near the quality of Sami's. I will definitely recommend 90 min to get the full experience. He starts by scanning your full body and then, the magic begins. By the end of the massage, I felt as if someone pushed the reset button on my body. Will definitely go back. Great experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have never been disappointed by a massage with Sami. He is professional, talented and has a very calming energy! His Deep Tissue massage is strong and mindful, just the way I like it. I've also had the chance to receive from other members of the Prana team and they are all top notch. Sami has a knack for finding great therapists! The Thai Yoga Massage is a must-try for those who haven't experienced it yet. The space is zen and welcoming, too. Definitely recommend!!

My daughter and I have been there for massages and both Nikki and Sami have been amazing. Highlights are : great communication, they make you feel comfortable and they know what they are doing. There is nothing better than going to see a specialist who can pinpoint your aches and pains without you having to mention anything. Sami does just that. He understands the human body and does what works for you and doesn't just massage to massage. He's passionate about his work and genuinely cares about the well-being of others. If you're prone to knots and have a lot of tension he's definitely a must see. I have suffered multiple sports injuries and he has worked out some of my toughest knots which has assisted my healing process greatly alongside with my physio. Highly recommended
