They are simply great. They just brought in fresh nail dipping colours. Lena is lovely, Cindy too. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. How can a colour be "horrendous"? Just ask them to change the colour after the first couple of nails if you don't like it.

Other salons have products thinned with aceton to keep them usable - not Ongles ⭐️I always see new products and new lamps.

Went in yesterday to get my brows and upper lip done with my sister, my eyebrows are not properly done, all I wanted was a clean up and it’s not done. My sister is missing the entire tail of one of her eye brows and when we said something she said that’s how it’s done! Her hands smelled like feet too! I have a huge breakout everywhere she put the wax! Never ever going back!

Not happy with the job that Ann did. I hope my experience will be different when I try someone else. That is if I go back. The way the colour was applied to my nails was horrendous. My nails were not shaped properly. The pedicure, she did not clean or cut my cuticles and it was rushed and I barely felt the massage. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a nail salon.

This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been too... I did a shellac manicure pedicure which costed me $92.. and the lady did a horrible job. The nail colour was not even, I left the salon with shellac nail colour all over my cuticles and my nails are all rigity! I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I will be sure to make sure no one I know goes to this place.

Do not go to this place! I have been to this place 3 times and each time that I go, everything I do costs 40$ - even a refill! Anna greeted me today. She had a terrible cold and was sneezing and her nose was dripping. She was wearing a mask but kept pulling it down and blowing her nose. She never once washed her hands After she filed my nails for 2 mins, she asked me if I would mind if she went to eat lunch. It was 330pm and very inappropriate to start my nails then just get up and leave for 10 mins I also do not like how one tech says I should do dipping powder and the other hairs against her and says I should do UV gel I will never go back. Overpriced and service is poor.

Its a quality place.. Cindy is great but you can't always depend on appointment times. Sometimes even with one ..u end up waiting. Also it says they are open Sundays but they arent .

Normally I wouldn’t say anything but after today, I have to. Nina is fabulous, but the poor thing is constantly overbooked so other employees have to help her while she runs around trying to please everyone. This was my 2nd visit, even though the first time, I was cut several times while having my polish removed (once again, not Nina, she is amazing). While Nina was with another client, the nice man came over and started taking off my previous gel. Except he tried to take off my real nail in the process, having me cry out in pain and then cry. I know that it was an accident, but these things shouldn’t happen every time I go in. He then clipped my nails without my consent, to which I just assumed that they would do what other nail salons do where they put the sticker on your finger and then lengthen them with the gel and file them down later. I was wrong. I love the Color I chose but my nails are so short that I actually cried when I got home because I paid 10 dollars more for something that I absolutely hate. I may give Nina another go one day, but honestly, I’m so upset about my appointment today that I don’t know if I should

Bad bad bad I’ve been going there for the past last year and Cindy does my nails and it’s perfect. today I went and there were 2 new ladies oh my god so I’ll mannered they don’t even know how to put nail polish it was disgusting and gross. They hire new people with zero experience. So I ask them to removed it as it was their faults and they even insisted me to pay $15 as they had to remove the nail polish they screwed up. Trust me people don’t go there you will be deceived and also they talk about you in Chinese. I will never go there.
