Worst mani in my entire mani life .... sanitizing instruments with alcohol spray? Leaving previous customer’s towel with red polish dust on it for me to put my hands on? Putting my bag beside my back after I’ve asked if the chair back can be lifted (otherwise they are old and you have to sit with your back unsupported)? Using only one file - super coarse - to do all the manicure? Tearing away my cuticle at every cut? Clipping EVeRYtHInG away without asking what type of “short” I would like - oval or square? I can continue... I should have asked a younger lady to do my nails? Or should have chosen another place. So disappointed.

Résultat je doit commencer vacances avec un ongle en moins, (1 semaine) car quand ils le pourront je vais avoir mes filles en bas âge avec moi et je sait qu'elles ne serons pas sage ! Et bien un gros merci. Terminer pour moi, je vais me trouver une nouvelle place ! Pour un seul ongle vous venez de perdre une cliente. Retour après 6 jours ( en vacance calme ! ) 5 ongles de cassés .... la dernière fois ( autre dame ) ils était parfait et je travaillais ( travail physique ), mais cette fois ci, c'était vraiment cheap

I was in desperate need of a pedicure, and being away from home, I didn't know where a decent place was. I decided to try this place out, I'm an English girl, and I was very happy with my service. I got in right away as a walk in, and my technician was more than adaquet. I would have liked more time on the massage part, but it was an ok pedicure. Also needed more time for nail dry, but that it always hard to judge.

Big place (equipment for multiple clients). Went there for acrylic nails + nail polish. Not the cleanest. Working area not cleaned (same towel) between clients. Unsure about tools. Depending on the technician nails can be great but sometimes too thick. Cathy is good.

Was in a rush to get my nails done. Shellac. They did it fine and perfect, but when they removed it, they used their tool and my nails are so thin now. They’re breaking without doing anything! This is the 1st time this is happening to me. They also charged me 10$ for the removal. Never going back there.

I really liked the personel, they were all very nice, smily and polite. The overall pedicure was not bad but not very good either: toe nails were uneven so i had to fix it when i got home. Also, the rough areas of my feet were barely touched so i had to re-do that as well when i got home. No nail polish for me, just a pedi-cleaning was 35$ not including the tip. Maybe I will try with a different person next time

if i could give zero stars i would! I had my appointment at 12:00 pm and the women who did my nails should not be tired to be able to explain this poor job. She is the first one sitting on the first table on the right of the salon. So i told her what i wanted and she invented her own style, none of the nails look the same, they are either too think or too thin or too short. i told her to fix as much as possible but she started giving me attitude. i said i wanted gel, and she said that was gel powder and that everything will be fine. didnt listen to my request. 55$ for absolutely nothing, i can do my nails with gel better then this. not worth the time or the money for this poor job, so dont go. no tip were given, doesnt deserve any. if she wanted tips, should have done a better job. im not cheap, when the job is well done do my liking, i give 10-20$ tips. but this one not worth a penny.
