If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Took 1.5 h for a botched manicure that looks like it was done by a 5 year old. I don't even know how the place is still in business. Avoid at all cost!

I was very disappointed in the service and the attitude of the man, David, who did my manicure. First off, I booked with Jayden, then he couldn't so David took me and he was answering his phone every 2 mins having personal conversations and pausing to talk. He was also having a bad day, and so his attitude towards me and other clients was very rude, it's as though we were inconveniencing him asking him to see a color or 2 before choosing it. Overall very unhappy and won't be returning. A note to him, your clients are what make this place run, so be kinder and less angry towards them....This other place I found Ongles Leah is 100000 times better and 5 mins away. Much better service and attitude. Strongly suggest checking them out and avoiding this place.

I had a pretty great experience. It was my first time coming here and they took me as a walk in. The woman working on my nails made sure each one was perfect. Very happy I found this place!

Whenever I go here I am mostly happy with my nails. When I went last time for a full set the shape and fill was perfect. Wide range of colour selection. However I think the place can be more clean the nail desks seem dusty and that they do not clean them between clients. Same goes for the nail files and drill heads I don’t see them being sterilized or switched out. I was doing a colour and wanted to have sparkles added to the ends he wanted to charge me $5 extra for that. Like seriously? Hand me the brush and I can do it myself. Once I am paying for a full set I am not going to pay $5 extra for something like that. It is not a design that seems that complicated.

I went a few weeks ago and was not so happy with my nails they had yellow spots on them and they put so much top jell that there was a bump but overall I did like them they did stay on my nails for 3 weeks and I was very happy but I tried taking it of my nails they were very damaged but I don't think it was there foult it was mine for not going to them to do it but when I got most of it off I went back to get it all off and he charged alote of money to take it of.

Heard they were opening next to my house. Very professional and nice. I took my wife there because i know she loves to get her nails done with me. She loved it there we had a very good time it was quick and the result are fantastic. I would definitely recommand to anyone mens and womens.
