I love this place!! You are greeted with a friendly “Hello, how can I help you?” regardless of how busy the staff might be. I’ve been getting my mani/pedis at Jolis Ongles for 18+ years. After every appointment I walk away with my feet feeling lighter, and my nails looking perfect! Super friendly and very accommodating staff! I highly recommend Jolis Ongles ????????

Not happy at all. The lady that did my nails was so rough and insensitive to the fact that i have severe eczema on my hands. I should of hand another coat of polish and my nails were uneven and such a rushed job. For the price I paid not worth it at all. Never going there again

The service is horrible. I told them what I want and they did something completely different, and when I confronted them about it they started making up things I didn't say. Telling me I asked for something I didn't ask for at all. What they were saying wasn't holding up. They didn't at all take responsibility for what they did and responded in a very rude and unprofessional way. Didn't offer anything to compensate their mistake either.

I got my nails done less than a week ago and they are already coming off...I rarely leave a bad review and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I'm seriously disappointed. I used to go here a lot and never really had any problems but that was 3 years ago as I haven't done my nails in 3 years for work reasons. I decided to treat myself and finally get my nails done. They were quite busy when I went in and they were very clearly understaffed as they had one girl working on my nails and another girls nails at the same time. (she was going back and forth between the two of us and honestly, I was pretty grossed out). I completely know what it feels like to be understaffed but why would you accept walk ins when people who have appointments have been waiting 10-20 minutes past their appointment. My nails were very rushed but honestly I was happy with the finale result. it's been less than a week though and my shellac is already coming off. Im debating just peeling it off myself right now as it is coming off so easily on it's own. I won't give 1 star because my experience wasn't horrible but it wasn't great

I've been going to this salon for a little while now. It is rare that I lose a nail, but i know that it isn't their fault, it's my job. The only complaint I would have is that it seems that thye mislabel the nail polish because I have gotten the wrong colour a few times. I don't say anything because I feel bad saying something. What I end up with is beautiful, but it isn't what I originally wanted. The employees are extremely kind. I would recommend this salon, just double check they understand what colour you want.

Worse nail experience. I went a week ago as a walk in, they were eager to take any one and I decided to try them out. I asked for a refill, first mistake was when she removed the colour that was on my nails she could’ve told me if she suggests I do a new set. She says nothing. Instead she carries on to do the refill, she does it sloppily as I even had to tell her she missed a gap and didn’t fully complete a nail. Secondly, she only tells me I should do a new set when she’s already doing the colour. Why not suggest it when removing the colour that I came with, like most people would do?! It’s all rushed, she does the refill, then another lady comes over to paint the nails, in between doing your nails they are taking appointments of anyone coming in, instead of having one person available to check in with that customer. After four days, my thumb nail was already lifting. She says “water was in between your nails. You should do a new set” as she only had said it when we were near finished my appointment, makes no sense. A young lady, fixed my nail that was lifting and was great. But I wouldn’t go back again, after a week and spending $50 just for nails to already be coming off is ridiculous, I’ve never had this problem before anywhere I went previous. I went back on Thursday to fix my middle finger nails as they were lifting, the lady just put nail glue and put my nail under the uv light. Just anything to get me out of there quickly, because that’s not the way to fix the nail. Waste of money and my time, I now had to take off the middle fingers

Worst salon ever. They finished my pedicure within 20 minutes, very unproperly done I literally thought it was a joke when the girl finished. I paid 30 dollar but honestly it’s not even worth 5. Either they don’t know how to do it or just lazy.

i went for the first time getting acrylics yesterday, got exactly what i wanted and the employees were very nice and helpful on the phone. my only complaint is that it cost me $45, and i had to pay in cash, but it was definitely worth it! they did a nice job and exactly what i wanted!

I love this nail salon! It is great and the service is wonderful. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. The lady that did my nails always asks if I am happy with the length and shape of my nails. I can go 2-3 weeks with my nails still looking amazing! Prices are reasonable and I highly recommend :)

Employees are not polite. They don’t explain what they are doing and when you try to explain what you want, they ignore you. I give them a 3star only because I feel bad for a business to get a 1star... but honestly, don’t expect a 3star service at this place.

AVOID AT ALL COST! The job was very rushed and not properly done at all. The lady was doing my nails in such a rush, making mistakes with the application of the nails and the details to the design I chose. The lady didn't bother clean my nails before starting the process of adding the fake nails. At the end, she made lots of mistakes applying the nail polish and didn't bother to double coat the color at all, so the colors looked very faded. As you can guess, the nails didn't even last 1 week before they started chipping and coming off. Extremely disappointed with the job that was done to my nails and would highly not suggest to step foot in there. Worst experience ever! waste of money!

The girl who did my nails was super friendly and did them exactly how I wanted! The price was good. Unfortunetely after only a few days of having them 2 nails broke off. Not only did the nail break but it tore off pieces of my real nails as well which hurt A LOT, leaving my skin bleeding and unable to put new nails on because they're such bad wounds. Crazy part is they broke so badly from my picking up clothes from the floor... I've never broken a fake nail in my life especially not while doing some an easy task. Will never go back to this place and wouldnt really recommend.

Je suis très habituée à fréquenter ce genre d’institut & je suis amenée à en visiter des différents en raison de mon travail sur la route. Je ne rédige jamais de reviews & je suis généralement toujours satisfaite. Mais cet endroit est de très loin le pire que j’ai vu de ma vie. Je le déconseille vivement à toutes et tous!
