The hairdresser clearly told me that she understood my needs and thus proceeded to my color. When I went out, I found that the result was not at all what I wanted, but the hairdresser told me that it was only because of the toner and that my color was going to palliate. The worst is that after 4:30, approx. $ 200 + tips, the end result closely resembles what I had before receiving the service (which was not supposed to be the case at all). When I contacted the hairdresser (I had to contact her 3 times in 3 weeks because she did not call me back), she was very dry making me understand that I was bothering her. She did not give me a chance to see my hair again and we explored together what might have happened. On the contrary, she was very closed and seemed to want to make me understand that I was the problem. However, I feel that my attitude remained respectful (no accusation or reproach, your neutral, in search of a solution). First time with this hairdresser and last time. I will not name the hairdresser out of respect, but I hope she will recognize herself and consider improving her professionalism. It's a lot of time and money invested for a result that does not meet my expectations. In addition, I will have to wait several months before getting my color back by another hairdresser ..... (Original) Très mauvaise expérience. Le résultat obtenu n'est pas du tout ce dont nous nous étions pourtant entendu. Nous nous sommes rencontré avant le r.v et lors du r.v., j'ai donné bcp d'explications et apporter des photos. La coiffeuse m'a clairement mentionné qu'elle comprenait mes besoins et a ainsi procédé à ma couleur. Lorsque je suis sortie, je trouvais que le résultat n'était pas du tout ce dont je voulais, mais la coiffeuse m'a dit que ce n'était qu'en raison du toner et que ma couleur allait pallir. Le pire c'est qu'après 4h30, env. 200$ + pourboires, le résultat final ressemble de près a ce que j'avais avant de recevoir le service (ce qui n'était pas censé être le cas du tout). Lorsque j'ai contacté la coiffeuse (j'ai du la contacter à 3 reprises en 3 semaines parce qu'elle ne me rapellait pas), celle-ci s'est montrée très sèche en me faisant clairement comprendre que je la dérangait. Elle ne m'a pas offert de revoir mes cheveux et qu'on explore ensemble ce qui avait bien pu se passer. Au contraire, elle s'est montré très fermée et semblait vouloir me faire comprendre que j'étais le problème. J'estime pourtant que mon attitude restait respectueuse (pas d'accusation ni de reproche, ton neutre, en recherche de solution). Première fois avec cette coiffeuse et la dernière fois. Je ne nommerai pas la coiffeuse par respect, mais j'espère que celle-ci se reconnaitra et envisagera d'améliorer son professionnalisme. C'est bcp de temps et d'argent investi pour un résultat qui ne répond pas a mes attentes. En plus, je vais devoir attendre plusieurs mois avant de faire reprendre ma coloration par une autre coiffeuse.....

Je ne pouvait évidemment pas y aller si tard à 2h (le mariage commençait à 3h), alors je suis finalement allée au mariage sans avoir mes cheveux faits :( Je ne les recommande pas à personne, ils ne sont pas organisés, pas fiables du tout.

I had a hair cut and balayage. Not the result I expected. My hair was long and healthy. Came out crispy old looking hair. Not the color I wanted. As a first timer for hair dye, i wanted it subtle, but came out like a trying hard balayage. The hair cut was not good at all, I had to cut some long missed hair in the back. For the price I paid, 227$, it was disappointing. I got to go to other salon and redo my haircut. The hairdresser was nice, but that was it.
