Went to get some Botox between my eyebrows and on my forehead. I usually go elsewhere but the woman who I normally see was on vacation. I’ve heard good things so I figured I’d give dermafina a shot. I normally do much less CCs, but the doctor told me that that was unheard of and unusual and I should do more. My face felt stiff after and on day 4 I had one crazy eyebrow, which after researching I found out is dubbed “Spock brow”. I would have went back for them to fix it, but I didn’t have a great experience when I was there. The nurse was friendly, but she repeatedly told me how good I’d look with lip fillers. I know it’s trendy right now, but fillers aren’t my thing. She kept pushing and when the doctor came in she again repeated “don’t you think she would look good with fillers?”. It made me feel uncomfortable and irritated. Also another worker took “before” pictures of me, because the above mentioned nurse couldn’t figure out the camera. She was very nice and professional but both the doctor and the nurse kept going on about how the pictures hadn’t been taken properly and “it was so simple anyone should be able to take a picture!”. Too much ego in one building for me. If the results had been better I may have put up with it, but no.

I had my lips and my "laughing lines" with Dr. Krasny. I was a bit skeptical at first, but as soon as I saw him in consultation I was hooked! His staff is absolutely amazing, his bedside manners are phenomenal. His work is IMPECAPBLE and I am all around very happy with the outcome of his work. I will definitely be back. One of many things that impressed me about Dr. Krasny is that he is not about making an easy buck. If he feels you don't need it, he will not do it, which is more than I can say about those other money hungry Doctors that will say anything to get your money. If you have any questions or any concerns he sees you in follow up for re-evaluation and he does not let you leave until YOU are 100% satisfied. Thank you Dr. Krasny and see you soon!

Dr.Krasny is so nice and personable. Great injector with fillers and Botox. Loves his lasers and is very adept at using them for each individual based on the issue. Fantastic Staff and great atmosphere. Why go downtown when Dr. Krasny is right next door?

I had a terrible experience. Although the staff is very friendly, they are not entirely professional. On one occasion the table was not set up correctly and it fell with me on it. Fortunately the technician and I were not seriously hurt. I was getting a treatment for which I was probably not a good candidate yet they ensured me that it would go well. Not only did the treatment not work, but they never call back for follow up. I gave up calling. They do not want to follow up because they do not guarantee any services. I was so disappointed in the results, the lack of follow up and the fact that I had spent alot of money. It was a humiliating experience.

The secretary called me to book my appointment, while talking to me, she suddenly started Laughing!!! the way that she couldn't continue talking!! then she hanged up the phone and after a while called me back saying there was a problem with the line. I found it super unprofessional... they behaved poorly even before offering their services...

Dr Krasny is a great dermatologist. He really listens to all of your concerns and finds a specialized treatment that would be great for you. I have seen him on both his medical side as well as his aesthetic office and he was great. Cleared the eczema on my chest and easily got ride of my dark under eye circles. I had minimal bruising and a super easy recovery. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had an appointment on April 8th for a microneedling and a scar removal on my leg. They said they'll call back a week later for a follow up of the past appointment. 2weeks later no call not any news of them. I called them to say that I wasn't happy cause the girl who was supposed to remove my scar said I'll only need 1 session and I called back to say it is not gone and they told me that I would need 3 sessions and the technician that did my treatment would call me. She haven't called me again. really unprofessional would not recommend. Got out with a 600$ bill and no changes.

I had Fraxel laser done by Rita at Dermafina approx 3 weeks ago and I am already seeing amazing results. After reading several horror stories about Fraxel, I was not expecting results this good and was also expecting some pain...But there was NONE! I'm thrilled and will definitely have this done again when needed...Thank you,Rita and Dr.Krasny! I would also like to add that the doctor is very helpful, not pushy, gives you a very realistic picture of what to expect and has a wonderful attitude towards her patients, I am very happy and recommend him without reservation!
