Melany was so gracious and pleasant at the front desk and Marilyn worked on my son who had 6 months of hair to sculpture down to his style. Much time was spent with all the attention and detail he needed for almost an hour. I noticed all the staff members took their work super seriously and were exceptionally attentive to their clients. Probably a good idea you make an appointment since they were all busy and I had called beforehand to see if we could be looked after and we arrived promptly. In sum: Very nice work and team + Melany always checks in to make sure your comfortable. Very impressed, this is not a chop shop. Keep it up and thank you for the experience.

The best barber experience I have ever had. The number of 5 star reviews should be a sign. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the atmosphere quite enjoyable. Because I have very difficult hair, my barber took a little more time than anticipated for my haircut and I got more in free products that I paid for the haircut itself (without me complaining in the first place). Overall, there is not one thing I can complain about. They know how to treat a customer and I definitely recommend visiting them. The prices are fair too.

Great barbers depending on who you get. More on the salon spectrum of thing. Being inside the gym does add to the douche factor. And parking is quite the ordeal. Had two cirs from two different stylists. And the experience was night and day. So if your schedule happens to fit a barber you like its a great place. Otherwise its a skip for me. Price is slightly higher but you do get a wash. So pricing is fair.

Expensive for what it is... I actually had a better hair "experience" than beard. Lots of comments afterwards too. But for the beard, I can do better myself at home (mustache a bit too short on one side, neck line not equal). Maybe I fell on the wrong person, but in a place with those prices I would expect top quality no matter who works on me. EDIT: second time was really a great experience. 5 stars as it's my most recent experience. I'll return for sure expecting the same service.

I wanted to try a new place so I can have a fresh cut for my birthday. So I decided to go to this place because it seemed cool and professional. I get there in time for my appointment at 7:30 and i had to wait a good 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated I told her roughly what i wanted but I didnt feel like she really was listening to what i was saying and went into auto pilot mode. Her Clipper kept getting jammed and her scissors kept pulling my hair because she was going so fast. It was a really uncomfortable experience and because of how fast she was going and some hairs are now uneven because of it. I had ask for the 35$ The Bloke Experience and I didnt even any of what I asked for and it was all over in 10 minutes. I know it was towards the end of the day but she was really rushing and didnt really care. Even in the middle of the haircut I told her everything was tugging cause she was going to fast but she continued go just as fast. So it was over and I didnt get anything I wanted and I was just another bloke passing through. What suck is she cut it way shorter than I wanted So I cant fix it and all I could do is wait and look funny for my birthday. In the end I didnt tip because the experience was so bad. When the cashier asked me how was it, i let her know she rushed through it and it wasnt a positive experience. I left than A lady came running after me in the parking lot. She told me she was sorry that the hair dresser didnt offer a positive experience and said she would give me my money back and a coupon for a free haircut. That was really nice of her to do and the only positive experience there I had. Im probably gunna go back to use the coupon but not go to her, Im sure some the other barbers are good. But I if you dont care what you look like and want a super fast haircut go see Catherine!

After reading the great reviews, I was really excited to try this place. I can quite honestly say, that this was the worst haircut I have had in the last 10 years. For a basic comb over hairstyle, the barber decided to cut it shorter at the start of the comb over and keep the ends long, turning my hairstyle into an afro, something that doesn't make sense whatsoever. He also cut the back of my head really badly, and took over 2 weeks to heal. It will take at least few months in order to get my hairstyle back. For what I am paying for what is supposed to be one of their senior hairstylist, and $40, very disappointing. When I told him about these issues at the haircut, he was not apologetic or admitting his mistakes, and simply said well that's the way I cut it. Giving them 2 stars as they do have an app, and one of their other barbers seemed to be pretty good.

First time going to Bloke Barber's, cool place very friendly receptionist and made an appointment right away , I waited for about 20 minutes because the hairdresser was busy with another customer which is understandable . I was there there for a wash and haircut which is the Bloke classic I believe it's called for $25 . When I went to pay the girl at reception she told me it was $35 and she told me it's because I got a haircut and work on my beard which I have no facial hair what so ever and told her this, she went to speak to the barber ( hairdresser) and came back and told me it's because he used the razor blade to clean up my neck line !! Really ? I'm sorry but no place should charge an extra $10 for cleaning the neck line , first of all I should have been told or asked first . It's not the extra $10 It's the principle . It's too bad because it really turned a great experience sour !! Thank you Demo for taking the time to respond to my review ,You are a true professional owner .

I started the conversation in english thinking he won't speak in french, he knew right away that I'm more french and did his best to speak with me in my first language.
