I have been going to Kenza Day Spa for a long time and am never disappointed with the service. I am a Mom of an insanely busy little 2.5 year old and I really look forward to my pedicure appointments to relax. The atmosphere is really calming and I would much prefer to pay the spa price than go to any of those quick walk-in nail places. It's completely worth it to me. Highly recommend. My only suggestion or request would be for more/new choices for pedi/mani colours! Tiffani Warnick

I first came to Kenza day spa in December 2015, driving all the way out to Delta from downtown after reading amazing reviews on Najwa and her work with microblading. I was very nervous, having barely any brow hair and that what I did have being completely lopsided and uneven. I was late due to a huge snow storm and najwa was understanding and warm and managed to keep my appointment. The spa itself is beautiful and you feel an immediate relaxation walking in the door. Najwa worked a miracle as far as I am concerned, I couldn’t actually believe what she managed, completely changing my face by giving me my dream brows all at the same time making me feel so comfortable and cared about!! I have since been for touch ups and had the confidence to go darker and a little bigger! I absolutely love them and now get excited when I book appointments here just to spend time with Najwa. This place is wonderful! The best thing Ive ever done! So grateful

Went here about a week and a half ago to get some skin tags removed on my neck. I was so nervous going into my appointment but she was so gentle and could tell when things weren't comfortable for me and she would stop to reapply numbing cream. Highly recommend and look forward to going back in the future for other services.

I have been going to Kenza for over a year now. Najwa does beautiful eyebrows. She is professional, sweet to talk to and very knowledgeable of her treatments and services. My 13 year old daughter comes for her eyebrows also and feels so comfortable, she won't go anywhere else. She really takes the time with her clients and ensures they are relaxed and at ease. I've been a regular (e.g. monthly) client of Kenza Day spa almost as long as they've been open! It's a quiet, calm oasis close to (my) home. I've always received great service and the prices are comparable to other local spas. Anna has taken care of my needs for years, and I couldn't live without her! She knows how picky I am about getting my eyebrow arch and tint, and she works magic! She's an artist and they always turn out perfect! And she gives a great pedicure too. I always walk out feeling pampered and well taken care of. I highly recommend both Anna and Bev for great services at Kenza!

I wanted to try Microblading so I did my serious research of the best artist because I am scared to mess my face. Kenza Day Spa have good reviews plus I found out Najwa is a certified Phibrow artist, so I booked. The spa place is nice and Najwa is such a sweetheart, she made me feel comfortable throughout my procedure. Mind you, I am sensitive to pain, but she is very professional to endure my whining LOL, she accomodated me to be comfortable and finish the two procedures (second is retouch after few weeks). MY EYEBROWS ARE BEAUTIFUL. Save my time doing my makeup every morning. It’s all worth it. I hope I can attached here my picture after how many months, they look natural and pretty. I got lots of compliments from my friends and family so I always recommend her. Thank you Najwa! ❤️

The owner is an absolute nightmare. She is over priced and rude. I came here for a number of different facials and realized that they are all pretty much the same as the classic facial. Everything used there is old or poor quality. I've over heard the way she speaks to her staff as well. The only reason why kenza is still in business is because of her wonderful staff and regular based clients. Cheap cheap cheap. There are many other places to get microblading done for cheaper and more efficient. I recommend prep beauty parlour

I’ve been hesitant for years to get my eyebrows microbladed that is until I found he QUEEN of eyebrows. I called in to check her availability and low and behold I got in an appointment she’s highly reviewed and rated so it wasn’t a surprise she was booked solid for awhile, so I was thankful to get in . I was extremely nervous about the procedure. When she walked in the front to come grab me my god is she beautiful she was saying she was almost 50 well you would never think she was a day over 30. Not only is she beautiful but her table side manner is incredible she offered me a blanket and went over the procedure very thoroughly. We discussed my face shape and what colours would suit me best along with the shape of the eyebrows for me specifically. I knew by her befores and afters I was in the right hands. I asked for not to thick, sharp and more defined well she EXCEEDED my expectations and went above and beyound to make these babies (eyebrows on fleek) and boy are they ever I literally just finished my appointment and am writing this review . I was shocked at how gorgeous they were, photos don’t do any justice . Wait until your finished your set you will be amazed how beautiful they come out . There like little hairs that make you think you were born with these incredible brows..It doesn’t even hurt that much . I find tweezing and threading way worse . She’s very Social I got to learn about her family she has two boys and a husband who she loves very much. Don’t go to anyone else she’s in my opinion the best. Tell her what you like and she will give you what suits you best with your ideas in mind. I can’t wait for touchups that is if I even need them any time soon . Took my girlfriend here so she could get her eyelashes done. The first time she said her experience with the Lash technician was good except she was shocked when they told her that the glue contained formaldehyde and "infact all eyelash glues do." We went online and found out pretty quickly that was just not true. Also instead of using proper lower lash covering to protect the lashes and undereye skin they used SCOTCH TAPE. When taken off it pulled out some of her lashes and hurt! The next evening when washing her face with oil free face wash her lashes got wet and BEGAN TO BURN. This happen EVERYTIME they became damp. Within the first few days she noticed she was loosing lashes not individually but in clumps, turns out they use 3 prong eyelash instead of individuals so when she lost one or two of her natural lashes she ended up losing 6-12 falses which becomes pretty noticeable very quickly. Within 2 weeks she was back with questions and in need of a fill. The day after the fill she lost a huge very noticeable clump right in the center and was choked. When looking at the new gap we realized that her natural eyelashes hadn't fallen out but were still there now short and stubby. Were assuming the glue was to harsh and broke the lashes before they were ready to fall out. This pattern has continued throughout this week and she is left with nothing but short stubs. In short although the Employees at Kenza Day Spa were kind the products used in their Eyelash Extensions cause PAIN and are DAMAGING to your eye and lashes. Will not bring her there again.

I had my eyebrows microbladed here one month ago. My eyebrows before were super thin and light; you could barely tell I had any, but now they look amazing! Najwa took the time to discuss the process and worked with me to find the perfect shape and colour. She did an amazing job on making my eyebrows, look thicker, natural and more defined. Getting them done did hurt a little, but before, the salon applys numbing cream so it won't hurt as bad. I am so pleased with my eyebrows and feel much more confident. I had microblading done in the past that left my brows red in color and completely uneven in shape. Before finding Kenza Day spa I had two consultations elsewhere where I was told nothing could be done. Najwa was able to help me and gave me beautiful, symmetrical gorgeous brows! Was one of the worst spa experiences I've ever had. During my pedicure that aesthetician left open wounds on both feet when supposedly removing calluses. I also had eyelash extensions done and was very clear that I wanted a the lashes to look fuller, but did not want anything long and dramatic. Not only were the lashed WAY too long, but it was extremely obvious that she had made the left eye fuller than the right. The next morning the lashes started falling out! I ended up having to go to another spa and pay them to remove the lashes and reapply them appropriately. Update: I contacted the spa and they assured me that they were going to make sure that their aestheticians received updated training in both pedicures and the application of eyelash extensions. After much discussion they agreed to refund my money, but wanted me to removed my review if they did. I will not remove my review, but will say that I appreciate that they acknowledged that I received poor service and refunded my payment.

I was 7 minutes late for an appointment and when I got there they gave up my spot. "You Know we have a waiting list"..... Not to mention how hard it was to even make the appointment. I had to called 3 times before I got a hold of somebody to make the appointment in the first place. I even left my number and name and no one called me back.....
