NOT GOOD. The nail tech used a disgusting old nail file that had clearly been used for many other clients on my nails - she also filed the skin around my nails because she was in a hurry jumping between my nails, and some persons pedicure! I make an appointment for a reason. Also the shellac polish chipped after two days, usually last for 2 weeks on my nails from my old salon. Would not recommend.

First time, walk in. Called first to see if they were available though. Friendly, but I did not like my nails. Anna, was very rough with handling my nails, very crooked, as well as she made me bleed. Would not return not recommend.

If i could give a negative score i would. I asked to get waxed here (I've been waxed before) it was the worst experience I've ever had. She called me a baby when i started expressing my pain. She said she waxes 16 year olds and they are tougher than me. And i explained its hurting more than usual and she left the door open to talk about me with her coworker all while leaving wax chunks on my skin. I stopped her half way through because she made a remark about it going to be really painful the next day. She would reuse the wax strips over and over again. When i got home i saw that i bruised in the places that i was complaining of pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY TYPE OF WAXING. So unprofessional and expensive.

The lady didn't have anything needed for what I wanted. Nail vile was previously used, nails were done poorly, crooked and with spaces. Asked for some of my money back and was lied to when she said we dont give refunds I showed you on the receipt.. which she never showed me. Don't waist your time, you come for your appointment and they take people walking in instead just before your time And ask you to wait for 30 min. Really? No thanks. Luckily another local salon took me in right away and I didn't waist my time and money for a babysitter I arrange to get my pedi done. You can't earn all the money at onse but can easily loose a client. I'm not coming back. FYI no mask wearing in the salon, no mask on clients neither on the manicure lady. Avoid going there.

Tubs were not cleaned, lady was polite but not friendly, and my nail polish started chipping and peeling within a few days. Just go to Atlantis Day Spa instead, or even L&V.

very nice people i have acrylics done about every 3 weeks and I have done this for the last 20 years I don't believe that they use a very good product reason being is my nails constantly lift which is unfortunate that she seems to buy a cheaper products because this is the only reason I will never go back there very nice people very nice shaping but within a week my nails are lifting and within 2 weeks there falling off should only have to go get your nails done every 3 weeks so all in all do to her buying cheap products the experience is poor because afterwards they don't last long i realy wish She would start buying a better product and not going cheap with her products because I would still be going there

Hi Anna it's me Lisa. Re. that comment that Tennille Scott and after talking with you I had to make my own comment. I noticed too that Tennille Scott made a very very negative comment on LV nails on Ladner. I know for a fact that you do not use a cheap supplies because all your products are on the wall for customer to see and to choose. Seems like this lady has a problem with nail salons or she works or owns one and try to turn people away from the busy salons in Ladner. She has stated that she's been getting her nails done for 20 years so why is she jumping from nail salon to nail salon, why wont she stay with one nail salon where she has been going, through this years. I have been a customer of Anna for 3 years. Anna has a very busy shop with lots of returning costumers, many of them had been going back 5 -6 years. This lady should look at why her nails are lifting, maybe it's a medical condition.

I have been going to Anna's shop for 4 years now, very friendly people. Sometimes things go wrong (it happens to everyone) this complainer, Maria Celina Villario might have twitched her finger or has delicate skin. I clicked on her profile picture and every review she has done has been negative. Anna has a very busy shop, So if she did such lousy work why is she so busy? Get a life Maria!!!

I went to get an acrylic nail set of and it was done poorly. I went back to get them fixed and was still not the best. They were not wearing a mask while working as well.

I had a broken nail that needed to be repaired. The lady fixing my nail was rude and did not care to fix it. I needed the nail fixed as it was lifting my original nail. She didn't say a single word to me throughout the process, the nail was poorly filed, painted poorly, just a terrible experience.

2 1/2 hours later! With only one other custmer being served! Very inexperienced young employees and continuously wanted to play with the other customer children. Very disappointed as I felt this was a great salon the last few times I had gone. Never again and will not recommend to anyone.

I would give 4 seasons 0 stars but that is not an option. My sister, friend and I went to get our nails done. We had booked an appointment for 2pm for 3 people. We started at separate times and my sister was taken in at 4. Had I known about the service I would not have bought a gift certificate for my mom to get a manicure and pedicure (both jell) a value of 70 dollars. When we paid, my friend paid by cash. In front of both of us, they did NOT ring in the charge nor did they give us a receipt. When we asked for it the owner became defensive. (We never got one btw) - so they pocketed the money! My mother went to get a manicure and pedicure with the gift certificate I purchased for her. She was told by the very rude owner that she only has jell manicure NOT a pedicure. Instead, my mom got her eyebrows waxed... upon leaving the owner told her that she OWES money.... I don’t know about you... but I’ve never encountered an eyebrow wax to cost more than 10 dollars. This business is a joke... don’t waste your time or money....

They used instruments that were dirty and now I have toe nail fungus!!! I asked if they cleaned the instruments and they said yes. But clearly the file and buffer were used so much they were white from nails and worn out. I have no doubt that the rest of the instruments were not sanitized as well. I saw them use a dirty set from a previous customer on a new customer right beside me while getting my pedicure. Just brutal and disgusting. Now I have to deal with all of this just before summer!

I had a mani pedi from this spa today. The nail file was clearly used on many other clients. It was in terrible shape. I am unsure if the rest of the instruments were cleaned as well. The esthetician was very rough while cutting cuticles. I have 5 cuts on my cuticles. 5! I can’t even wash my hands without wincing. Worst manicure ever. Pedicure was good.

Anna was very kind, respectful to me. I’ve known her for a couple of weeks and she’s already been giving me a lot of respect. She’s a hard working owner and I totally recommend this place. Some people don’t like this place either they don’t know that she doesn’t know English that well, it’s okay for others opinions but make sure you go easy on her overall, she did give me a pretty nice pedicure and manicure. Looking forward to this place next time Anna!

The ladies are professional and timely in getting you done. They do excellent work and are even generous to those of us who are new to getting nails done and make errors that they fixed for a small fee. They want their customers happy and happy enough to come back. You gals rock.

If you’re conscious of physical space or common sense during the pandemic I wouldn’t suggest going there. There was only myself and one other customer getting a pedicure and we were put right beside each other . All the other 6 chairs were empty. When I suggested we be spaced out she told me it didn’t matter anymore . Wasn’t I vaccinated ? Then she told me a family of 6 was coming in ( they were still not there when I left) the customer beside me thanked me for speaking up as she was also uncomfortable.
