I got exposed to the flu over the weekend. On Monday, I was feeling weak, mildly feverish, and ached all over. Sue put me in a salt room with an adjusted concentration for my symptoms, then I did a 1/2 hour infrared sauna session (I did not feel up to a longer timeframe). She recommended soaking in 3lbs. Himalayan salt bath once I returned home, with the recommendation that I drink a LOT of water due to everything I was doing. It made the symptoms tolerable so that I could give my body time to fight off the virus and heal. I am definitely on the mend and feel MUCH better!

Great experience and shop. I tried the salt cave and enjoyed it. The shop itself is pretty interesting too with home made soaps and some naturopathic remedies.

I really love the spa sessions me and my wife have here and Sue is just the greatest person to be around. We get a spa session at least 2 times a month. Gonna try and make it every week. Otherwise, great place and great staff. A must go if you want to feel refreshed.

It was very clean and inviting. I was greeted upon entering. They explained all the safety guidelines and proper usage of their facility. I relaxed in the zero gravity chair as the healthy mists of pink hymalain salt was pumped in to the room with salt walls and floor. Atmosphere was darkened except for the color changing star like lights in th ceiling. Mellow music. The employees were considerate and helpful. I will return with more friends.. they have very useful and homeopathic products right in the lobby area.

The salt spa is amazing, as is the Infrared sauna.. It gets up to 144° and od'd like a full cardio workout. The salt rock lamps are so cute. I can't wait to purchase a few.

Wonderful experience, as always! Love their halotherapy room, with the starry night sky and soothing salty breezes. Incredibly relaxing. The sauna helps me unwind and warm up, to get ready for one of Brian's excellent massages. He is highly skilled, courteous, and careful, and I feel like a new person afterwards, with a spring in my step. Spa is always spotlessly clean, with plenty of fresh towels, robes, and terry sandals. I appreciate the safety and security with the lockable lockers. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the many products for sale. I especially like their pain creams and bath soaks. They even have CBD products! Prices reasonable and scheduling easy. So glad to have found the Salt Med Spa!

I came in yesterday to have a facial after recieving a gift certificate for my birthday. I have struggled with acne over 2.5 yrs. I have tried everything in store to try and relieve my acne. When I came in I was greeted kindly by the owner. She was very nice. Ella was the one who did my facial. I explained to her what my issues with my skin was. She told me what they offered to help me. I decided to go with the hydrafacial after she looked over my skin and made some suggestions of how we could tackle the problem. She was very kind, knowledgeable and down to earth. I didnt feel judged or as If she was rushing me. It's the day after and my skin looks wayyyy better than it did. I'm 100% happy. My face looks less inflamed and its glowing for the first time in a long time. even though it was expensive it was well worth it after the struggle I've had with my skin. I plan on continuing to go and hopefully finally get some relief for my acne. Ella did an amazing job and provided the best customer service I've recieved in a long time. Thankyou!!!

My wife and I have been going to Salt Med Spa for over 2 years. We went there again yesterday. We both really enjoyed the experience and I look forward to my next visit. I had a 90 min hot stone massage and used the sauna and salt relaxation room. The massage was really helpful for my stiff, sore muscles. I especially like the salt relaxation room, which is an experience you can't find anywhere else. The zero-gravity chairs, soft music, and darkened room with multi-colored "starry night" ceiling make for a truly restful and rejuvenating environment.

Salt MedSpa is my favorite place to go in Dawsonville. The Salt Room is so relaxing. Great Price on Hymalan Pink Salt for my baths, wonderful/sweet Esthetician & alot of neat things for gift. The best part about going is see Sue the owner. She is always so sweet & provides awsome customer service:)

Just had a wonderful spa morn with my son. Haleotherapy in the Salt Room for 45 minutes under the "stars" laid back in chairs and warm blankets (room is 59 degrees); he slept; I meditated and felt engerized, calm, and like my sinuses and lungs had been cleaned out. You can also sign up for yoga time in the salt room. I then enjoyed 35 minutes in infrared therapy with temp set at 144 to 151 degrees where I also could watch Netflix or Hulu...I laughed to and sweat while in another room my son had 60 minute deep tissue massage. We are returning for repeat in January...and if you are a Black Card Planet Fitness member...first salt session is free and 25% off furst infrared sauna session. I'm returning with my mom on Monday as salt sessions are $10 each in December...you can also stockpile them and use in a year, and infrared therapy is buy two get one free through December. Highly sugest Sue and staff!

The owner Sue is very sweet! She has everything a woman needs and more, from a sauna (The good kind) it's better than your average one. The salt room of course, it's amazing. She even has a salt playroom for the children. Now let's also not forget the facials, hair removal, reflexology and massage. They will take good care of you here! She also has items to buy from salt lamps to neck wraps and more????
