I had/have absolutely NO worries when I walk into this spa. I had a wonderful facial done by Delan. She is amazing and my skin looks GREAT! Not happy with my last massage. Also they don't answer phones and ignore voicemails, then threaten to charge your credit card for missed appointment. Avoid this place. To reply to owner: can't find me as was there with wife. Not interested in discussing this any further. Gave too many chances already.

Such a relaxing pedicure last week. Jennifer is the best :) The staff is always warm & welcoming. They are MORE than following all COVID-19 regulations. I felt completely safe & secure. I have been a customer for a few years now, I am always impressed with the level of professional service. I cant wait to go back for a few other treatments. Highly recommend!!!

I started going to Dawson Manor Spa in 2010 or so, not long after I moved to the area, and have been a faithful client ever since! The owners and staff are nothing short of amazing! They are always very prompt to respond to e-mails to book appointments (although they have just launched an online service), and I have been happy with all of my services, ranging from esthetics (waxing, manicures/pedicures) to massage (RMT and relaxation).

Brought my elderly mother here for what I thought would be a relaxing massage in a clean facility. The sheets had blood stain and smelled bad. The person giving the massage was rough and she was in pain for weeks after. And they overbill for services not rendered (billed for an hour when she only got the "massage" for 37 mins). Folks go somewhere else, anywhere else but here. My biggest regret! REPLY TO OWNER REPLY: clearly you can't stand that I found a better spa and won't waste any more of my hard-earned cash on your fraudulent mickey mouse business. Other thing that's clear: the reviews following mine are fake, you either paid people to write them or it's yourself/family/friends/employees, etc. Not interested in wasting any more of my time arguing with fools who fail to take responsibility for their inappropriate actions which earn them such honest (hopefully eye-opening for other potential customers) reviews.

I have had a 30 min. massage for a lower back injury. The day after the massage I was without muscle spasms for the first time in days. I was without pain within 3 days. MeghanTalbot, RTM is a gifted therapist. Highly recommended if you are hurting.

Just had my lash lift done there before lockdown. Attendant was great, amazing customer service but... When i came home and saw my lashes, to my horror my lower eyelashes were curled UP! Very big curve for upper lashes too - can't even use my eyeliner without messing up! I have had my lashes done previously many times before but never like this! I Needless to say i won't be back for any services and it was supposed to be an early birthday present for myself! Their massage therapist isn't good either when i had my massage there in January.

I have been a regular client for almost 2 years - massages, waxing and mani/pedi are amazing! I recommend Ian as an RMT - really strong and knowledgeable about addressing my back pain. Jen is also fantastic for waxing and nails! Overall just an amazing experience

***Update*** 04.15.18 Had a bit of an incident here while waiting for my spouse during his massage but the manager and owner were really quick and professional dealing with it. I appreciated the follow up call. I haven't used the services myself but have bought gift certificates for friends and family :)

I went to the spa today with my best friend on her recommendation. The pedicure was amazing, hands down! We then went to get a manicure. I had specifically grown out my nails for this manicure. I wanted to keep them somewhat long, as I have an event later this week. The lady asked if I wanted to trim the length, I said yes (to make them uniform and nice). Without asking how much, she cut my nails as short as they would go! She continued with the manicure and before painting my nails, she simply asked if the length and shape was ok. I stated I'd like them longer, but it was a bit late for that. Since coming home, I've noticed there is dirt or something under my polish making my nails look like I did them in my own bathroom. I will return for pedicures to this establishment, but never again for a manicure. The staff was, however, very friendly.

I had multiple services at Dawson Manor Spa and was extremely impressed with their attention to detail in relation to Covid-19 protocols. The Spa was spotless and proper screening and even sandals were provided to prevent anyone bringing in the virus on their shoes. Top quality services and invited atmosphere = Relax and Recharge. I have found Dawson Manor Spa to be one of the best spas ever, and I have been to many other spas. Their facials are absolutely fantastic...a whole body experience. Staff are friendly and courteous and let you enjoy the experience without too much chatter. I would highly recommend this spa!

The staff was very nice, the did make the mistake of booking my massage after my pedicure when my feet were still wait - ruining my polish. As I was in a rush and couldn’t stay any long to get a fix - they didnt offer to allow me to return to fix or speak with manager. They also did not want me to use my gift card - were very pushy to have me pay cash or debit so I could take advantage of their promotion for the service. I explained the gift card is cash - I should be able to take advance but they advised I was not able to use their gift card for any promotion or products. $150 gift card! So I paid full price and paid debit for my product...and they lost a client.

Would definitely recommend this place for anyone you needs some me time. The staff are super attentive and friendly, you can feel the stress melt away as soon as you walk in. I have had numerous wonderful massages in the past but went for my first facial on July 20 2019 and I must say Jennifer was very knowledgeable and used product that was correct for my skin type and troubled areas. My skin felt amazing afterwards never mind the wonderful hand message that was given while products were working their magic. was soo relaxed after my amazing experience at Dawson Manor, see you guys soon!!!

I went to Dawson Manor Spa just weeks after it reopened after the Covid-19 shutdown. The spa was still a wonderful environment and I had a pedicure (with Cianna) in the new copper bowls which was fantastic. The precautions they have taken to ensure our safety will have me coming back again and again.

Was going very regularly every 3 weeks on average. Also my wife and two other family members. Cancelled one appointment in years the morning of.....$50 charge. If I was a regular offender I understand firs time should be a warning. Too bad...?? lost all four customers now, shouldn't be so pretentious because I even told them I would be looking for some where else instead of rescheduling
