Very disappointed. I had been to the Summit several years ago and remember it for the quality service. I rarely go to a spa nowadays and therefore was really looking forward to returning to the Summit for that same quality service. How disappointed was I . I had filled out the questionnaire yet was not asked one question about the info I had provided. The esthetician had barely started my treatment when she was interrupted by a knock on the door and went out to speak to someone. From that moment on it appeared she was rushed. I spent almost 30 min in room and was alone for over half of it. I have been to spas before and was given hand massages, or scalp messages while I was processing. Not so at the Summit. I had the treatment applied, was left alone for approx 10 min, then had the treatment checked and was left alone for another 10 minutes. In the past the Esthetician would take this time to advise on skin care, fillers, services etc. At no time was this instigated. My treatment was swift and to the point It was only in the final few minutes that she made any attempt at a conversation with me. I did not like the final result but did not want her to do any more, I just wanted to leave. I will go elsewhere to have what I wanted done. I went to a quality spa for quality service but could have gotten same service in a nail bar for less then half the price.
