I've had manicures all over the world....your Cariss is the best I've ever had! Also in 2020 I will be getting back to getting massages from Shannon Scott. Shannon is wonderful and has helped me in the past with my "messy" neck and back. Love both of these ladies....EXCELLENT!

The parking arrangement sucks! Apart from that the place is nice the staff r nice. Someone staying at the hotel will enjoy the service. Or be prepared to pay $6 for a one hour massage appointment.

Went with clean hair for a "curling iron" style, it turned out ok but not what I requested. Went to pay and it was much more than the advertised price (on their website it states $15-20, mine came to $56, tip incl). I asked why, said it was supposed to be $15-20, girl said it STARTS at $15. I said I wasn't told that. Other 2 friends paid $25 and one had longer hair than me. Third friend wouldn't pay the larger amount but paid the correct price. I was supposed to go back for another treatment at a later time that day and figured I'd ask for a price adjustment then but I was so pissed that I just cancelled and never went back. My gripe is, just advertise the correct cost or inform clients when they arrive. We won't be back.

Highly recommend Interlude Spa, halifax. Staff is courteous and professional. Facilities are kept extremely clean which provides a comfortable atmosphere during this pandemic. If you are looking for spa services and are unsure during these unprecedented times, i highly recommend checking out their Halifax location.

Great place for a hair cut. Leigh is a wonderful hair dresser, very creative and skilled, has tons of patience for kids and has a great eye for coming up with the best styles. It's always a delightful experience.

Worst overall feeling of doing business with them. I had called and discussed rates for my wife to have a spa day on her birthday and they were nice and booked the services and told me the after tax cost would $240.86. After my wife went, I was charged $320!! And they told me "the price is the price". I checked 3 times what the rate was before I even booked it and was still charged $80 more than expected. They also put a more expensive nail polish on without asking my wife. I no longer trust this business as they betrayed my trust.

I was looking for an eyelash appointment last minute. I called the Dartmouth location and when she wasn't able to find me an appointment at that location she got me one at the Halifax one. The young lady who did my lashes was very good. I will definitely be coming back when I need a refill. The lashes look like they are my natural lashes. I'm very impressed by Interlude Spa from reception to the estheticians.

I was really impressed with this spa! Really relaxing atmosphere and all staff I interacted with were very friendly. I was offered water or tea and taken to a beautiful sitting room to wait for my massage appointment. The sitting room was great but I hardly had to use it because my massage therapist was right on time for my appointment. She asked me what I was looking for and was very professional. The massage room was very cozy, smelled like a spa should and the music was relaxing. Nice dim lighting too. Cora was my therapist and she was amazing. Best massage I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back. One thing I would change: the head rest on the table was quite worn in so I felt like my face was resting on the bar. Need a new one!!

They took excellent care of my mom’s accessibility needs and they seemed equally delighted to meet & chat with us. The new location is fantastic, calm, and quiet. My mother hadn’t had a facial in 15+ years… she promises that we will be back!

Omg.. this has to be the nicest spa I have been to.. the experience start to finish a very calming one.. i did get a mild heart attack when seeing the bill but that quickly healed when I saw myself in the mirror.. it’s professional, clean, friendly and very welcoming to souls like myself..

The esthetics ladie I had was great!.. unfortunately the front receptionist wasn't friendly at all.. and when I arrived back to my room and found my friend, she had also found front desk rude. The front desk is the first face that sets the standards for a salon. First impression is everything.

Melissa, Kelly and Cariss were great for mani/pedis and facials. If you want to laugh and relax at the same time, ask for them. Ask for Jeremy, Cora, or Taylor for massages. Overall a very good experience.
