(Translated) To start, I want to say that for the package ($ 215 for two, one night, 3 meals and a 60-minute massage) it was really worth the price. However, I had higher expectations. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms, it was impeccable. Meals on the other hand were a big 3/10. Kind of a dry semi-hot buffet, not a lot of choice, no flavor. We ended up going to eat elsewhere. The saltwater pool is cool but really old. We thought we had access to another spa or outdoor baths, but none of that. There was another small tub with peeling bottom paint and no hotter than the pool. The prices for the treatments are really high, I would never have paid $ 90 for 60 minutes to have cream spread if it had not been included in the package. The staff are adorable and billing. We will not be going back, but I would not recommend it either. (Original) Pour débuter, je tiens à dire que pour le forfait (215$ pour deux, une nuit, 3 repas et un massage de 60 minutes) ca vallait vraiment le prix. Par contre, j’avais de plus hautes attentes. Rien à dire sur la propreté des chambres, c’était impecable. Les repas par contre, c’etait un gros 3/10. Un genre de buffet semi-chaud sec, pas beaucoup de choix, pas de saveur. On a fini par aller manger ailleurs. La piscine d’eau salé est cool mais vraiment vieille. On pensait avoir accès à d’autre spa ou des bains extérieurs, mais rien de tout ca. Il y avait un autre petit bain dont la peinture de fond s’écaille et qui n’est pas plus chaud que la piscine. Les prix des soins sont vraaaiment hauts, j’aurais jamais payé 90$ pour 60 minutes pour me faire etendre de la crème si ca avait pas été inclus dans le forfait. Le staff est adorable et billingue. Nous n’y retournerons pas, mais je ne le déconseille pas non plus.

(Original) À 165$ je suis déçu, je n'enlève rien sur la propreté des lieux ni à l'accueil, personnel courtois, les lieux son bien nettoyé de ce que j'ai vue. MAIS on aurais dit une chambre de motel plus que d'un hôtel à 165$... Pas d'accès à la piscine ni de déjeuner à ce prix là. Oui un grand lit King était présent comme ce qu'on avais demandé. Petite fenêtre très peux de lumière vue sur le stationnement, la fan de la salle de bain étais possédé d'un bruit de tracteur. Une seule table de nuit d'un côté, pas de prise de courant près des lits. Mobilier défraîchis avec en 2020 une télé cathodique et des clé pour la chambre... Mini salle de bain avec très petite douche avec le choix d'eau entre tiède et froide variation de température comprise, évier en dehors de la salle de bain dans la chambre parfait pour réveiller l'autre personne la nuit...

L'horreur au lendemain matin. 7h am la propriétaire nous suit comme si nous étions des criminels, elle s'incruste dans notre conversation et nous informe que des frais de 25$ s'appliqueront puisque mon petit caniche de 7lbs a selon elle dormi dans la chambre. Aucun professionalisme, une dame très hautaine. Résultats 250$ pour une chambre au sous sol... Humidité en prime et chambre pas très propre. N'allez pas encourager des gens cupide, il y a tellement de bon monde en Gaspésie.

Les chambres étaient ok en résumé beaucoup trop cher et en passant les commentaires disant qu'il faut laisser des chances au nouveau propriétaire sont personnellement pour moi non approprié nous payons pour avoir un service d'excellence et nous obtenons de la médiocrité je ne retournerais jamais à Aqua mer car personnellement je pense que ça peut être dangereux pour la santé bonne chance

Les enveloppement d'algues sont faites en baissant le chauffage après 5 min. pour économiser le chauffage donc on gèle et aucun bienfaits. L'eau du bain est verte et tiède, personnel nouveau car les anciens sont partis avec la nouvelle administration. Les chambres sont sales et les rénos faites durant le séjour juillet 2018 démontre de la pourriture excellent pour une cure de 5 jours de 3000$. Arnaque et danger pour votre santé.
