I wouldn't stay here again it's way overpriced. First the bathtub plug wouldn't work, then I noticed hairs in the shower ???? and no microwave. I'm giving 2 stars solely because the mineral pool is awesome except for the fact that you have to pay for a towel, Weird.! However it's open to the public so I would recommend staying somewhere else like Grant Hall and then hitting up the pool only. The spa girls were the only helpful ones there. Front desk was not very professional in my opinion.

We really enjoyed the pool!!! The water was wonderful. We did notice that the rooms are dated - fresh paint would go a long way!! Plus the stairs could use a vacuum.

This was an amazing getaway. All the staff so helpful and kind. Clean room. Room with baby and they put us close to spa. So accommodating. Wished I had booked for longer as was so perfect. Lots of cool stores and nice safe areas to walk around hotel. Grandbaby loved the spa and slept so well our stay..due to the lovely spa.

One of the better hotels in Moose Jaw but it's in need of better maintenance and some freshening up of paint ànd fixtures etc. The shade of green on the trim is a bit off, and it's badly chipped in high traffic areas. The pool was out of service so that was disappointing but a decent discount was offered to compensate. The location is excellent. The beds are comfortable, and the a/c worked well.

The pool was excellent. Enjoyed going there a few times.

I've stayed at the Temple Gardens twice now, the staff are great and seem happy, the rooms are pretty and clean. The spa area is nice with great RMT (masseuses). The Pool is the obviously draw.. Which is amazing! The water is always very clean and hot. Outdoors is spacious for many people, indoors they did a great job keeping sound levels down, and there's even more space to soak or swim. I highly recommend!

For the price you pay to stay at a "luxury hotel" it was anything but. The only nice thing about this hotel is the lobby. The rooms are extremely dated, our heat/cool unit in the room did not work properly and the bed/pillows were not comfortable. We were unable to reach guest services via the phone after a good 5 phone calls. The advertised included WIFI was down for the whole evening of our stay and that was a main reason why we booked to stay at this hotel in the first place. When I asked at checkout if any compensation would be given for the inconvenience, the manager responded "no because the service is complimentary and outages are out of our control". I understand this but if you aren't able to offer an advertised service it really puts a damper on someones stay, especially for those who had to work remotely. It is so easy to give proper customer service, and a repeat customer is worth so much more than the money you might loose on discounting a room. We won't be returning to this hotel and I wouldn't recommend.

In regards to the staff, spa and mineral pool I have no complaints. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and my massage therapist Ashley was awesome. However, when it comes to the state of the hotel rooms my friends and I were very disappointed and upset. For the price that we paid to stay there the rooms should have been immaculate but instead the room had a funny smell, outdated and damages everywhere. The lobby was nice but the rooms need some repairs and updates. Definitely not worth the price you pay to stay there.

Wanna flash back 25 years to the 90's and stay in a 2 star hotel at 5 star prices? The only thing clean in the entire hotel is the front lobby - the rooms are awful, the pool is missing tiles all over the place, and forget about anyone there knowing how to operate a telephone...it took me 45 minutes to get through - to buy a gift card - only to be told they couldn't process my order over the phone and that I had to create an account on their website. Ever since Deb Thorne left - this place has gone to hell. What a joke.

The spa was lovely and the pool space was great. Rooms are pretty average. Wish the rooms were a bit more exciting and updated. Restaurant was nice and the staff were extremely friendly.

Hotel stay was good. Rooms little aged. Front desk employee (Man) was very rude . Asked them question in morning and received very rude answer. Also by checking out, same person was very rude and unfriendly! You should think if you spend $229 for room, $220 for supper and breakfast and a $146 on massage, at least you could have a little friendlier employee. They are the "front" face of your beautiful hotel. Make sure you put a happy face at that position! Very disappointed in that part thank you

The room was clean and it was nice to have our own mineral tub in our room. The hotel is a bit dated, but the experience was overall great and the bed was super comfortable.

We were a bit early, had to wait for our rooms. But, no worries, we could go to the pool. The room was nice a clean, our only issue was a rattle in the air conditioning. Thank God for ear plugs.

Room was large but very outdated and not cleaned very well. Doritos and other food on the floor by the couch… there was hair on the pillow and it looks like the floor was not vacuumed… garbage by our headboard. Asked for a late checkout and they said no. The distance from parking to the rooms is far and not labeled very well of how to get to where you need to be. Enjoyed the balcony but it wasn’t even shovelled off. Ice only on the 3rd level. Not allowed to bring your own drinks into the pool area. For the amount of money per night I would definitely not stay here again.
