I am very impressed by the authentic experience I had here. I had not received a pedicure for several years and knew it was time to show my feet some love but was not interested in going to a nail salon where the lights are bright and your experience is noisy and impersonal. Stephanie's pedicures are very unique in the sense that you have the time and space to actually relax and rest. The prices for services are very accessible which allows me, a client on a budget, to receive treatment more regularly. From the first time I received treatment I also resonated with Stephanie's peaceful presence and space she creates for clients to experience the healing they need. I highly recommend her!

I had my first reiki session, and I was quite shocked with the outcome of it all. I did a bit of research before going (+ was recommended to try reiki from friends), so I had a bit of an understanding before going. Stephanie was very welcoming, kind and informative the moment I arrived. I appreciated her thorough explanation of the treatment. I found out after the fact just how much I needed this type of treatment! I began to get a bit of a headache during the session, then after I left and into the next day, I continued to have a headache + was feeling different (bloated, etc.). Stephanie followed up with me the following day to check-in (which I didn't expect + was very appreciative of). She shared lots of information about what I should do while my body continues to heal, bringing the emotional and physical toxins to the surface. I highly suggest trying reiki with Stephanie. I look forward to my next reiki session with her!

The first time I called Stephanie at Sudhana's Healing Solutions, I was looking for someone to help me release the tension and stress as soon as possible. She did everything possible to get me in as soon as she could, and took the time on the phone to talk with me about my needs and how her practice could help me as a woman. When I made an appointment with her, she was very kind, down-to-earth, and compassionate. She made a very safe place for people to come and experience emotional and physical release. She is not a counsellor, but shows that she cares about people and their challenges at the same level. I became very relaxed, and she was very professional and met me where I was at, if I wanted to converse or have a quiet session. I left Sudhana's with my shoulders noticeably dropped, my body relieved and on the path to healing itself further, and feeling generally supported and cared for. I called her later to tell her how I felt like the first ugly layer of "yuck" had been peeled off, and how my skin immediately looked less stressed. I felt more circulation in my face, and she is right about needing to drink lots of water after. Excellent place to go if you want to just have a simple massage, or for an experience where you feel genuinely cared for along with an incredible massage. Thank you, Stephanie!
