I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was a bad experience from the second we got there. The front desk girl was on the phone and didn't even look up or acknowledge me for 10 mins. Then we were rushed and proceeded into the room for a couples massage which was supposed to be an hour but was maybe 40 mins at the most. It was a terrible massage for both of us, hands down the worst experience either of us have had at any spa, can't believe they charge what they did for that.

I love this lil gem of a spa. Great selection of skin care products, really knowledgeable staff and all of the services you could want for! I attended their essential oil seminar and had such a great night learning and socializing with like minded women! Can’t wait for the next pop up :)

This has been the best spa experience I have ever had ! The hydropath for 20 min and then a 90 min massage was enough to make you in to a relaxed Mush! It was fantastic and truly an experience! The staff was so friendly professional and the place was very clean and nice ! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great relating experience!

A pedicure at Oh Spa is one of my favorite ways to celebrate with a friend or two! It's super easy to book a pair of pedicures, sip on tea in the lounge, and catch up. The last time I went, though, the massage chair was broken :( but otherwise the staff is great and the space is very relaxing.

I've been going to OhSpa for several years and have had various treatments - manicures, eyebrow tint/wax, facials. The last year or so Megan has been doing my eyebrows and also my facials. Oh. My. Goodness. She is simply the best. She knows her stuff, clearly enjoys what she's doing, and is a lovely combination of professional and friendly. I look forward to my treatments and time with her each time I go.

My review ranges both ends of the scale but there isn't a button to distinguish between the services and the attitude. The actual services at OhSpa are fantastic - manicures, wraps and massages all wonderful. I would return over and over again - but sad to say I will not be returning. Reason being while there on my last visit my coat was stolen from the change room. The reaction from the staff and management was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. They feel - although no signs were posted to beware of leaving any belongings out - that it was up to me to contact the police and press charges, they apparently are not responsible. They have a video which shows someone leaving with my coat. Nothing was offered to compensate me - I am without a coat (which I did not expect them to pay for fully), but nothing. Just I'm sorry, we'll post a note in change room for further guests and good luck with the police. Would I recommend the OhSpa - definitely not! If this review stays on their website beware of management's position on customer concerns. Apparently they don't really care.

Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel very relaxed. You get free access to the pool and also a shower before/after your service which is very unique when it comes to spas I have been to!

First time at OhSpa. Had a 60 min. relaxation massage with Maria and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. She applied a firm pressure while still being relaxing. I would recommend OhSpa and particularly Maria for massage.

We came in as a group of 4 before a wedding. 2/4 were pretty disappointed with the end result. One of the girls pedicures chipped terribly within a week, and another girls gel manicure was chipping that weekend. For the cost, it’s not worth it. One of the esthetician s was also kind of rude. We’ve all had much better at cheap mall stops. One of the girls actually emailed the spa about how her 89.00 pedicure didn’t last a week - and all they offered was a free mini pedi (fairly pointless when you live 3 hours away). Avoid.

Me and a group of us came to the resort the spa is attached to for week golf trip, hoping to get as many massages we could. Long story short every time we tried to book one they were all booked up. We ended up going once the whole week, good massage but throughout the week excluding the weekend there should be SOME openings...

Staff are friendly and professional, service prices are reasonable, if I could change anything it would be their music, I find some of it distracting while you are trying to relax, think soothing waves or beach sounds would suit the mood better. I have been to Oh Spa many times and bought gift certificates for family and friends, can't wait to use the ones I got for Christmas.

My rating of 2 isn't based on my massage but the misleading price posted on the Internet. My massage was nice. I went to a mommy to be massage which us posted as 100$. When I called to just double check that the massage was done with a RMT I was told it was. After my massage, I went to pay and was charged 140$. I didn't realize at first and when I went home called back to ask why I had been charged that much. They said that I requested a RMT... I didn't request a RMT I was clarify that it was with a RMT. I wasn't told there was a price difference. I'm disappointed, I had to convince myself to treat myself... An it ended up costing more than I had agreed to take out of our budget...

All the pedicure chairs are broken...no recline...back or foot massage. They should be up front with this when booking if they still want to charge full price.

Had an amazing mud wrap today!! Must say the girl who did it was absolutely wonderful and was one of the best services I've had!! So it's more 10/10. Definitely be back for another one and a facial.

Lovely spa with very good staff. Enjoyed a relaxation massage with Jessie and a reflexology treatment with Veera (I think that is her name). Both excellent treatments and practitioners. The staff made the experience that much better.

I had a massage this morning at Oh Spa, which was great. When I got home and tried to claim my treatment online through my benefits package I found out I needed an RMT registration number. I called the Spa and was surprised to find out my masseuse was not an RMT, and they could not give me a registration number which meant I would be paying out of pocket for the service. I sent a message to the Spa about my problem and Rebecca, the manager got back to me promptly and did refund me for the service and apologized for the confusion. I want to thank them , and I will be back and I will see to it that I am with the RMT on staff. Thank you Rebecca.

Enjoyed a beautiful birthday lunch at Locals restaurant (connected to Old House) and loved the facials by Tara and massages by Danika. 5 star service from all staff from the time we walked in and floated out! The Eminence skin care line is fabulous with the best fragrances ever!
