Definitely giving 5 stars! It was beautiful inside and the staff were super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable :) Would absolutely recommend and loved how they styled and coloured my hair :D Very lovely experience!

I have been here to get sugared before. The lady who did my sugaring was very considerate and professional. I am giving 2 stars because of the lack of service while trying to book another appointment. I was calling trying to get through for over a week. I left 2 messages. One message was returned but I missed the call. I tried calling back not 5 minutes later and no one picked up. The other day I called every 20 minutes for 2 hours straight trying to get through. No one answered my calls. I am LITERALLY trying to give you money and you can't be bothered to answer your phone. Becaus of not being able to get through, I booked with someone else. I called this spa to tell them this as a courtesy expecting to get the voicemail again as per usual. As luck would have it, someone actually answered! Wow!! So I told them what happened, and why I was going with a different spa. The lady was very rude to me and confirmed to me that going somewhere else was better. I was calling as a courtesy, just to make sure they were not holding any spot for me, and she had the nerve to be rude and condescending. I will not be back because of this experience even though the lady who did my sugaring previously was wonderful. She is the only reason this review got any stars.

Level 10 is just EXCELLENT. Huge community supporters. They raised the bar on being environmentally conscientious. Their services are outstanding and it always feels like a wonderful treat to visit the salon. On top of all that - they ensure that they stay on the leading edge with products, decor, and, of course, style!
We haven't had a good experience, but know its different for everyone. It was good in the beginning, then lost its good service in our opinion. One of our friends went there for years, then one week she got rushed to hospital, and left a message to cancel and reschedule her appointment. She never heard anything back from the salon or even her stylist. Just her experience, but we've also had the same non personal service. Doesn't make you want to go back. So we all went from enjoying it there, to no longer, and finding somewhere we like much better.
I have consistently received the highest level of professionalism at this salon and Spa. I have used all the services at this business over the past 15 years and every department is managed extremely well. High quality products, highly trained team of estheticians and stylists and certified green salon as well! Always a beautiful experience.

I arrived at at Level 10 after having a terrible experience and haircut from a stylist at a different salon previously that afternoon. Jason at Level 10 took the time to understand what I was looking for, get a good understanding of how my hair works from my own experience/perspective, and asked to see my smile (quickly to get a sense of the shape of my face). I had a wonderful experience from someone who genuinely cares about what he does. He was kind, genuine, and knows hair! Not only is he a great stylist, he is a wonderful human being. I get comments about how great my hair looks, and how it suits me. Most often from the one who sees me all day, everyday - my husband who generally doesn't care about stuff like that and loves me past superficialities. Though I may be a tough customer and my hair is shorter than I anticipated (because he had some fixing to do), I am VERY happy with my hair. I will go out of my way to support Jason, as a client and a person who cares. Thank you so much, Jason and happy adventuring!
Experience was horrible. It was my first time and I came in for a haircut and provided a few photos on what it was that I was wanting. Stylist had to ask another stylist how my hair should be cut. Stylist kept asking me questions about how she should be cutting my hair, and these questions I could not answer since I am not a stylist, that is why I came to what I thought was a professional. After the cut my hair looked nothing like the photo, worst cut I have ever had. I ended up crying in my car because my hair looked awful and then went to another salon in town the next day who were able to fix my hair for me (even though it involved cutting more off). Won't be going back for a haircut.
When I walked in, I was a hot mess, hair was at a point of complete failure due to so many variables, Deb looked at me honestly and told me straight, in the most professional way, what needs to be done. And I still got my colour I wanted and my hair is healing and getting healthier, thank you Deb, you are amazing!
Went and got my hair dyed today, they were suppose to bleach then dye. Didn't bleach and the color is wrong then over charged me for what had got done..

You nailed it. I just wanted to say a big Thank You to Laura, Natalie and other gals from Level 10. You helped make an important day into a stunner. With a day of travel an 2 job interviews ahead of me, I was thrilled that Natalie could slot me in first thing in the morning. It was perfect. Can’t say enough good things about Laura. Genuine, gentle, supportive, attentive. My eye brows & hands never looked better or more me. She put me at ease, gave good advice, suggested appropriate options for my age & lifestyle. When you all got wind of my upcoming interviews, I genuinely felt you all wished me well. Guess what....it worked. I managed to doll myself up...with defunct makeup skills, dressed & did my own hair. Not 5 minutes out the door, a perfect stranger stopped me to say how fabulous I looked. Bonus bounce to my step. My interview went great. One down. On the way to the next interview, still feeling & looking good, I crossed paths with a neighbour. She didn’t recognize me at first and then said how stunning I looked......my next interview went great too. Wish I would have stopped by Level 10 to “show off” what you helped me present to the world. Although it seems like a few stray hairs, dry skin and cracked cuticles are small things, it made a huge difference in my confidence to my day. Thanks Brigitte Rahn
Superb service! Couldn’t be happier. I visit Level 10 every 5 weeks and they always treat me like royalty. Love my hairdresser Leanne and my esthetician Carrie.
I always have a hard time getting through when I call this salon. I'll call multiple times in a day and try leaving messages but get no call back. I know they are a busy salon and offer a lot of services so I get why I can't get though sometimes but when I do eventually get though to someone I end up feeling like a nuisance to them and they are always very short with me. Definitely makes me feel unwelcome, especially after all the effort it takes for me to finally get through to someone. My hairstylist was the same way, it's almost like she's annoyed that I'm there. I have had my hair cut there 3 times and coloured there once. The hair cuts were great! Exactly what I was looking for (which is why I gave it more than a 1 star review). The highlights on the other hand were not great. Its almost like she didnt let them sit and develop long enough. She had just finished folding up the last foil and then immediately took a hair dryer to that spot for about 3 maybe 5 minutes and then took me to the sink to wash it all out which left me with a bit of a brassy mess on the top half and just looked weird because it didn't match the underneath half of my head where the foils got to sit longer. Unfortunately would not reccomend.

I’ve been to Level 10 in the past and have had mixed results. Today was definitely a sub par experience. There was a mix up with my appointment ( on their end). Luckily 2 stylists were able to find a little time to tag team a shampoo and cut. While I was appreciated of the stylists effort to fit me in, they already were committed to other clients so there was a time constraint. One of the stylists only had enough time to cut and blow dry which made my normally wavy hair super poofy. I should have just let it air dry since I hate my hair having only been blow dried. Despite the mix up, time constraint, and the fact that I didn’t get any styling, I was still charged full price. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon... Edit: Now that I’ve “styled” my hair, I really should have gotten her to layer it more. I wasn’t able to see that having only had it blow dried yesterday. Now I’m even more choked about my hair cut/experience.

Fantastic salon for all my needs - and I'm needy! ;) I've been coming here for 14yrs now and the service from everyone is always first class, friendly, welcoming and really good fun. I love how Leanne has taken the initiative to be environmentally aware - other salon's need to follow her lead. I wouldn't go anywhere else - Level10 Eurospa really is the best.

Leanne has done my hair since I moved to the Valley over 20 years ago! Her salon/spa and staff are amazing and they are such a great part of the Valley community. I always look forward to my appointments and would highly recommend this salon and spa. Professional staff and excellent customer service in all areas. The L10 skincare and makeup line that Leanne developed is wonderful. I personally *love* the L10 lipgloss in 'Sweetie Pie'. My go-to colour!
