New management! Great improvement. Decided to try the place 2 weeks ago. Luis took very good care of me while doing a pedicure/manicure gel for me. I love the fact that he took his time, did not rush and gave ma a great foot massage with hot stone (included in the pedicure price). Sometimes he would crack a funny joke here and there! Funny man and amazing work on my feet and hands! I will be telling all my girls to go and see him. They offer tea, coffee which is a good addition. It was a Sunday morning and the place was pretty much busy. The new owner speaks english, the girl at reception speaks french & english! She even helps you to chose the color. For the one’s that used to go to come here with the old owner, you NEED to try it again. What a revamp! They do accept debit and credit cards. LADIES, do yourself a favor when you want to get pampered..come here and ask for Luis!

I'm so glad i've found this gem 20 minutes away from my office. I started coming to this Spa ManiPedi because their price for powder extensions are very reasonable.. solely based on that alone. But, TBH i've feel in love with this salon! I truly appreciate a salon that never fails to give high quality customer service and pay extreme attention to ALL details. My favorite nail salon! The entire team is happy! They greet you warmly and the service is excellent. They are staffed for volume and seat you quickly. Mani/pedi is done at the same time so you aren't tied up for 2 hours. I've been a client for a year, they are consistently fabulous!

She's got a great eye for color too -- recommending shades I never would have considered -- and they look great. I'm so glad I found Spa ManiPedi!

5 stars for Mimi! She is such an amazing nail tech that I have ever met. Everything was done nicely and neatly. My nails look so natural and fresh even though I did bio gel. My color was number 44 which is similar to the color rice water (kinda transparent white color). I had an amzing experience with her. If you want to get your nails done, I recommend having her as your nail tech. ????

I tried the gel manicure for the first time and LOVED it. It's worth paying a little extra to get gel instead of a regular manicure. I went there 10 days ago, and it still hasn't chipped or come off. The gel dried up quickly, is very shiny, and would probably last for 2 weeks if not more! The place is clean, and the people are hard-working, friendly.

The owner is amazing. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy. My nails are pretty long and sometimes they break so I usually have to get a silk wrap on the broken ones. This is one of the only places I've been to in the city that gets the wrapped nail to match my real nails. She always makes sure it's thin, and shaped perfectly. Go!

They do exactly as you ask! They're not very good with scheduling so I had to wait to be served and then while doing my nails, she helped someone else so it took a while until I was finished. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with the job and how it came out (don't mind how it grew out lol it's been 3 weeks :))

Always super fast but do such great job with my gel mani and pedi! It's my to go place for nails, and I don't live in this neighborhood. It's cheaper when you do gel mani and gel pedi together. The price is very reasonable in the area, but the quality is better than most of nail salons I've been to.

I don't ask much from nail salons, all I ask is that the facility/tools are clean, the staff is friendly, and that I don't have to come back in a week later due to cracks in my nails (while not charging me an arm and a leg. This place is easy to get to, the prices are fair, the services are quick, and I can ride a gel manicure from here for about four weeks before having to come back in.

I'm not happy that my wife wasted money in this place, yes it looks nice inside, but the main/pedi she had done looked horrible. The polish looked smudged, the staff knew she was going to wear closed toe shoes and they didn't prep her for it. So when she removed her shoes, the polish was smudged. There's also polish on her toes not nails, some toes had spots with no polish. Her polish fingernails is flaking off a day after it was done. What's worst is how they charge an extra $6 if you're paying with debit or credit... That's illigal, they probably get charged a few cents per transaction, but $6 dollars? What bank charges $6 per transaction. Really? It's ILLIGAL. My wife doesn't want to say anything, but men, if your wives wants a Mani/pedi, NOT HERE. bring her to Gossimo, they're a bit more expensive, but the quality of the job and the service is waaaay better. She'll thank you for it.

My nails look tragic. All different sizes. I asked for almond shaped and my nails look more like pepperoni. The gel is bumpy and the polish isn’t opaque. I’m totally upset I paid $60 and I am VERY unhappy with my set :(

I wasn't sure what I wanted and the lady was patient with me. I didn't feel like I was asking for too much when I had decided to change the nail color after she had done 2 nails already. I got what I asked for. I did have to wait 15 minutes past my appointment but the friendly staff and the ambiance made it tolerable. They also do massages. They offer a 10 minute back massage for 15$ that sounds like a nice treat in a Friday after work. Or any day!

Hands down, best nail salon in Montreal. It’s clean, they use individual plastic covers in the foot bath which is crucial but other places don’t always have that, and they meticulously clean. They have great prices and most importantly I have been coming here for years and they always do a perfect job on my pedi and shellac manicure. It looks absolutely perfect every time. They have a good selection of colours... can’t say enough good things. I have tried so many places in the past trying to find a great place and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The owner is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond.... they use hot stones for their pedi which makes it extra relaxing and special! And the service is really friendly and comforting every time. Thank you Jackie! I love this place!

One of THE BEST pedicures I've ever had, especially for the price. The care they took with my cuticles, removing dead skin, etc was so appreciated. I only wish a little more time was spent on my calluses. That said, a nice scrub was included, and I'm walking away feeling like they did excellent work.

The customer service is ok. I really enjoyed my nails the first time around with Cindy. The second time I called to reserve her he staff didn’t seem to understand this request so they just put me with the guy. The guy is good but the quality of their lamps aren’t that fantastic, I normally do bio gel both times I left the place my nails appear dry but aren’t actually dry, they ended up getting ruined because I touch things or wtv so the quality of their lamps are pretty poor. I’ve been a total of 3 times, I don’t think I will be returning due to this but also because 2 nails of mine have broke as well when it wasn’t even like 2 weeks in so... not 100% satisfies with the quality of products ! However nice peeps !

Awesome spot! I walked by and they looked open and asked them their prices. Clean and lots of colors available. they put A lot of care into your nails and really dig into the details. I like how well maintained and organize the facilities were. I think their prices are reasonable. If I'm in the area I'll definite be back.

I for one felt horrible having then stay so late on a Friday and TBH i've been so accustom to receiving subpar service after hours that I didn't know what to expect. My nails are beautiful. The best nail station that will totally surprise you. Don't let the looks of the place fool you. I moved to San Diego almost 2 years ago. I live downtown but will come up here to get my nails done. They are the absolute best with everything. I love how patient and kind they are and they really take the time to get everything just right. When in doubt, go to Nail Station. You do have to call beforehand if you want acrylics because the technician splits up her time. Prices are super affordable as well. I have never left this place disappointed and neither will you!

This place is amazing. The staff is highly attentive and professional. They ACTUALLY massage you and put on a timer for a full 10 min massage with a pedicure. My gel manicure never peels or chips after two weeks, unlike other nail salons.

I absolutely love these ladies! I have so much fun with them when I go in there and they do amazing work! It's not like most nail stations that make you feel like you're being talked about or laughed at.. They love their clients and always remember me by name. I refuse to go anywhere else... So I've been going here for a while, and I just finished there and got the worst service ever! The woman I had doing my nails, cut me 4 times, did a half asked job on my nails, the sizes don't match, the color is poorly applied and when I asked when the manager would be there so I could talk to him they clearly didn't want to tell me and said I don't know, why. Very poor service which is a shame because I was telling people about this place and I use to recommend them to others! Not worth your time.

I had a horrible experience there today and had to pay for it. I was supposed to get a pedicure and instead I got burned by a hot rock while applied their "hot towel". Everything about the pedicure was done wrong , that I had to stop her in the middle, because I couldn't tolerate the uncomfortable pain she was causing me as she tried cleaning my nails. Honestly, I should have left and not payed , because I didn't get anything done. I am extremely upset , as the owner just made me pay and offered me a discount to come back and do my pedicure... which obviously I have no intension of doing, as I'd have to pay and have a bad experience again.

I have gotten my nails done at this salon a few times since the new owners. The first time, Sarah did my nails and she was very sweet. I really liked my manicure. The other times, another lady did them and they chipped within a week. I kept coming back for Sarah. What made me write this review is my last visit. I came in for a Shellac manicure. I was told to come back in 20 minutes (which I did, but was only taken care of 15 minutes later; my Shellac was not being removed while I waited). Sarah starting filing my gel polish. Once the gel had been removed, I told her that I could come back the next day so she wouldn’t have to rush seeing as I needed to leave in 20 minutes. The extra wait of 15 minutes made me late for an appointment. Sarah ended up taking off my gel and doing a basic manicure (cutting a few cuticles and shaping the nails). An older lady was hovering over her the entire time, which made me uncomfortable. I repeated that I could come back for her to apply the gel so she would have more time and we wouldn’t need to be in a hurry, as she was running to get the gel color. She accepted. Once at the cash, Sarah told me it’d be $10 for the gel removal. The older lady instantly mentioned something in another language and I understood Sarah was instructed to tell me it was actually $20. Another worker started explaining to me that it would be better if I just paid for the entire manicure right now because it would be less expensive. I kept on repeating that their prices on the wall for a removal were “5-15$” and it made no sense for me to pay $20. It wasn’t professional for them to double the price in front of me. The worker was very insistent and told me to pay $20. The older lady kept on talking to the workers so they could translate what she said in English. The situation was simply poor customer service and uncomfortable. The worker kept repeating the same explanation in a condescending way. I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior of the staff so I paid the $20 and just left. I will no longer be coming to this nail salon. A respectful business needs to honor the prices advertised and be respectful to customers, especially returning customers.

Not bad. But the place across the road, Luxe nails, can make elaborate designs for bio gel nails. Katie has been my go to for about a year, but they can't draw a straight line across my nail, free-hand snowflakes or securely attach a decorative 3D crystal. They don't have a stamping tool or holographic color options for gel nails. The staff barely speaks English or French, and instead speak amongst themselves in their own language. Innovation and staying up to date with trends is not their priority. Basic things like one color nails or French manicure is fine to do there. But don't expect them to do more than that. The guy who did my nails last time didn't even feel like looking for a silver foil to stripe my nails so he put the gold one instead which didn't match my silver sparkly ring finger nail and the color of the jewelry I always wear. When I asked for a pedicure, no one even asked if I wanted gel or shellac. I ended up paying for a shellac pedicure I didn't want. Mediocre customer retention and a clear lack of communication; they didn't even ask why I cancelled my appointment with them. Won't be coming back.

I specifically told her that I had bio-gel on my hands and wanted to fill it with gel polish. I told her it wasn't what I wanted but she insisted on continuing. I walked out of the salon with a manicure with my bio-gel half-filled with a really poorly applied gel polish that I didn't want. My pedicure was fine until the French manicure came. I was told it was a surplus of $ 5. In short, the job was butcher. The line isn’t even straight and nothing is equal. A real child's labor. At least the lady was nice and spoke a little English ... In conclusion, it is a beautiful living room with a lot of color choices, clean. Unfortunately, a big snag on the customer service of the two ladies and on the communication. Bref, sa ne change rien que le mal à été fait. J’ai spécifiquement dit à la demoiselle que je ne reviendrai plus jamais. Le service que j’ai reçu des deux dames manicuristes était horrible! J’ai demandé pour un remplissage en bio-gel avec une pédicure régulière avec la manicure française. La dame qui fesait mes ongles ne parlait ni français ou anglais. Je lui ai spécifiquement dit que j’avais du bio-gel sur mes mains et je désirais faire un remplissage avec un vernis en gel. Je lui ai dit que ce n’etait pas ce que je voulais mais elle à insister de continuer. Je suis sortie du salon avec une manicure avec mon bio-gel à moitié rempli avec un vernis en gel très mal appliqué que je ne voulais pas. Ma pédicure était bien jusqu’à temps où viennent la manicure française. On m’a précisé que c’était un surplus de $5. Bref, le travail était butcher. La ligne n’est même pas droite et rien n’est égal. Un vrai travail d’enfant. Au moins la dame était gentille et parlait un peu anglais... En conclusion, c’est un beau salon avec beaucoup de choix de couleurs, propre. Malheureusement, gros hic sur le service à la clientèle des deux dames et sur la communication.
