I got my lashes done here by Stephanie and they look beautiful and are very durable. But the glue they used caused an allergic reaction, disappointing. Ive never had a reaction to any glues before this.

Comparing to other lash artists, the application is not good. My lashes would fall off because they were not glued on properly. The lashes should be fully glued at the ends. These lashes would lift up at the ends meaning that just a tiny bit of glue was holdinf the lash on. I could literally lift it off. I gave Lolita beauty the benefit of the doubt and it happened again. Other places I have tried, wipe your lashes first to start with a clean base. This has never been done for me at Lolita. Not a fan of the lashes used, they have a plastic shine to them making them look cheap. I tried it out twice but was not a fan. I am glad I finally found a wonderful lash artist.

I've been going to Lolita since October 2016. The salon is very clean and the technicians are great! Even if you are not into being "made up," the eyebrow threading service is very affordable and the best I have tried in Montreal so far, evening out my eyebrows (where one is a bit higher than the other) and making them better frame my face. Their eyelash extension service is also amazing, it has saved me so much time getting ready every day. They also have great specials and offer other services too (waxing, nails, facials, teeth whitening) if you have other beauty needs. Overall I'm very happy with Lolita, it's a hidden gem in NDG/CSL!

I thought the spa was beauty inside and out. They had really great customer service and ensured client were comfortable and entertained. However, my only issue who have been to be more clear on the cost of each service. I felt a bit surprised when it was time to pay. It was not the issue of paying it but for someone who might be on a budget, it could raise an issue.

Got a lash lift done by Alexia, hands down the best service I’ve ever gotten. Other salons have been really careless in their application, over curling the lashes, but Alexia did a PERFECT job. I live right across from this gem. I honestly think the location is perfect, the salon is SO BEAUTIFUL! props on the decor. They have great mani and pedi specials which I have done a couple times and have never been disappointed. Any time I think of doing anything beauty related, I only go to Lolita. I did my waxing with Bhrami. She is very professional and knows how to make you feel comfortable. I highly suggest her. However, the owner did not respect me or my time. I am a very punctual person and I deserve the same respect in return. When it was my time for waxing, the owner decided to take another client over me. She did not ask me if I was OK with waiting and decided to make me wait.. Very unfortunate, because this is how you lose good costumers. PS: Thank you Bhrami.

First time I had my lashes and eyebrow threading done at Lolita. The lash technician kept glueing my lashes together and then pulling on them to separate them (while also pinching my eyelids) which was painful. My eyes were tearing for 40 minutes straight and my eyelids are still itchy and sore. When I got home, I looked closely at my lashes and saw little fragments of dried glue all over the base. I had the classic set done and I’m a little disappointed. I normally like the classic 1-to-1 lash look, because the lashes used are a bit thicker and give more of a mascara look to the eyes. I found the lashes used at Lolita to be too thick and unusually curly. They also look a little plastic-y and in the sun or light they produce a glare in your vision because they reflect the light. You can tell that the lashes they use are low quality. Went to multiple salons, never had these issues before. Also every time I had my lashes done, the technicians would always clean/disinfect my lashes before starting. This was not the case at Lolitas. I gave them a try because they are close to my house. Overall, wouldn’t recommend them for lash extensions. The eyebrow threading was ok, but they do not thread the part between the eyebrows (the glabella). I didn’t think about it until I was out of the salon. So make sure you mention it explicitly if you want that part to be threaded too. I normally go to Dee’s and they do the entire section, so I thought it was the case everywhere. PS. Just a side note, the owner has her dogs at the salon. They are small and very cute so I loved it, but keep that in mind if you have allergies or are afraid of dogs.

They always make sure that everything is alright with you! I’m always happy with their services. My nails are always PERFECT, and they last so long. Will not ever go somewhere else. I have 0 complaints, everything is perfect at Lolita! My eyebrow threading was perfection, I mean they charge 6$ for threading and their service is worth much more. My nails are stunning, they have over 600 colour choices! My eyelash extensions are so soft and comfortable. I don’t even feel them! You can’t go wrong at Lolita, the owner is so friendly, she will make you coffee, tea, cookies, which I’ve never gotten before at any other salon. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Truly a Gem !

It was my first tine getting eyelash extensions. First, I felt fine but once I got home my eyelids were hurting evertime I was blinking. They had put too much glue on my lashes. After 3 weeks of discomfort, i got them removed in another salon. Their customer service wasn't great and they damaged my lashes therefore I don't recommend this salon for eyelash extensions.

At first, the atmosphere is clean and the welcome warm. However, if you put gel on your nails, the polish will fall off all your nails within two days. Then when you claim they support the poorly done service, they won't even respond to you. It is better not to throw your money in the trash and look for another place to get your nails done. It is not true that I am rude. You called me 20 minutes after I posted my review to threaten me. I didn't want to listen to you. I have the right not to want to. I was on vacation when my fingernails fell out. I wasn't going to come back just for that and I contacted you as soon as I got back. You left me in a vacuum. My question for you: if you knew my phone number, why didn't you contact me before to repair the service? Why contact me only when I put my review on google? Great service!! I literally will not see anyone other than Alexia for my nails she's amazing. My gel has lasted up to over 4 weeks WITHOUT any chipping of lifting, and she's also amazing at designs! The salon has always been very clean and they've taken extra measures to make it covid-safe for everyone. I’ve been going to Lolita for a while and the eyebrow threading is really well done, not the best I’ve had but still really good. The reason I’m giving this a 3 star is because the spray tan i got there is absolutely horrendous! I have blotches and streaks all over my body! I feel like the way my spray tan was done was halfassed and not properly done! Really dissertation and will definitely not being going there for my spray tans ever again.

Lash experience wasn't nice. The lashes were too long and they were hitting my glasses. The technician said that it's because I am Asian and my nose is too small. She only took 45 min max to do my eyelashes while other places have taken almost 1h30. And they charge more than other places. Would not recommend.

Got lash extensions classic set done recently. Lash are too thick and long, and the employees were very unprofessional. During the whole hour, the lash technician and another employee would talk about other customers very loudly and most of the time in another language that was not French nor English. I am okay with employees asking a quick question to one another, but this was long conversation, which I feel distracted the lash technician from doing her job precisely and efficiently. Started about 10 minutes late after seeing I had arrived already. Overall okay service, but definitely not peaceful to get someone speak loudly to someone else when a few inch away from your face and with sharp tools on your eyelashes. Will not be going again as the lashes are not what I expected from seeing some of their pictures online and the employees weren't professional.
