I went to ongle fameux for the first time to get acrylic First they asked me to come back in half an hour. When i got there they asked me to sit and started working on some one else’s nails while arguing with me that i went back after an hour! They did my nails in such a rush and terrible attitude So unprofessional and rude It was a terrible experience and the result was not as neat as expected

If you're in need of some pampering, then this is the spot! Love how clean and meticulous this shop is and how well they take care of their customers. They even have a loyalty program for frequent visits! They can get busy on fridays, which is understandable but they will call or text you when your spot is ready. All the staff speak clearly and are so super friendly!! Love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone!!

I had a pedicure and a simple manicure. She did both and even went to get three bottles of polish after I described the color I wanted. She did a wonderful job matching the color and on my nails in general! I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Very rude staff i got my nails done by them and it started coming out after 4 days and when i went back to them to show my nails they behaved very rude . Would never recommend to anyone to visit. Total waste of money.

Wow! I love them! My 1st time here and definitely won't be my last. I showed them the lace looking manicure picture and they delivered! They helped make my 1st appointment a great experience. They're very detail oriented and absolutely love my gel french mani and pedicure with design! I'll be back for sure.

These guys are so sweet and all smiles! I came here with my mom who was visiting out of town on Fri 24/6 and we made a same day last minute appointment for a mani/pedi for two at the same time. The darling people that took care of us made us feel so good, pampered us rotten, made us laugh, and actually seemed happy themselves unlike many other shops that feel uncomfortable when you're being worked on. My mom even told me repeatedly afterward what a "happy shop" it seemed, that everyone there had a smile on their face and it was a pleasant environment. The owners, the employees, the clients....all good stuff. And the bonus: good prices!! They're right around the corner from my house, so I'm happy to have found my shop in my new '! I've been going here for a couple years now. I've tried other salons that are a bit cheaper and I usually get shellac. Every time I've gone anywhere else, my shellac and peeled or chipped. I will only go to Ongles Fameux & Spa from now, my shellac lasts for 3 weeks, it just grows out! They do the best job here by far.

Do not waste your money on this place! They make 0 effort and do not care how they get the job done they just want your money. Not only did I have spots on my nails, she did not bother to clean my nails or offer another solution after she ended with this result (see picture) she forced me to pay for her service even after having my nails done this way. Ive never seen such unprofessional people forcing you to pay for mistakes they made and not even offering to fix it. Trust me you’ll regret going there.

The people were friendly, as always! I was quoted a 5 min wait and it was about that although it seemed very busy. A little more on the expensive side but so insanely worth it for this product. Thank you so much for my vacay nails! I'll see you guys next time.????????????????????????????????????
