I found a Groupon deal and got my hair cut by Judy. She is absolutely fantastic !! Took her time, did exactly what i wanted, friendly, and very experienced ! Instead of paying via the Groupon app, call, mention the deal and pay in person. Groupon takes most of the profits, leaving hardly anything for the workers. Knowing that now, I will also call to reserve and never buy through the app. But yes, Judy was amazing and will definitely book with her again

I live in the west and went Monday to book an appointment( something specific so I prefer to make the appointment in person) the guy in the front, old man (I believe the owner) told me "come back tomorrow Judy will be here". On Tuesday morning I went back and asked for Judy to get an estimation and the same old guy was there he literally ignored me and doing his stuff and later comes back and handles me a booklet saying all the prices are here. I said I need something specific so would like to talk to Judy and he says she's not here! I said but I came in yesterday and you told me to come back tomorrow so here I am. He was like yeah I just saw she crossed off for today come back tomorrow if you want, I can't help and he was mumbling and gave me a dirty look like if i have done something wrong. He has no respect for the client. All I had was a bad impression. He shouldn't be at the reception if he can't welcome and be polite to people.

Je peux comprendre que les clients "habituels" sont privilégiés, mais de là à me demander d'annuler mon coupon, et me refuser un RDV..

The salon was lovely. It's much nicer on the inside than it appeared on the outside, the day I was there it was tagged by a spray painter and looked a little rough outside. The worse place to book for app. Booked for Monday and called last minute to change for Thursday at 12 then called at 10am in Thursday to cancel again when I have a wedding on Saturday. When I asked the owner if he can guaranty the app for Friday he said no can’t do that but they selling things on Groupon. When I asked him how can you run a business if you can’t guaranty service the third time he said “ I don’t want you to run my business” and “ I don’t want you to come over here” WOW WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE??? make sure before you book an app if they can do it or not.
