It's expensive a bit but it's worth it. My only regret: did not bring my daughter when she was younger! I'll know it for my next babies! My daughter spent all of 5 minutes in the water and really didn't enjoy herself. I was still charged 40$ for the spa (I guess that's what business is all about). Since she didn't like it, we went to sit in the play yard and saw tons of ants all over the place. Really gross. It's a great concept but I feel like this place could be run better.

My 5month old had a great swim and the play area is nicely padded and stocked with toys. The staff seem to love babies and are very helpful.

Amazing experience for the little ones. Parents also enjoy seeing the kids have fun. We celebrated my daughter's 1st birthday here. It was fun and nice but they I felt ripped off with what they charged us for decorations. I didn't have time to look for these things myself so I went for what they had but they really ripped us off. I understand they have to make a profit but please don't charge $65 for a banner that costs $3 (found out later about this)

My wife found iFloat online and convinced me to plan an outing. I wasn't too convinced at first, but after playing with my daughter in the pool I actually thought I was worth it! She had a fun time and when she got fussy we popped out and went to the playroom. We are planning to go back for another outing with some friends. The staff where also really nice!

For a non-Montrealer the place was really hard to find, the directions from Google were really unclear and we fussed for 30 minutes. Wi-fi on site, lunch room, game room and breastfeeding room. Great place. I found it well maintained and well installed, the baths were clean and the floats too. Baby bathed about 15 minutes before being tanned, we took him out and dressed. The room was heated so that they were not cold =) (Original) Quel beau moment avec notre bébé de 6 mois. Personnel super gentil, malgré notre retard. Pour une non-montréalaise l'endroit était vraiment dur à trouver, les indications de Google n'était vraiment pas claires et on a viraillé pendant 30 minutes. Wi-fi sur place, salle de lunch, salle de jeu et salle d'allaitement. Super endroit. J'ai trouvé ça bien entretenu et bien installé, les bains étaient propres et les flotteurs aussi. Bébé s'est baigné environ 15 minutes avant d'être tanné, on l'a sorti et rhabillé. La salle était chauffée pour pas qu'ils aient froid =)

Very nice and unique concept to please and relax babies starting only few months of age. It is a great exercise for the tiny ones as they will be free in the water. My baby loved it so much at two months old and felt so relaxed that he fell asleep. It is safe with the floating ring around the neck but you should always keep an eye on your baby and never leave her unattended. The owner is really nice and sweet with the clients. She takes the initiative to help parents carrying their stuff...with a big smile. You have the option between the big pool or a small individual one if your baby is very young. It is very warm in the pool room for the wellbeing of the children and the place is clean. There is a sitting area with a microwave available and a private breast feeding room with a comfortable chair and a crib. A parking lot is available right out side. I recommend this place.

Poor infection control! Staff let an extremely sick child ( with a productive cough and runny nose) in the bath with our daughter. The parents were whipping their child’s nose as he floated around. After expressing our concerns they didn’t seem to care and didn’t find an alternative bath for us to enjoy. Our daughter’s experience was cut short because we didn’t want to risk her getting sick.

One word HORRIBLE The experience was awful. One of the staff pretend to be the manager, the service with her the entire time was just terrible and rough with my daughter. Not professional at all and she was extremely rude. Not going back and do not recommend.
