Paid for an hour service and only received 30 mins massage. Studio opens at 10am and my appt was for 10am. Receptionist never informed me that I could come earlier to fill out my intake paper work. Therefore showed up for 10am since those are the opening hours. The I take paper work was done during my appt. and I only received 30mins of service. Unacceptable service from the owner. I have been in pain for 3 weeks and was looking forward to this massage since I’m also pregnant but they caused me more stress than helped!

Very happy with my brow wax and tint. I travel for work and have had brow waxes done in many spa's but this was probably the most gentle one I've ever had, very pleasantly surprised. This was my first time trying a brow tint and so far I'm happy with it and plan to maintain it.

There was a fb post as to how a patron can get a physicians note through this company in order to access this part of their bennefits (RMT). This may be legit but it seems problematic. You can choose whatever registered massage therapist you want with a physician's note. Additionally, a physician who never lays eyes on me writes a prescription for me to get a massage so Simply Wellness can then start billing my insurance/benefits company directly. Direct billing is a concern and getting the prescription in this fashion merely adds to the sketchiness of it. I will never allow a company to direct bill. I have had such companies put in for time for service not provided. I see on some of the Google reviews that a few people were being charged for time (direct billing) and not given that full time and also being asked for a tip. I have never seen a RMT ask for a tip.
