Paid $110 for gel nails. I dont think they are worth that much. Edit: The company did message me and and we worked out how to fix the problems that I had. I went back the following day and received a refund and had my nails fixed. I'm happy with the new set a lovely girl named Emily did for me

I had a great experience at this salon yesterday. The staff was amazing and such a cozy atmosphere. Rachel and Elizabeth gave me a great haircut and Raquel did a great job on waxing and shaping my eyebrows. Kudos to all ❤

Personally, I don't usually spend a lot of money on getting my hair cut, but every once in a while I like to go to Silver Scissors because they do a really good job and make me feel important even just as a customer. Pretty good feeling.

Overall customer experience was very poor. I do not recommend this establishment for group bookings. The owner was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. The establishment overbooked chairs, did not book enough time for services requested, and wasn't able to keep the group together. I won't be back.

In love with my nails by Michaela! ❤️ I am writing this review a couple weeks later because I have a damaged thumb nail and I have a hard time getting gel to stay on without it cracking. Michaela knew exactly what to do with it. It is still perfect without any signs of cracking. I definitely recommend Michaela! ❤️

Not very good service. I had an appointment for a speciality facial at 11:30 am. The lady that was suppose to do it did not come to work until 11:40, then I sat in the waiting room until 12 o'clock for her to come get me. The facial lasted until 12:45. I paid for a 75 minute facial and got a 45 minute facial and did not receive half the items listed for the facial. I will never go back to this place again. The room was not very clean and the clothes on the bed were actually grimy........what a horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Spray tan is the worst experience I ever had .. my feet looked horrible.. my legs only had colour on one side and my hands looked like a cheetah and underneath my arms were blotchy...Wasn’t worth the money

I had my hair done by Colleen M (master stylist) and had an awesome experience. She was very friendly, informative, and did a great job with my hair. I was her last appointment of the day and rather than rushing to finish to go home, she took her time and made sure we got the results I wanted from the bleaching and toning. She spent the extra time to blow dry and style my hair. I'm thrilled with her service and will definitely be a return customer for her. Highly recommended ???? fair prices - great value

I went here for a wax appointment and when I got home afterwards, I noticed a few things I was not happy with... the wax pulled skin off in places, which I called and complained about and they offered me $25.00 salon credit... Then I noticed a strip of my upper leg wasn't even touched! I tried to justify that maybe the hair there wasn't coarse enough, but the other leg was done... Sloppy work with too many hairs left behind. I just took care of it myself... Not worth the gas money and inconvenience that SHOULD have been properly taken care of when I was there!

I was booked in for a 9:45 am appointment to have my hair styled for a wedding that afternoon. At 9:55 in the waiting room they canceled my appointment- citing that the hair stylist didn't show up for work. I was incredibly disappointed.

This is the worst place ever to get your hair cut. I had an appointment at 11 and the girl showed up late at 11: 15. The stink of booze off her was disgusting. I wanted my hair cut with #3 clippers. Ahe used #1. The place was untidy and dirty. I complained to the owner Elizabeth and she is useless !! She basically said i was the problem!! In actual fact I wouldn't being my dig here to get his hair cut. He may walk out with fleas !!

UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only do they violate their employees privacy, they are an absolute joke of a business. Horrible management, when confronted they block people and do damage control rather than solve any actual problems. Don’t let the title fool you- this spa isnt “emerald” it’s trash.
