I did a lot of research about where to go for a pedicure where I would feel confident that staff were following best practices for Covid and cleanliness. Not only was my pedicure fabulous, but they are very serious about providing a safe environment. All patrons must wear masks. The employees all wore masks (properly!) and the spa was spotless. I was reassured that they are only providing services that can be performed whilst maxed (no lip or jaw waxing). It was as close to a holiday as I will have in a while and I can’t wait to go back.

I had the White Elm Spa pedicure and it was a fabulous experience! The chairs are so comfy, the spa owners are so knowledgeable and their product line is so special (locally and ethically sourced). I highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience at White Elm. Their space is very fresh and clean. The pedicure chairs are EXTREMELY comfortable. They are very focused on using sustainably sourced products but they work just as well as "normal" spa products do! The staff are super friendly and courteous as well. Definitely would recommend!

White Elm Spa is exactly what you want and expect from a Spa. The location is easy to find and close to many other amenities. There is also an abundance of free parking. Upon entering the spa, you are warmly greeted. The decor and overall atmosphere is natural, comfortable, tastefully decorated and ‘zen.’ The treatment rooms, manicure and pedicure stations are immaculately clean and comfortable. I am 5’1” and the pedicure chairs can be adjusted perfectly for my size! A huge plus for me is the availability of services and products without artificial fragrance and toxins. White Elm Spa always highlights significant sales and promotions. They truly value their loyal customers! They have adapted throughout the pandemic, at times providing delivery, and always a safe, clean experience. You will love Gabriella, Kayla, Jasmine and Hannah. Last year for my birthday I received a gift card to white elm spa, I finally went for a pedicure last month and it was so wonderful and relaxing! The spa is very welcoming and the staff is lovely. The girls are very friendly and down to earth. I've already been back for a manicure and again the service was fantastic! I will defiantly be back, this is my new favourite spa in the city!

Today I had my first facial and I have nothing but good things to say. I chose the Naked facial because I wanted to support a local businesses that offer natural products as I also tend to have sensitive skin. Gabbie gave me a crash course on all of the Naked products and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely be returning to White Elm Spa whether it's for a facial or to restock on Naked Skincare. The staff are extremely warm and friendly and I highly recommend this cute little spot in River Heights. Thanks so much for such a great experience!

Me and my Briadesman had the White Elm Spa Pedicures and are blown away by every aspect of our experience. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. Everyone there was so fantastic. I love that the spa is smaller, we had it all to ourselves and had an amazing time. I have been to many nail salons and had many pedicures and this one was the best by far in all regards. With this experience I won't go anywhere else again. I love the opportunity to support a fantastic local company doing it right.

Kayla and Gabbie have created a calm, serene spa atmosphere, to "get away" for an hour or more. I highly recommend giving them a try! Their product is fabulous! I had an amazing experience at the White Elm Spa. It was calming just walking in the door, beautiful rooms with lots of plants, it has a nice cozy feel. It was also super clean and all of the tools they use come separately sealed in packages so you know it's the first time they have been used. The online booking was very easy to use and because I was coming from out of town it even changed the time zone and put it in my calendar properly! They had coffee (lattes!), tea and snacks and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The best part was the unbelievably comfy chairs and the wonderful job done on my fingers and toes by Gabriella. It was perfect and I will definitely be back!
