My favourite place to escape that isn't a plane ride away. The cost is well worth it, if you break everything down it's really not that expensive when you get breakfast/lunch/tea time/ dinner /over night stay/ use of facility's/ and a spa service. It's worth every penny, this time I went alone and honestly I think I actually preferred going alone. Quiet my mind so my soul could speak ???? thank you for always an amazing experience.

We go every year and the experience is fantastic. The place is beautiful and the treatments are outstanding. The people are absolutely great and they can't help you enough. I have been to other spas but they don't measure up to Ste. Anne's.

A glimpse of our trip to Ste. Annes Spa... Heaven on earth. You walk through the magical path from the parking lot to the courtyard and it's like walking into another realm. Instantly your body relaxes. You feel a deep sense of peace. And time slows down. This place is a glimmer of the past; the old building charm preserved, yet with all upgraded elements for modern convenience and the etiquette, even at dinner, is wearing a plush fluffy robe. I love this place. This place inspires the mind, heart, and soul. I'm so grateful for it, and for my moma to share this experience with. This is true freedom ????

Such an amazing experience! From the moment you arrive, you’re pampered and made to feel relaxed. The facilities and services are a special treat and the food is next level incredible. Take advantage of the private villas, if your party is large enough (4+ people) and do the private chef experience. It will not disappoint! Best way to spend some time with great friends or your significant other! I would recommend and I will come back!

Did an overnight stay here for my significant others' birthday, overall the experience was excellent albeit on the pricey side. I would definitely say this is an upper scale spa with the ambiance, amenities, location and service. My favorite person was Sheldon who is at the parking lot entrance and greets you when entering, so up beat, friendly and personable. Definitely the right person for that role. There were some minor hiccups but everything was taken care of to ensure the stay was a positive experience, I was also surprised when I received a follow up call from Paige - definitely someone who knows about customer service! I will certainly be back here in the future and hope to stay for a few days to get the full experience.

Everything that the staff could do to make this a comfortable experience for myself and friends, was done. Ste. Anne's Spa exceeded my expectations -- from the food, to the comfortable beds and more. Such a wonderful getaway for my group. Can't wait to come back.

Ste. Anne’s is exceptional and extraordinary in every way. The Property - is unimaginably beautiful, and I say this with the high standards that come from living in BC. While it is only an hour and a half away from Toronto, from the moment you enter the property, you are transported into a secluded paradise that looks and feels like something out of a fairytale. Unobstructed views of Lake Ontario behind rolling green hills covered with wild flowers. Trees that sway gently in the fresh September air, flaunting brilliant fall colours. This place is nothing short of magical. The Facilities - are meticulously maintained and truly exceed expectations. The change room (women’s) was clean, fully stocked, and easily accessible. Inside the change room there is a separate steam room and hot tub for convenience and comfort. Locker access was made seamless with a bracelet that instantly became your locker key with the touch of a bottom. The indoor waiting & sitting rooms feel open and cozy at the same time. Comfortable sofas and love chairs, unique artwork, and thoughtful accent and decorative pieces come together to embrace the history of the property without ever feeling dated. In each room you’ll feel a special connection and belonging to the property, as though you were sitting in your very own living room (in a castle). The hydrotherapy pools overlook the beautiful landscape I’ve described above. Unlike other similar facilities I’ve visited, the proximity and thoughtful design of the pools provides for an effortless flow to the process. Like the rest of the property, the gardens and outdoor seating/ lounge areas that surround the pools & property are equally well thought out and planned. From the fountains and fire pit, to the hammocks and karesansui gardens, there is no area that the owner did not go the extra mile to ensure a truly unparalleled guest experience. The staff and services - I can’t speak for all of the services, but from my overall experience with the staff, I am almost certain that any service you receive at Ste. Anne’s will be excellent. My massage certainly was! Check-in at Ste. Anne’s (somehow efficiently) abandons the traditional check-in process and puts all other spas, hotels, and resorts to shame (sorry guys!). You receive your locker bracelet at a little hut in the parking lot, then walk over to the main hall. At the main hall, you’re greeted by a cheerful staff member who immediately makes you feel welcomed. Unlike the rushed and procedural check-in process at other businesses, each staff member at Ste. Anne’s takes their time speaking and listening to you before handing you your robe and schedule, and sending you off to the relaxing day that awaits you. While you are generally required to follow the schedule, at no point do you ever feel rushed or stressed about the timing, and this is entirely because of the incredibly patient staff that work here. While walking around the property (in your robe) you can’t help but notice that natural spring water, tea, and coffee stations are always replenished, towels always available, and the staff always around to ask how your day is going. From the guided activities, I was only able to try one, because while I had booked a few (and am usually the person who packs a full schedule), this was the rare occasion that I felt entirely too relaxed to leave the comfort of my robe for anything else. The activity I did try (Grooming Time) was in-line with everything else. The staff at the staples was helpful and informative, but above all else went the extra mile to show me her own horse kept on the property. For the entire hour that I was there, she felt more like a friend than someone who worked at the property. The attentive and cheerful attitude of all staff at Ste. Anne’s speaks to the higher management at the property, which clearly translates into guest experiences. This, I think, is the crucial missing component in how other similar businesses conduct their business. All in all, this was the first spa I did not want to leave. Thank you!

The best spa in Canada! The food was amazing and the staff were super friendly. Especially Gabriella and Maria in the dining area. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Great place to stay.

A magical experience! Great staff, awesome service and delicious food. Beautiful grounds! I had the seaweed body wrap and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. The grounds are well kept, and they are adding even more stuff (hydrotherapy lounging area!) Ste Anne's stables are really fun to visit. Beautiful horses!

I loved my stay overnight! The staff is all so wonderful, in particular Zoe and Eden from the kitchen and Adam from up front at the desk. All of them were so kind and helpful, always offering assistance 24/7. The grounds are stunning and I would easily come back any time.
