Overall a great experience. We had a couples massage and although our appt got pushed back, it wasn't the end of the world. Staff was nice and massage itself was good. One comment I'd like to make is that there were no introductions when they came in and the massage was quickly started. A little bit of communication prior to the massage might be nice! Prices are great. I was hoping that the specific massage we had would be coverrd by insurance but since they were not RTs its not possible. Would come back again!

Fantastic experience ???? I booked lash and brow tint and a 60 min massage. Janice took care of the tinting. She was soft-spoken, gentle and careful. My eyes look so pretty! Jasmine gave me a wonderful massage. She used warm coconut oil, warm towels in a calm, soothing room.

I like that they make their own natural scrubs and have a wide variety of services, with a focus on natural relaxation + wellness; unique things like Indian head massage, but you can also stop in for a great pedi! I always feel at home and relaxed in their cozy spa environment, with great spa sounds and smells - and as an entrepreneur myself, BONUS I am so happy to support two amazing, women entrepreneurs!

I got the basic cleansing facial and was blown away with the treatment. I have had terrible experiences with facials in the past but this one was amazing. They started off with a back massage which i thought was a really nice touch. It didnt feel rushed like ive felt in facials in the past! I had my bachelorette party there which involved fresh treats and an awesome atmosphere! Our service was very attentive and we received pedicures and manicures! The only negative aspect was the girls needed another coat on their nails and top coat. This was likely due to the colour they chose. I would say this spa is extremely well kept and one of the nicest in the city!

I have sensitive problematic skin and have always struggled to find the right facial, with the right ambiance and the right natural ingredients that would suit my skin. I tried out their OM Fresh Facial about a year ago and I have been hooked since. My skin has improved ten folds when no other skin care product helped. The ambiance is also very relaxing, getting my facials is something I look forward to after work especially on a winter day. I also tried other services such as the body glow and wrap treatments and they made my skin so soft every time. I get all my services done through Herman who is very accommodating, listens to my concerns, understands them and helps address them in the best possible way. Can't say enough good things about her. She is amazing and has helped me deal with skin concerns tremendously!

Cheating price, cheating customer. I am still angry about terrible experience l had few weeks ago. They tried to charge different price which I was expecting. I kept telling appointment price which they promised. I made sure that price more than 5 times when I made appointment but manager told me they never had business like that and made me fool. That day they lost two things. Bigger amount tip than they thought they could have lost (they may have earned 25 dollars but lost three times tip I was thinking) and huge customers who could be. They have to learn how to manage service business. *This is the second review after their command* When I first made an appointment I made sure discount price more than 5 times. My gift card price was 65 (pre-paid whole amount) and your discount price was 45. I wandered if that difference could cover other service and your staff said yes so I decided to have facial at that moment and facial discount price was 45. I made sure I could pay 25 more and she said YES. I tried to pay but she told me to pay later. That appointment time was her choice. I made sure it should be discount hour several times and she said YES every time. Now you tried to charge same price for gift card. I don't care your service hour system. She made my appointment at 2 o'clock herself and I made sure it could be discount hour several times. I made sure that discount price several times. You didn't keep the promise with your customer. But! You say your business is not working like that and you didn't cheat customer? I still don't get it.

I had a service done by Breanne and she was an absolute gem! I had injured my back just prior to my appointment and I was worried about laying down for so long and making it worse. She often asked how my back was regularly throughout the service and made slight adjustments to the service to accommodate my back. By time I left the pain had subsided substantially! Spa Botanica is amazing ! The owners - Harman and Gabby are warm and friendly. You feel like you are being welcomed into their home, with the tea on and a special chocolate waiting just for you! The spa services they provide are exceptional! Nails, waxing , facials and more are top notch. The Services also never feel rushed - thus enhancing the relaxation factor. The owners are also engaged community citizens who are always willing to help out community groups such as local schools, Winnipeg Harvest, CancerCare, Siloam mission to name a few. When i asked if they would help out at our Family Night at Corydon CC , they didn't hesitate to say yes! It's important that we support quality small businesses in our community - especially those owned by women - mainly providing service to women!!!

The Moksha manicure and moksha pedicure didn't seem to be much different than a regular mani/pedi elsewhere. Therefore overpriced. Ambience is nice.
