Nice little hide away. The patrons were very polite and they acknowledged you as you walked in. The young lady who did my nails was pleasant and she gave me ideas of what Polish and style would suit me. I will go back again

I only go to Thi at Royal Nails and Spa! I have a problem with excessively dry skin after chemotherapy and a constant problem with in grown nails. Thi will not quit till she knows I’m 100% pain free ! She’s so friendly and always makes me smile

Had a very good first experience. Had a full set of nails (bio gel with schellac polish). The place was clean and the women were friendly. Prices were reasonable and I will be back again!

Cannot say enough great things about this nail salon. I have been going here for over 1.5 years and I will never go anywhere else. I always feel at home and cared for when I step in and Julie, Mandy and Nina are INCREDIBLE at their job. They work magic. If you have never been to this salon and are reading reviews before you go, don't hesitate at all to go in, you absolutely wont regret it.

Don't bother making an appointment! They don't honor appointment times at all. Common sense dictates you don't take a walk in 5 minutes before a scheduled booked appointment. A 4pm appointment shouldn't mean 4:45 or whenever we can get to you. This place lost my business.

I went in today but the lady told me to come after an hour they are busy. So i went home and came back. Then she did my eyebrows in 30 seconds...she was not even listening what i was telling her to do...before i would tell that i like my brows not too wider...she waxed it!!! Then i asked her to give me the mirror one more time, she got so irritated and snatched it back from me. Then i said i wanted to do my upper lips too...she rudely said i dont have time for you only eyebrows, then left the room. Thats not the costumer service i was expecting!!! She should have asked me to come tomorrow or book an appointment i would have done it...i am definitely not coming back:(.

went there on 5 days ago for a shellac colour and had to come back 2 days later due to chipping. she fixed the one chipped nail. However, i had to come back 3 days later as 6 of my nails had CHIPPED, INCLUDING the one she fixed 2 days prior. The lady told me that this was due to how short my nails were, and oil in my nails? never heard of that. it just looked like the base coat, and this has never happened before at any other place. on top of that, the service is terrible. I would never recommend this place, wasn’t even given an apology or discount for the 2x inconvenience.

I got a full acrylic set , two days later there was a crack in the nail then it broke , I got it fixed , then two more cracked and broke , got those fixed and they looked way different then the rest , then they cracked and broke again … now 6 out of 10 nails have cracks in them , I will not be going back.

Love this place. It's so close to me and the service is great every time. I've only gotten shellac pedicures so far which have been great but will be trying gel manicures at some point. I will certainly keep coming back.

I have no idea what the bad reviews are saying about chipping. I had mine done here and went to a wedding and had a crazy eventful night where my nails should have chipped but they are still in perfect condition. Nina did my shellac manicure and she was very meticulous and it turned out beautiful. My nails and cuticules were so damaged from the months of acrylics I had and I left there with healthy looking fingers. First time here but my mom siggested it and suggested Nina and no looking back. However my mom did say she has had the other ladies and she liked them too.

nice ladies but very sloppy and lazy nails. the nails didn’t look like shapes they looked like blobs and i had to file the nails myself when i went home. (this picture is after i filed them) don’t go here if you want presentable nails. Go to people who take pride in their work rather than people who see it as a chore.

I absolutely love this place. I've been to multiple nail salons over the years with many bad experiences and I ended up coming here because they have UV gel and can do airbrush ombre and ended up loving the service I got and the care and effort that actually goes into my nails. It's been about 2 years of biweekly appointments and I still stand by the service and prices here. I typically ask for Nina but all the ladies there are lovely.

Had really bad experience with removing my nails last week. It’s not properly done. Now I am feeling more irritated with these kinds of nails. I did my nails done here with shellac and it was really good. Also, pedicure was done only for 12 minutes to be exact. Though charged fully.

Worst first experience at a nail salon EVER! I would never return, do not recommend. The lady who did my nails was rough and didn’t communicate what she wanted me to do. It was hard for me to enjoy when I was getting my fingers flipped every which way and my hand pulled. Backhanded compliments were given to me, I left the studio upset. Do not waste your money!

Great service. However, the lady who I am assuming is the owner, puts her phone on speaker to carry out a conversation. Very frustrating after a long day to hear two people speak in another language via speaker phone...buy some headphones.

They are all friendly, kind and talented, they take care of you and ensure that your experience is a pleasant one! I usually get my nails done by Nina, and she does a flawless job each time. During this pandemic it is evident that the team is taking all the necessary precautions to be clean and hygienic for themselves and their clients, the salon is always bright, clean and very well decorated.
