I came to pure and simple Oakville and got a facial/extractions done by Aneeba. She recommended products based on my skin concerns and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. The facial was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after. I highly recommend going to Aneeba at this location!

Mediocre experience. The Yorkville location is much better. This location cancelled my appointment 4 hours prior. They then offered a 25% discount. Their cancellation policy states they would charge customers 50% if we cancel less than 24 hours prior. Not sure why the discrepancy. Upon paying after my facial three weeks later, they charged me the usual price and then I had to ask her to redo the bill with the promised 25% discount. Their towels are stinky-musty (need bleach/disinfection/replacement). The facial itself was mediocre.

Been going to P+S for at least 6 months. Great friendly staffs, comfortable and relaxing environment. If you like their facials, be sure to buy them in packages, it saves a lot of money. And Dea is the best, can’t recommend her enough!

So heard about this spa franchise a lot from social media and decided to try out the one closest to me, which was the Oakville location. Booked a pumpkin peel facial which was on a specula for the month of October. As soon as got there, was greeted by the front desk and offered water. Had to fill in the intake form. What was really cool is that they actually had a white board and marker for this. So basically the form was on a white board. Very cool and great initiative to save paper! Dea was my esthetician and she came out to greet me right away. Took me into the room and let me get settled. The room was nice and cozy, dark and very relaxing! Dea explained that she was putting on a cleanser and after cleaning did a quick skin analysis. We talked about my concerns, my goals and what her recommendations were. Then she got started on the facial. It was very relaxing. She was patient, gentle and through. Went through my extractions patiently and as painlessly as possible. The scalp and shoulder massage was phenomenal. After, she offered me a sample of the moisturizer she recommend for my dry skin. There is a huge variety of skin care products and most of them are clean and natural. They have a great recycling program where you can bring in your old bottles for a discount on your next purchase. They are into sustainability and green options, which is great! Loved how my face felt after and two days later it’s fresh and glowing. Would love to go back!!

She asked me to call back in five minutes and she would be better able to give me an answer. However, within two minutes she called me and told me mask exemptions are honored in this store. I love Pure and Simple Spa, Winston Churchill. Alex, the spa manager and makeup artist really went above and beyond for me during my makeup lesson. She gave me a great deal of her time, had such expertise and truly cares about her clients. I learned so much from her. I also had a truly relaxing facial with daya. Best facial I've ever had! Alexandra was amazing and super knowledgable. I enjoyed talking about skin care and nutrition with her (as a nutritionist that was music to my ears). I was so relaxed that I didn't want to get up after, ha! My skin felt amazing after and still does. Alexandra gave me some awesome recommendations for my skin health. Will be back soon for sure!!!

Service very slow here in comparison to Burlington location. Picked up an order this morning, the so called Brioche bun was a sad looking two day old bun that could barley be chewed.

I have been going to P+S for the past 1+ years. I have visited the Yonge and Eglinton location and will go out of my way to travel to Mississauga/Oakville for the service here. Dea is amazing - she truly cares about her clients and is the best at what she does! I went to see her on Saturday and my skin today (Tuesday) is the clearest it has been in months. I would highly recommend this location as well as Dea. Getting a facial with her is truly a treat - you are pampered, feel super relaxed and all in the name of great skin! ????????‍♀️

The food was good. Michael the waiter was amazing but the two hostess in the front were not very friendly. We walked in and they were talking and laughing and ignored us and there was no one else waiting to be seated. We stood there in front of then and had to say hello first for them to acknowledge all four of us that were there and than they decided to help us with seating but still continued talking talking while bringing us to our seat about their outside activities.

I came here last year when they first opened & got the Urban Renewal facial. It was amazing! I decided to treat myself recently as well to one of their specials (Glow Facial), and it was just as good. I love how they include mini massages while you have a mask on. I had Dea working on me and she was so friendly and informative. I would highly recommend booking with her! I wish they had more deals or cheaper options, as a facial runs high at $100+. Worth it for a splurge, but I wouldn't be able to keep up with these regularly for the price.

i had a facial with Kathleen last week. This was my first visit to Pure and Simple. Kathleen gave me an amazing facial. Kathleen is so professional and so easy to talk to. I have been going to Pure & Simple the OM location for a year now and my experience has been everything short of a miracle. I had never struggled with acne skin but here I was with my wedding 7 months away and my face was going crazy! I have extremely sensitive skin and thus have experienced a lot of allergic reactions to products in the past so I was very nervous but Alex (the store manager) was incredible very confident in their treatments and very knowledgable. She carefully inspected my face and recommend nothing more than I needed. She did not push any additional products on me she kept it short and simple and it worked! By my wedding my face had cleared right up! Alex always goes above and beyond to ensure my face is getting the care it needs and making adjustments to suit my skin change be it weather or stress and always educating me along the way so I understand why I am using what she provides. The spa itself it's always clean and quiet, the staff are super friendly. This is the only place I would recommend to anyone simply put they're AMAZING!

Just went here today for the first time and I booked with Dea after reading great reviews. I was looking for a new facial place since I moved about a year and a half ago and the treatment exceeded my expectations. Dea was really friendly, informative and thorough! She cleaned out every last clogged pore and gave an amazing massage. I love the way my skin is glowing, looks plump and feels so clean! The products they use are awesome and she even suggested I go with a different facial than I originally booked online. The facial was on a special so it ended up being less expensive and better suited for my skin. She even told me whatever products I was using at home seemed to be working and I didn’t really need to purchase anything unless I really wanted to! Would highly recommend this place and Dea after my first treatment!

I would like to take a minute and thank the manager at the Pure and Simple location in Oakville. I have been a client with Pure and Simple for over 8 + years. I used to go to the Yorkville location when I lived downtown TO. Incredible service ever since. I would recommend the spa and products to anyone. Today was an extra special day for me. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and the manager just took me under her wing and assisted me, took time to educate me (she knows the products well) and spent the time talking to me. She is so kind and I’m always so happy to see her when I walk into the store. Quality service with such purity. Thank you ???? for today. I really appreciated my time in your store today. Looking forward to getting a facial once this baby is born.
