First time coming here and definitely not my last. My friend advised me to book with Amy and I’m glad I did! I’m super picky when it comes to my nails and Amy is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever been to. She’s quick and efficient and I can tell the entire place is really clean and organized which is amazing. The receptionist is easy to understand and I love when they repeat your appointment booking back to you which most places don’t do. Will for sure visit again!

I was looking for a new nail salon since my nail lady had suddenly moved. After looking at multiple places on Google and all of the reviews, I decided to try Lotus Nails and Spa since it is right around the corner from my house. I could not be happier! I thought it would be impossible to find a place that did my nails exactly the way I liked them. Rachel did my nails and they are perfect! So shiny and smooth! I also love that the salon is open late on weeknights, so I don't always have to spend time on the weekend getting my nails done. So happy I have found a new nail salon!

I had a good experience the last time I was here so decided to pop in for a pedicure. This time it wasn't that great. The lady who did my pedicure (middle aged, short hair with glasses) cut some of my nails on an angle (no my nails do NOT naturally grow at an angle). I had to cut it myself when I got home because it looked so weird. When I asked her to file down one of my nails, she responded very curtly "no". Also didn't smile the entire time. Not sure if I will be coming back here again.

You may need to call ahead sometimes as they are always busy, however it is worth the wait. I brought my newborn today and they did one hand at a time so I could hold my fussy baby and didn't rush us out at all! They do an amazing job with adults and kids (my daughter had her nails done today too).

Have been coming here for almost a year. Great service. Friendly staff. Very clean store. Never any issues with appt - I usually call a day or 2 before. Get bogel refill and come in during my lunch hour from work . In and out within the hour. I don't request anyone specific for my appts - take whomever is available. Never any issues. Prices are reasonable comparable to other places I've been to both downtown and in Vaughan (near home). Overall great place. Very happy.????

I went and got my nails done for the first time there. Originally I thought everything was normal and fine. But my friends asked why they left such a huge gap between the nail polish and my cuticle. I got biogel and it looked like my nails had grown out for 2 weeks even though I got them done a couple days before. Not to mention, I called for pricing and they said $50 and when I finished I get told my total is $67. That was without the tip. Also took well over an hour and other places do it way faster. I will be going somewhere else from now on .

Great experience. Decided to get a pedicure as I was waiting for my wife. Place was clean and the staff were very friendly. The place was packed which says they’re quite popular. The massage chairs were great and soaking my feet actually felt good. Wasn’t sure what to expect but they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable. My feet feel like a million bucks! Thank you Lotus Spa!

They took me in last minute (15 mins before close with no appointment) were super friendly... I also brought my daughter and they were so kind to her (she’s only 5)... one of the staff even carried her to the washroom when my nails were drying and I couldn’t move... my nails looks great and so did my daughters! I’ve been going to Lotus for about 2.5 years now. I have never had a bad experience there! Rachel is amazing at her craft and always has the newest and prettiest ideas for my nails. The shape is always perfect. My nails are usually long and they always last and look great and never peel or break (and I am NOT kind to my hands!) She and the rest of the team are friendly and personable! I love this salon!!

Absolutely terrible. It was my first and last time there. $70 for a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. The pedicure- she cut my nails so short and dug in on the side that my toes were bleeding. I let her know several times she was hurting me. There was also nail polish all over my toes. My manicure- I asked not to cut them as I wanted to keep the length. She filed my nails all the way down. They were different sizes and shapes. When cleaning under my nails she was so rough my nails were so sore after and inflamed. She also got shellac alllll over my hands and finger tips. 2 days later and the shellac has already started peeling off. I get shellac on a regular basis and it always lasts me a minimum of 2 weeks. My first and last time going. Biggest waste of time and money as I already need to get my nails redone and it has only been 2 days.

Friendly staff, excellent job (I had a pedicure done), clean facility, reasonable prices, place had many clientele but they were able to quickly get me a spot for walk in and they didn't forget me when my toes were trying as many places do. Definitely would recommend and returning in the future.

Although my acrylic nails looked decent, a couple of my nails were not perfectly straight and it was noticeable. The lady who did my nails kept using this tool to clean out excessive acrylic gel every time she applied and she hurt me like crazy! Every time I told her it was hurting, she said, “oh ok sorry” but then kept on doing the same thing again and again! She seemed angry at me for no reason (I came in on time and everything), and was not personable at all. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing, or she assumed she couldn’t relate to me based on my race, but you do t even have to talk a lot, but at least learn some decent customer service skills and politeness, jeez. I won’t be coming back, that’s for sure!

awful customer service. very rude. i’ve been a frequent customer lately. i had an appt at 3:00, waited for 30 minutes, and someone arrived at 3:30. i told them i’ve been waiting for thirty minutes, they ignored me and took the other client anyway. i had to leave because i waited another 20 minutes with no service. discriminative toward race and even tattoos, and incredibly unprofessional.

Thank god I believed the reviews! Lynn was great! I went to her because I had a full set of Bio Gels applied at another place and they did a subpar job. Lynn could have made this into a very expensive appointment for me - but she didn’t. She was very professional, honest and the end result was GREAT!!!

They're super busy, that should tell you something. Could use a dedicated receptionist in peak times. Need an appointment otherwise you could be waiting a while. My daughter & I had shellac French mani & pedi & regular shellac mani, all turned out well. All foot soaker are lined up in plastic for individual use. Full scrub, massage & moisturize pedi service. They work fast but not rushed at all. Too bad they don't accept credit cards, only cash or debit. I've tried a few different places, I think I finally found a keeper ????

It was an ok experience. The pedicure was just so-so; I didn't want shellac for this pedi so got regular polish. They forgot to do the top clear coat and I didn't realize until after my mani was done and needed to leave. As a result, my polish already looks rough and it's been just over a week. The bio-gel refill was a little rushed and isn't as smooth as others I've had in the past. There's really nothing that stands out about this place as great or horrible - I'd only go there again if I was in a real jam.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a while now and every experience is lovely. A very clean environment and amazing staff <3 I see Lilly and she is AMAZING ! I leave SOOOO happy every time, she honestly is the best <3 Even though Lilly is my fav, I've seen the other ladies for my first few visits and they will also make you leave with a smile on your face. 10/10 recommend this place.

They have the best range of colors I've seen at any and salon I've gone to qns have them conveniently organized by shade so it's super easy to pick your color! Staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends and coworkers!

I booked an appointment over the phone and let them know that I'd be getting a manicure with some designs on my nails. I failed to mention that the designs are quite intricate. When I came, I showed them the designs I'd like to have done on my nails. However, they let me know that they didn't have enough time to do the designs I wanted. They were extremely professional and tried to solve the dilemma right away. They offered me other time slots to come in later during the day, however, I wasn't able to and I was quite eager to get my nails done. They accomodated to my needs and I was able to get my nails done right there and then and exactly the way that I wanted. Rachel did my nails and I couldn't have been any happier. She was detail oriented and understood the assignment. She did an incredible job! It was my first time at Lotus and I'll definitely be coming again!

Been at this place about 3 times, they do a so-so job but I find they charge different prices each time I'm there, this time it was for the length, have no idea what that means as acrylic fills/sets are meant to be long and mine was average length. I think they just nickle and dime customers which is not fair as these places are everywhere and you can get great work done at other places in Mississauga, PLUS they just increased their prices. My acrylic fill and shellac cost me $45, 3 weeks ago it cost me $30!! That is big price hike compared to other places that charge $35. They explained it was because of the rate increase but it I don't see how it can go up by $15.00!!! Better to shop around then keep getting nickle and dimed for unknown services.

Always a pleasant time here. I have been searching for a nail salon for a while that does everything the right way, and doesn't capitalize on that with extreme prices. This salon is very clean, and is the only place from my own observation in Mississauga that follows the the one-use law for disposable files/buffs/etc. The owner Kim is always friendly, and so is her entire team. Sometimes it takes a while to get in (even if you have an appointment), but they always accommodate. I needed to get a gel fill last minute the other day and Kim did my nails herself, all while answering the phone and helping other clients. I am very appreciative. She even thanked me afterwards! A few of the ladies that have done my nails so far are Kim (the owner), Kim, Sunny and Lee. The rest I am still getting to know.

Not impressed! My 15 year old called and asked for a specific service with design and was told $60, as she has had done there previously, so she knew exactly how much she needed to bring... Then gets told it is $90 after she is done, and the manager argues with her repeats herself on the $90 over and over. The Manager offered a 5 dollar discount to my daughter who is spending her own money from a part time job. Never again! Not to mention, they don't clean the lighted hand insert area on the customer side

I got biogel - the lady did not treat my cuticles (no oil, push back) and left a noticeable gap between my cuticles and the nail polish, giving the appearance of an old set from the first day. My appointment was at 5 and the place closed at 6 - she was rushing my nails and presented an attitude when I pointed out the inconsistency in shape/length of the nails. Why are they taking clients an hour before closing if that is insufficient time for the appointment and they don't want to stay back either? The service my friend received was great - the lady doing my friends nails (also biogel) patiently stayed back 20 mins to finish up.

Great place! Friendly staff and I like how they dont leave a gap from the cuticle to the polish like some places. They even moved tables so I could sit next to my sister while we both got out nails done. I got my nails done over a week ago and they dont even look like they've grown out yet!

I have been going to this place for a year a half and i did all my special occasions' nails there, including my engagement because i trusted them. However, i went to them couple of days ago and i had an appointment. I asked the front desk if i can do bio-gel overlay on some nails and she said " we don't have time you only get 15 minutes!" even though i had an appointment and they should have respected that. Then the girl at the front desk said "the person who is giving you a mani does not know how to do bio gel so we can't give you that type of service." At least they could have said that over the phone when i booked the appointment and not wasted my time by going there. Unfortunately i was very disappointed by their treatment. I don't think i will be going there again anymore. They just lost a loyal customer!
