I walked in after seeing the "Walk-Ins Welcome" sign on the door. Stood at the front desk for 10 minutes in silence so to not interrupt anybody's nail sessions. Ladies who worked there spoke to each other (in Vietnamese) which I understood. They never once spoke about having a person waiting at the front desk. I finally spoke up and asked, "Hi, are walk-ins welcome?" And one woman replies "We are busy, come back in 1 hour." I responded "No, Thank You"....best nail salon I've never been to.

The ladies are so friendly and very good. They give you good tips in taking care of your nails and gives good suggestions for the nail polish colors.

The employee doing my nails and another employee were extremely rude to my friend and i. One of them told me she doesn't like people of my race and basically told me not to come back. I cried on the way home. Also the nails looked okay but they all broke on vacation and left me with bleeding fingers.

I was very disappointed with the service I got here. I felt like the ladies treat "new clients" differently than regulars. I observed it cause it happen to me. The lady who did my nails didn't try at all. I told her that I don't usually get my nails done and so this means a lot for me to get them done and she did not make me feel welcome. She did not tell me she was going to do shellac. I didn't like the nails, I did not like the nail polish application ( lots of streaking- in my opinion a student could have done better) she even missed some spots. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and I will not recommend going there. Not worth the money AT ALL. If you are going to do your job do it well otherwise what's the point if you don't try. No one will come back.

Very professional, clean, friendly and quiet. All ingredients come in individual packets and tools are in sterilized packaging. Booking appointments in advance is highly recommended bc they spend quality time with you so walk ins may have a longer wait.

I got a balayage French tip done last week on Tuesday and by Saturday, one of the nail polish started chipping already! By Monday the color started fading, specially the white it fading. It is so frustrating to pay so much and get such bad quality. I would never go back or recommend anyone to go there as well. I'm really disappointed as I wanted them to last for a couple of weddings coming up this month, but now i have to go else where go fix the nails.

I got Bio-gel nails here Sunday the 13th. My nails weren’t even put on properly. They were placed so that they awkwardly pointed up which made them look very fake and made it difficult to do simple tasks. The nails weren’t placed at the base of the cuticle so by the fourth day there were already huge gaps. The nail polish job was average, not completely coating the sides and leaving clumps near the base. The nails were filed very messily and weren’t an even, smooth shape. On a few fingers, I had to personally file the nail down to remove some nail polish clumps. 2 nails completely came off today and another nail broke on Wednesday. For their prices I expected much much more. I’m very disappointed in the job done and I will not be returning to this nail salon, not even to fix the 2 broken ones or take them off.

I used to have my nails done here a couple of years ago, it was a 5 star ????. Today, I sat with my feet in a tub of water for 30 mins. I asked how much longer I would have to wait. All I got was a ya ya ya, soon. I became impatient. I dried my feet and put on my shoes and left. They're supply does not meet the demands. This place is an economic nightmare.

Use to come here a lot and was super satisfied but probably gonna stop. Their work became so rough that can make u bleed and the colors dont match their nail selection plate. :(((

First time at Cleoptra Nails and spa and it was a great experience. The salon is very clean! The staff is very nice and welcoming:) they offer coffee, tea & water along with the wifi password while your there. I got my nails done by Liz and I HIGHLY recommend her !! She explains what shes doing step by step and gives you great tips about your nails !! Thank you for my stunning nails ladies and I will definitely be back !! :)

FALSE ADVERTISING ON FB MARKETPLACE - OMBRE NAILS - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! The price is inaccurate on the ad - they only use it to bring clients in. Once you get there, they tell you that each nail color is an additional price AND they do not have all the colors available as depicted in the picture. I believe they took this picture off the internet and are not actually able to provide this service. Also, they will only make up a price halfway through your session and not tell you from the beginning even if you ask! Waste of time - I commuted 2 hours both ways to get to this place specifically for the ombre nails which they were not able to provide.

Worst place ever.. i went there once and i had the worst customer service ever they told me go chose a color when i did i had to wait for half an hour or more because the person who was doing my nail took one of their regular clients and i had to wait not only that but they rushed through and within two -three days my nails start falling off i would definitely would not recommend this place..
