Excellent place for your beauty needs. Nowadays, a lot of businesses lack on professionalism that includes respecting a client. These ladies do know what they are doing. I recommend seeing Harmony for getting your eyebrows waxed. You will be definitely paying a little more than other waxing salons but it’s worth the money ???? Looking forward to use some of their other services on my next visit.

Loved my pedi I had at The Grove! Gorgeous space, amazing customer service, they even have vegan nail polish and are informed on which products they use are vegan and cruelty-free, which is sooo appreciated by someone like me. Thanks so much!!

I regularly see Jayme for lashes and waxing and I have always found her to be professional, approachable and informative. I constantly have questions and she has been gracious every step of the way. I just recently started seeing Brigitte for my hair and she is lovely as well. No judgement here! She helped me get my hair on a path of care again and she is a whiz at cutting curls and teaching you to embrace them.

My fine hair was so stressed out and tangled and I went to Bridgette for some TLC - I left feeling AMAZING! I also started going to Jayme for my eyebrows last year and not only are they perfect every time, I've also noticed a huge decrease in the red splotches I used to get after waxing in the past. The space is so beautiful and inviting, I couldn't recommend Grove more.

Want a great mani-pedi experience? Look no further! They have a nice private room for two with comfortable seats and bowls to wash your feet (no integrated jets here which I very much prefer). You will leave with a great job done following an extremely soothing experience.

Just moved here and I was looking for a new salon to call home. Definitely found it here! Got what I wanted and it was done perfectly. Price wise it's cheaper than my last salon by about a third of the cost, so that's great. The atmosphere is very calming, music is great, and the conversation is wonderful. Getting your haircut should be a relaxing break from your busy schedule and that's what I love most about The Grove. From the serene and funky space to the head massage and lovely Aveda scents I enjoy my time there. Brigitte is amazing, a true professional...she's taught me to love the hair I've got!

Bridgette has been doing my hair for years! She always does an absolutely stellar job with taking me dark or brightening me back to blonde. She focuses on keeping it soft and natural for better grow out and always gives the best haircut & scalp/neck massage. Chilliwack is fortunate to have her!!!

Safe and respectful of autistic people! My experience with Bridgette felt comfortable, professional and the haircut was exactly what I imagined. When I inform many places that I am on the autism spectrum, I am often treated like my autism is a topic of gossip and asked a bunch of personal, invasive questions. Bridgette made me feel like my autism was relevant to the way she served me as a customer, and did not poke into my personal life for entertainment. She was extremely gentle with my hair, as I can be touch-sensitive on my scalp, and made sure to check in with me and explain her process. She truly knows what she is doing and can work with curly hair. She looked at the photos I provided and had a great conversation with me, treating me like my opinions are important. She did not push any high-pressure sales or extra treatments on me. I felt welcomed, comfortable and like I was getting exactly what I asked for. Bridgette took her time cutting my hair and nothing was rushed. She knows how layers and curls work down to the strand! The Salon follows all Covid 19 safety precautions, and you can feel at ease knowing that this is an environment that cares about your wellbeing. If you are disabled, this is a salon service I can happily recommend.

Amazing Salon and Spa on Mill Street in Chilliwack. Co-Owners, Bridgette and Jayme, are talented professionals and wonderful people! The space is warm and welcoming with recent renovations that make it extra special. Each member of the Grove Staff brings a variety of talents to their role. Bridgette is an experienced stylist and with an entrepreneur sprit! She is constantly developing her own skills while supporting young stylists just starting out in the industry. The Grove Salon and Spa also contributes in many positive ways to our community. You will love it!

I have been getting waxed for years and decided to try this new salon and will never be going back. I understand about regrowth but don’t understand how someone can miss so much! I had patches of hair left! One side was definitely more focused on then the other, not sure if she was having a bad day and didn’t care.

Hair cut :I have curly hair and it tends to get frizzy and a little on the wild side. Had a cut and style with Aimee the other day. I never post until I have a chance to wash and style my own hair. She did an amazing job. So easy to style and in control...I am so very happy. Aimee was delightful to talk to, took her time, understood my hair immediately, listened to what I asked. I will be back.
