Went here for my wedding makeup, everyone was super nice and polite. The woman doing my makeup knew her stuff. Made the process easy. It's so relaxing in there I wanted to fall asleep.

I had a lovely time at this spa. It was neat and clean and smelled like candy! I took my mother for side-by-side massages and pedicures and we were given the royal treatment... Hot tea, warm blankets, hand massages, friendly conversation with staff, beautiful atmosphere and amazing prices! Above and beyond any other spa experience I have had. We will be back and telling all our friends! *thumbs up*

Extremely professional. A wonderful, clean environment with amazing staff. Myself and my lady spent 1.5 hours here and time just flew by. Felt unbelievably relaxed and taken care of. Recommend any day of the week. A must visit!

I love this spa! I had a massage by Stacey and she was absolutley amazing! One of the best massages I have had. Nicole did my pedicure and she was so nice to chat with and did a excellent job as well. The spa was uber clean they even had Hepa air filtration in every room! Hands down the best spa in chilliwack! Cant wait to go back and request Stacey again for a massage.

I've been going to Silhouette since it opened, and have always had a fantastic experience. Mira and the rest of the staff really make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is a professional environment but they still manage to make me feel like an old friend. I've tried most hair removal techniques but laser is definitely my favourite. Fairly low pain, I can shave between treatments, and I started seeing results after my first treatment. 100% recommend this spa for all its services!

I like the atmosphere at Silhouette. It's quiet and bright, and the beds are nicely warmed on cooler days. The staff are friendly and always on time for their appointments.

I've never had a better pedicure or manicure anywhere! Adriane was so lovely and friendly yet professional at the same time. My daughter and I doubled up with our treatments so could chat while we were pampered in the same room. Nice ambience, very comfortable and an all round wonderful experience.

I went in to Silhouette Spa and Laser shortly after they opened. So far I have had 3 treatments for underarm hair removal and I will say I am very impressed with the results. I don't have to worry about shaving anymore! The service has always been friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the spa is warm, rich and relaxing with very nice decor. I have contacted numerous other laser hair removal places that asked for a ridiculous price per session for underarms. The rates at Silhouette are unbeatable! I highly recommend Silhouette Spa and Laser and will definitely be getting more done in the future!

I have been to this spa twice and I loved my experiences there! The first time I had laser hair removal. The staff there made me feel very comfortable with everything, explaining every step of the way. I felt that they were very professional and knowledgeable about the service they were providing. I also had a manicure and pedicure at the spa another time. This was a lovely and relaxing time, and I was pleased with how everything turned out. My nail polish lasted several weeks and looked great! Overall I would for sure recommend the spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable spa experience. I will certainly be going back! :)

So let me just say JEN SAVED MY LASHES ! SHE HELPED ME GET THEM BACK. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. after trying to find a new lash tech after tech and having my lashes ruined I found Jen. I've gotten lashes for years. And she was honest with my eye health. Didn't just pound on glue. Gave me what looked appealing not would just make her cash. She is hilarious and fun to be around. All her products are safe and I've had no irritation . SHE DOESNT RIP AT YOUR LASHES LADIES ! My lashes are so much more healthy and growing just from going to her and nope. Didn't buy any fancy products. HONEST AND GIVING ME MY REAL BEAUTY

HORRIBLE! I ended up going here to treat myself for my birthday. I am very sorry I did. They are very rude. Staff clearly do not want to be there. poor service and unsanitary atmosphere. The sheet on my bed had clearly not been changed from the previous treatment. It was wrinkled and had hair all over it. 2 minutes into the treatment my esthetician was yawning loudly and asking me inappropriate personal questions and If I knew of anyone hiring. I was shocked!. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Extremely unprofessional, over priced and no body cares.

I believe that the most important aspect of every business, is not the product they sell or the service they provide; but their customer service to support and guaranty the quality of what you receive in exchange for your money and time. Silhouette has excellent customer service. The managers care about your satisfaction. I have been here several times for various treatments. I have been happy majority of the time, but the one time that I wasn't, they amazed me by their great customer service. I really appreciate this and I recommend this place to everyone.

I booked for laser hair removal as per recommendation from a friend and was super nervous at first because I thought I wouldn't fit in. I'm not the glamorous type but this place is! It's so luxurious and all the staff is gorgeous but after a few sessions this is now my go to place for anything self-care! I get botox and lip filler from Dr. Naidoo, she's incredibly knowledgable and I wouldn't trust needles in my face from anyone else!
