My therapist very professionally addressed the mobility issues in my shoulder and worked on the surrounding structures that were contributing to the soreness. Each time I visit Reclaimed Massage Therapy, I enjoy everything about the experience. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted by pleasant sounds, a comfortable and clean waiting area, and the genuinely glad to see me smiles that come from the owners who love the work they do and the space they have created to work in. Last but not least of course the massage is phenomenal, though I have experienced muscle aches for days afterwards, my initial complaint is relieved. Nick is fantastic at assessing the issue, working it out, listening to problems on the side, offering comedic relief, and suggesting an after care program to ensure his clients are fully taken care of. I have recommending this clinic to my friends and colleagues in and out if town and will continue to do so. I’ve had the pleasure of first knowing Michelle Brown as one who also trained at Cheam Leisure Centre a couple years back. I’ve only recently had the opportunity to visit her new beautiful Chilliwack massage therapy studio! It’s beautiful, calming, with inviting spaces and furniture, and the best part is the skilled and talented team of registered massage therapists who make you feel so at home when you first enter and during your entire visit. Besides being a great, friendly person to deal with, her knowledge and ability in being able to put things back where they are should to be and working how they are supposed to is amazing. I happened to come across the Reclaimed Massage Therapy clinic by chance after my regular RMT in my home town retired. I was greeted by Nick's friendly welcome when I entered the clinic. I have had neck and upper back pain for years from body mechanics and job related stress often resulting in painful headaches. I have been seeing Jayson Dirks for treatments for nearly one full year. Jayson is a kind professional with a calming manner. With regular treatments my headaches are gone. Jayson also gave me great recovery advice. He is very knowledgeable with suggestions for exercises and stretches at home, as well as tips for managing my stress and anxiety. I always leave feeling relaxed and energized. The online booking is easy and convenient around my work schedule. Also the direct billing to my healthcare plan is so appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic, and Jayson to my professional colleagues.
