I recently had a beauty day for me and my two daughters, where we all had manicures done at the SAME time. It was awesome. The salon is beautiful, the technicians were great and the price was fantastic. I would totally recommend Glamour Secrets.

Very impressed, this was my first time at the beauty bar and I loved it. The manager, Chantelle, took the time to visit each patron ensuring they were well taken care of. I had a pedicure and I'm so very happy with the results. I see they provide a huge variety of services and I will certainly be going back! Highly Recommend visiting them!

Massage 5 stars. Facial 4 stars. Facility 2 stars. While beauty treatments are offered it appears to predominantly be a hair salon that does nails and retails products. Staff are great in all respects. The issue is the that this facility lacks space, professional outfitting (linens, towels etc were shabby) and anticipated ambience. "Treatment rooms" consisted of a couple of teeny cubicles. Massage room didn't even have a chair in it for a client's belongings and therapist could barely squeeze around the table during the massage. The powder room sized spot for facials wasn't equipped with the necessary supplies for the facial so my technician had to go out and then come back in constantly. It's not her fault but it was completely unprofessional and the owner should feel embarrassed that the girls should have to do so and that a client is lying on a table while a door is being open and shut a dozen times. It did not create a relaxing atmosphere to say the least. The room itself did not seem overly hygenic and sheeting was icky. To note: There was no change room so your clothes go on the floor when you're on the table during a service. Pros: low cost, nice staff, top-notch massage therapist. Cons: not relaxing, ill-equipped facility, underwhelming, unprofessional treatment environment. That said, I would return just for the simple fact that I enjoyed the specific services performed and they didn't break the bank. Tip well, as these girls are working through obstacles to deliver your service as best they are able. To the owner: You seem to have a good staff in place now just add clean, properly equipped treatment rooms (no matter the size) with crisp spa sheeting and towels and you'd be heading in the right direction. Little details mean everything.

I did 6 Micro needling sessions at Glamour Secrets, after which I did an Online skin analysis and you can see the results below… It rated my skin is 36 and I can honestly say I have not been 36 in over a decade! The micro needling takes more time and investment than IPL’s [a type of Lazer], but having done both I can say the micro needling works better for me. It’s also more cost effective. The only drawback is that it is not advised that wear make up or creams, or go in the sun, for several days after each treatment. And approximately six treatments are need, with 4 to 6 weeks in between each treatment.

Glamour Secrets owner and staff are second to none. Every time I have been in the salon I am treated like Gold. I am especially thankful to the manager Chantelle for helping the process of transforming my skin with microneedling for old cystic acne scars. I have had it done other places and Glamour Secrets is by far the absolute best!! I am so thankful.

Been getting laser hair removal for the last couple of months and I couldn't be happier with the results! Chantelle is fast, very professional and she will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied :) Clean place and reasonable prices as well!

Edit: Owner contacted me this morning by phone and explained the circumstances. A "redo" appointment was made for this week. Appreciate the level of concern taken in this instance, I can't say that's common for stores to do. Waited for 20 mins because a staff family member was getting her nails done during my appointment time. Whole thing felt rushed, like she really didn't want me there. Nails are unevenly filed, polish was old and lumpy and the decals started coming off the next day. I should have left when she told the other girl said it would be done in less than 45 mins. The outgrowth 4 days later is insane. Not going to be a return trip for me.

Saw Paige for a hair cut and foils. I hadn't seen her before and was really happy that she took time to get to know what I liked and didn't like. I also asked her advice and went with it and I am so happy with the result. I even got a pedicure while my hair was setting! I am also very happy that they carry the Zo skincare that I love. I can't believe the variety of services they provide, including laser hair removal, Botox, eye brow threading etc.! Paige and all the staff are attentive, fun, and great at what they do. My new favourite place to be!

Very friendly staff and professional atmosphere as went in for a haircut and found out all the services provided as truly is a one stop salon offering all beauty services. My wife will love this place as I had to drive her all over for different services and now can simply get it all done at once. I also found out that they do laser genesis and laser hair removal also. Will be back!!!

Just moved to Chilliwack from San Francisco and was looking for my new nail salon. I found Glamour secrets on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I had an appointment with Sarah and I LOVED her! She did a wonderful job with both my manicure and pedicure, which I am generally SUPER picky about. Her work was not only great, but she is the sweetest. In addition to the nail service, Becca served me tea and was super personable as well. Both really made the experience awesome. Based on my first experience, Glamour Secrets will be my new place :)

Chunks of short hair all over from incorrect method of thinning... No one has ever thinned my hair this close to the scalp, she also managed to cut my sideburns short. Super unimpressed???????????????????????????????? I get comments on the chunks so much so that I figured it worth the review. Hard to trust a salon after your hairs been chopped up

I went to get my nails done here, really friendly staff and so accommodating but I wish the air conditioning hadn't been on it was very cold...I did ask for it to be turned off which someone did but then someone turned it back on again and it wasn't a very hot day and late in the afternoon, apart from this the salon is beautiful and will definitely be returning...Thinking of getting my hair cut there as I watched the stylists and never saw one bad hair do... And my nails turned out awesome...

I love this place! I have gotten many services here from my toes to my hair. I have never had anything but a professional, friendly and lovely experience. I am greeted with a friendly smile and proceeded to be taken care of promptly. They listen to what I ask for and continue to keep checking on on me during my services and make sure it’s what I am expecting or envision. When my hair wouldn’t sit the way I wanted, I went back in and they fixed it without hesitation a few days later after my first wash. I highly recommend this amazing business and ladies in there to all my friends men and women.

I get my haircut at Glamour Secrets every 3 or 4 weeks and they always do a fantastic job. I am someone that doesn't spend a lot of time on my hair, but my girlfriend has noticed that it's been consistently well styled since I started going to Glamour Secrets last year. I would never recommend this place for eyelashes. I've had them done elsewhere before and they lasted two to three weeks. After one week for the ones done at glamour secrets almost all of them fell out leaving an embarrassing straggly few.
