This place can’t get less than a 5 star rating. I’ve been to other big feet’s and this is the best one by far. I got the foot reflexology along with my wife. The workers were professional and polite. Everyone that worked there were nice. The massages were excellent they understood what was wrong and worked on those spots. Overall wicked experience. If you want a proper massage I would recommend big feet on fort street.

The reason for a 4 star instead of 5 because the staff were talking too much even thought they have lowered their voice but it would be nice if they didn’t talk. It suppose to be a relax place. I went there for an acupressure and fire cupping, once I entered the room I noticed the sheet has a unpleasant smell. When Linda started working on my back, she asked me is the amount of pressure ok to my comfort level, I said yes. When she massaged my lower back , I felt sore, but tried to endure with it, moment later I felt its too much it began to hurt, I told her straight away that is too much I don’t felt comfortable to have that much pressure put on my lower back, she said that is because my muscle is tense, and that is to release the tension. Moments later she is working on my lower back again, she paid special attention on the right side, maybe she found it needs a bit more work , I did not ask, then instantly I felt in pain again, I asked her once more not to put that much pressure on my lower back and maybe just leave it because I’m really not comfortable, she seems not appreciated it, like I’m hold her back from doing a good job, at that point, even she is not massaging my lower back any more, I can still felt the pain. I once again asked her just gently work on my shoulder on neck because I got an office job and I felt the muscle is more sore there, so she did. Not long after that, her forearm is on my lower back again, I was in pain, I don’t understand why she wont listen to me even I asked her kindly before, twice, I have to used my hand to cover my lower back and guide her elsewhere. Overall I don’t find the acupressure very pleasant. I have had good experience with many massage therapists in the past, by far this is the worst. I did not tip her when I paid my bill, the front desk even asked me did I tipped before I left the room I said no, she tried to lecture me I have to tip that is the thing people doing in Canada after receive service, yes when they received a GOOD service and when the customer is HAPPY, but I’m not. However I still gave her 10 bucks asked her to pass it on to Linda. After the session, I have been having lower back pain for 4 days, its ridiculous, I have to used hot bean bag to smooth the pain, and the discomfort lasted for 7 days, or maybe will be even more. The only thing I can do for now is write a honest review and avoid this place for good.

Best massage place in town if you're looking for a massage with a knowledgeable therapist, who actually works out all the knots. I've been to most places in Chilliwack, and have walked away feeling like it was a waste of time and money. But since big feet opened, I've been coming here twice a month, and every time, it's a fantastic massage. Yao, is amazing, she finds all the sore, tight spots without being told, and she's always consistent in regards to attention and quality of work. The space is new, incredibly clean and comfortable. There's also lots of parking and the location is convenient and easy to get to.

We’re from Vancouver where there are a TON of Big Feet locations so getting a wicked foot massage isn’t new to us. When we were in Victoria in a short trip we stumbled upon Big Feet and wanted to give it a try. My husband had a skinny Asian gentleman with glasses that got really into kneading parts of my husband’s sole (he likes the pain for foot massages and this guy totally delivered). However I on the other hand literally barely had a foot massage because my masseuse didn’t apply very much pressure (her name tag said she was Joana, a younger pale Asian girl with a long ponytail). Don’t get me wrong, she seemed like a very nice person (doesn’t really speak English) and would smile at me all the time but she didn’t use very much pressure despite me telling her to go harder both in English and Mandarin, and she never massaged my soles when I expected her to. She seemed very new and therefore she may just need more time to get better (everybody starts as a newbie so it’s ok). She never touched my soles where I always have knots so I was disappointed but I didn’t know how to tell her to do my soles more and I was embarrassed for her since I told her three times to go harder already. Maybe she thought I wanted a gentle massage but in my mind I had told her several times to go harder so I was really disappointed when she went only a tiny touch harder. I do hope she improves over time because she was a really nice person. If you’re going to go here, I would ask for the Vietnamese younger girl with side bangs (she seemed good from where I was sitting and watching and spoke pretty good English), an older Asian lady with shorter hair that one big guy said attacked his shoulders really well, and my husband’s Asian skinny glasses gentleman. Overall with Big Feet it’s all about getting a good masseuse for the best experience. The place was clean and very accommodating even though we didn’t have a reservation. I recommend them but I recommend you ask for a good masseuse and avoid Joana because her massage was probably the worst foot massage I’ve ever had (it felt like she was gently touching my feet and not actually kneading my soles)

Previously I've had really good massages at Big Feet. This review is for specific "reflexology" treatment from a specific employee. Last night was very different. Charles gave me a "reflexology" treatment last night. It was a non treatment. He ran his hands up and down my legs.never massaging the muscles. I asked him for a firmer treatment. He immediately moved his hands to the pressure points on my knees and applied intense painful pressure. I think this was intentional. He then proceeded to lazily return to his former method. It was impossible to relax during my treatment because he insisted on conversing with me . It was extremely difficult to understand him with the mask and erratic pronunciation. He then tried to sell me black tea. Big Feet has excellent employees. Charles is not one of them.

My first experience at Big Feet was mixed. The actual reflexology treatment was very good and a very good value, however the communal nature of the space made it not very relaxing. Ten minutes into my treatment when a smelly pot smoker sits down for a treatment, two seats down from me his odour filled the room, disrupting what I came there for which is to breathe deep and relax.I would encourage management to get some air purifiers or run essential oil diffusers to keep air smelling as a spa should smell. Otherwise, keep general etiquette rules, like don't accept people that smell like ashtrays. I would like to go back, but am very weary.

First time foot massage! I had a cramp in my foot for two days and got to the point I could not walk more than 40m before the pain was too excruciating. They fixed me right up. To be honest it only reduced the pain by 50-60%, but that was awesome. Now I can walk (miracle)! ;-) Staff friendliness 10/10 I will return.

The reflexology treatments that we received were amazing! My boyfriend and I were both very happy with the quality of the treatments that we received. It was our first time having reflexology and I would definitely do it again. I deducted one star just because it was a little hard to fully relax given the space that the treatments took place. The space is right beside the front entrance. People were coming in, the phone was ringing, two girls at the front desk were chit chatting, and it did not feel like a private treatment that I could fully enjoy the experience. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

I have massage all the times, and this is is the only time I give low rating. The massage part itself was great. Sam the Indian guy did a really good job on my feet, and my bf has a Chinese lady who did a good job too. The price is in average range - not cheap or expensive. We can hear all the noise from the street. PLUS the noise from the people who work I side the place. The foot massage area and the door/front desk is 5 steps away from each other. The manager/owner + workers were talking so loud in Chinese and playing Chinese music/movie on their phone WHILE we were there trying to relax. At the time of check out, we paid in card (and intend to tip in cash - US dollars) because they don't know how to convert to US dollars for us to pay in cash. The front desk guy kept telling me to tip (literally asked me 3 times in 1 minutes) despite I told him I would tip in cash after I get my receipt. I always tip 30% unless bad service. Tonight I walked out feeling irritated rather than relaxing.

Although Big Feet is a relaxing, professional massage studio I can't get the smell of Chinese pharmacy out of my clothes when I leave. Edit: There today and no smell!! Five Stars! Update: Visited Big Feet in the evening on 10/12/19. The masseuse was great she literally did a full body massage (minus the feet). She massaged my palms and my fingers, even the top of my head. I felt so high when I left the room until I met with the receptionist. I had put down on the counter the fee for the 50min plus 15% gratuity and she didn't even say good bye to me. She just stared at the money blankly. As I walked to the bus stop I thought maybe they had raised their rates again, so I called in the morning and the rate was the same.I will always wonder why the receptionist didn't say good bye.

I really love coming here for foot reflexology massages. And for $38 for 50 minutes how can you go wrong? We just had our second visit here during our last trip to Victoria, and my legs feel brand new. I’ve had Carrie and Charlie before for foot reflexology and they are both amazing. The reflexology massage starts off with a warm foot soak and then you’ll get a great calf and foot massage that may be on the “deep tissue” range for pressure. I personally love their pressure here and they really get into working knots and sore area on your legs. My husband has had the same gentleman twice and he’s also good but we didn’t get his name. The foot reflexology area is at the front of the business and there are other customers also being worked on but the chairs are comfy and they have blankets if you’re cold. If you’re having a full body massage they have private massage rooms in the back. We love the fact that we can call within a few hours and get an appointment, they will also accommodate walk ins if you don’t have the chance to call ahead. The only thing with this place is finding a place to park. There is street parking for $2 per hour but spaces are few and far between. If you are looking for a good place to get a reflexology foot massage or full body massage that won’t break the bank I highly recommend this place!

Having been a curler for over 20 years, I have got a lot of accumulative injuries and tired muscles even though I have been under regular care of physio, massage therapy and chiropractic care all these years. The combined effort of Yao and Harris of Big Feet Chilliwack have completely revived my body, using Tu Na, Gua Sha and acupressure. Now my body feels like 25 years younger in terms of flexibility and vitality. They managed to get rid of a lot of those tiny muscles knots around the my shoulder joints, shoulder blades and knee joints(all from curling). These knots are very close to the joint itself. Yao and Harris have a lot of patients to massage them out. With these muscle knots gone, my blood circulation has improved a lot. I feel much less stiffness when I wake up in the morning. Now I have regained a lot of mobility of those joints. I have have given them 6 stars for they have done to my body. I am part of the professional engineers curling team which won the 2009 BC Professional Engineers Curling Champion skipped by Bill Erichson, P. Eng.
