That of Roberval is small and outdated, no convenience to shop there. Small and limited inventory given the surface area. We step on each other's feet and suffocate. To get out of the store, it's hell! It's about time something happened with this store! Even for the employees it must be unpleasant haha. And to finish speaking of the employees, this is the positive point of this branch, they are friendly and for the most part offer excellent service. (Original) J'apprécie énormément la bannière et y magasine souvent. Parcontre à moins d'être déjà au centre commercial de Roberval, je me dirige vers le Canadian Tire de Dolbeau pour mes commissions. Celui de Roberval est petit et désuet, aucun agrément à y magasiner. Inventaire petit et restreint vu la superficie. On se marche sur les pieds et on étouffe. Pour sortir du magasin c'est l'enfer! Il serait temps qu'il se passe quelque chose avec ce magasin! Même pour les employés ça doit être désagréable haha. Et pour finir en parlant des employés c'est le point positif de cette succursale, ils sont sympathique et offre pour la plus part un excellent service.
